Our little game
~Part 2~ ~Part 3~ ~Part 4~ ~Part 5~
Pairing: Klaus Mikaelson x witch! reader Summary: You and Klaus have been playing this game between yourselves since your first meeting. One day, you two would fight with each other like dogs, and the next day, you would flirt and act like people completely mad with love. But whatever was between you two, you would never lose this game and admit that you fell for him. He would only use you for your power, right? At least that's what you were telling yourself all this time. Words count: 4,2k
Tumblr media
I had no idea what I was doing here.
Wearing one of my fancy black dresses, I was staying in the middle of Mikaelson's compound in New Orleans, with hundreds of people surrounding me.
I was definitely making a huge mistake.
But a few hours ago, when my Mystic Falls gang tried (and failed) to kill these crazy heretics who came to our town two weeks ago, I could only think about coming here.
I needed to find a safe place to stay until Damon or Stefan called for my help.
But after hours of driving here, I wasn't sure if I still wanted to be a part of their group. Yes, I loved them all, especially Bonnie, who became my main "witch-teacher" after I found out I was like her, but sometimes I felt used by them. My power was stronger than any typical witch's. Even Bonnie was surprised to see the things I was able to do until my strength was exhausted and my nose started to bleed.
One day, Damon said that I was their greatest weapon. Then I burst out laughing. Now I'm not so sure how much the black-haired man was joking and how much his words were true. But I had to keep the promise I gave myself and stay with them, if only for Bonnie's sake. She would have killed herself trying to protect her friends, and I wouldn't let that happen. After all she did for me, I have to repay her debt of gratitude.
I turned on the radio while driving to nowhere and heard one of my favorite Mikaelson's, beloved, old songs, which was "better when it played at ball without this strange background sound." That's when I remembered Rebekah and her last words before leaving for New Orleans with her brothers: "You know, if your gang falls apart, you can always come to me. It would be funnier to have a partner in crime against Nik."
After a lengthy moral debate within me, I decided to fuck Salvatore's opinion of me and visit their nemesis. If Damon was so smart to make and realize his own crass plan without telling anyone, I could do something really stupid too and spend a week (or more) with Rebekah. After all, no one could control me.
Then it seemed like a very good plan.
Now with so many people around me, I decide that I have made a great mistake.
I totally forgot that four days ago, Bekah told me about the "engaged party" of Katherine and Elijah. (Thank God for my magic. At least I could turn pants and a T-shirt into a pretty dress.) I sent my gift to the happy couple with separate, joking congratulations to Katherine for "entrapping her Mikaelson after a long couple of centuries" without actually intending to attend the party.
Elena and Caroline would skin me if they knew that instead of buying them fancy birthday presents, I spent my money on something special for my best friend's big day.
In retrospect, I'd like to see their faces. They would be invaluable. Especially Damon's.
"My God, look who arrived!" a familiar voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Hi Beks." I turned around to face her.
"Hi Beks? You appear here without telling me or Katherine anything; you hide in the crowd with a mean expression on your face, and all I get after months apart is a simple "hi"?"
"Well, in my defense, I was thinking about bringing you wine, flowers, cake and saying, "I'm sorry, baby,"  but I figured it would be only a waste of time and my money because you're going to yell at me anyway. Also, your boyfriend would be jealous." she started laughing and pulled me into a hug.
"I haven't seen you for too long."
"Bekah, we were talking yesterday morning."
"You called her yesterday and didn't call me?!" I heard Katherine's resentful voice behind me.
"You look gorgeous, honey. Engagement suits you." she gave me an unimpressed look. "Oh, c'mon. Don't be angry. I'm here now, ready to give you compliments and fight with your fiance's brother, who loathes you. Now, show me the ring. I want to see how much money Elijah was willing to spend on you." she burst out laughing, waving her ringed hand in front of my eyes.
"You realize you're not getting off so easily? Besides, something must have happened for you to suddenly decide to come."
"We can talk tomorrow. Tonight, it's about you and your undying love for her brother." I pointed to Rebekah.
"Talking about my brothers. We'll use some help with Nik's composure for the rest of the evening."
"It is so bad?"
"Yes. He's been following Elijah and trying to convince him to change his mind since this morning." Katherine complained. "He doesn't leave us alone, even for half a second."
"Do you two really think I'm able to "charm" him for the rest of the night?"
I asked, doubts about his supposed affection towards me. Since our first meeting, I and an original hybrid have had a kind of love-hate relationship. At the beginning, we only had short, verbal skirmishes, then it evolved into an open war (he tried to hurt Bonnie, so I gave him a headache and snapped his neck. After that, he used one of his hybrids to crack my car, so I convinced Rebekah to steal his car keys and give them to me. He gave up after two weeks of our teasing and after I (with little of Damon's help) ruined all his dark plans. The original hybrid bought me my own car, trying to bury the hatchet between us.) After a month of these events, the hatred between us began to develop into a kind of mean-companionship. At least no one had tried to gouge out the eyes of the other one anymore. Our "game" developed so much that one day he began to tease me with flirtatious phrases. And it's not true that I choked on my drink and blushed like a teenager from a romance book when he called me for the first time his "innermost, darkest pleasure," whispering it with his seductive tone, which he undoubtedly used for many women before. It was at our school party in the style of the 20s. Since then, I've figured out how to play by his new rules. I couldn't be worse than him.
"Well, you're doing your job even now. He's been staring at you for about five minutes, and you haven't even used any magic. I think we all know why, but you're too stubborn to admit it, so you might as well use his soft spot for you as reparation for your silence for 3 days."
"It's not a soft spot or any other stupid feeling you assume. This is a game."
That was our way of communicating: by circling around, lulling the other person's vigilance, and attacking when he least expects it. At the end of the day, I was just a toy for him—a mortal witch who was never scared of a 1000-year-old hybrid. He proved it after he moved with his family to New Orleans, and I never heard from him again.
"I like spicy stories, but please, keep my brother's kinks away from me. BOTH of you. It's just disgusting." Rebekah shuddered.
"I'm not…"
"Did I hear something about kinks? Y/N darling, it's a pleasure to finally see you here!" Kol suddenly appeared from nowhere. He got closer to me and gave me a strong hug.
Tumblr media
"What the bloody hell? You should be on Hayley's tail!"
"Relax, sister. Our brother's formal one-night stand peacefully came back to her husband and wolves. Which means I'm free for the rest of the evening.     Y/N do you want to dance with me?" without waiting for any response, he took my hand and led me to the dance floor, where other couples were dancing.
"Alright, what did you do?" I asked, eyeing him suspiciously.
"I have no idea what are you implying. I just wanted to dance with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time."
"Kol."
"Y/N."
"Okey, okey. Don't look at me like that. In a nutshell, there is a girl." Oh, I've heard about her. I was curious how much of the original's interest in this girl was genuine.
"My God. I never expected to live to see the day Kol Mikaelson finds his epic love." I cut him off with a smirk.
"She is a hag like you, by the way." he continued, ignoring my taunt. "She doesn't want to know me, but she loves me. I just need a little magic of jealousy, and voilà, I'll be kissing her at the end of this night."
"And you didn't think, Sherlock, that acting like this would make her think that you only play with her?" I asked, raising an eyebrow. The gears in Mikaelson's head began to turn.
"F*ck. So what should I do? I've tried everything. Flowers, jewelry, old grimoires, unexpected almost-dating, puppies, cats, and all of this modern stuff."
"The idea of coming to me with a "love problem" is as ridiculous as expecting an answer, but I will try my best because you are kind of my friend and seem desperate. I don't know if you thought of it, but speaking with her and making a true confession seemed too simple, didn't it?" I said it sarcastically.
"You mean… "L" word?" he cleared his throat, ashamed.
"For the love of God, Kol Mikaelson! Do you love her?"
"Of course."
"Then get out of my eyes and tell her, not me." he disappeared as quickly as he had appeared, leaving me alone in a sea of people.
"Little bastard." I said it to myself while trying to get out of there.
But someone made sure I wasn't left alone for too long.
"Hello, my love."
I would recognize that voice even on my deathbed, and I undoubtedly knew that he would someday be the reason for my death.
"Hello Klaus." I turned around to look him in the face. He had grown more handsome since the last time I saw him, which worried me a lot. I tried to hide my unwanted emotions behind a sarcastic smirk.
"If you're wondering if Stefan or Caroline sent their regards, I'm going to have to disappoint you."
"Actually, I'm wondering who I have to kill." I frowned, not understanding him. He swept me into his arms and whirled me about the dance floor as the orchestra played. "I knew you were planning not to go to this party. Katherine was very upset about that."
"So you must have had an enjoyable couple of days." I can't stop myself from interrupting him. He gave me a small smile, shaking his head in amusement. I was so close in his arms that I could feel his every breath adjust to mine.
"You don't usually change your plans, so it's obvious that your bunch of stupid friends must have done something impressively dumb. And quite possibly, it has to do with the emergence of competition vampire's group in Mystic Falls."
"You seem quite well informed, especially for someone who doesn't care about anyone but his family."
"Ouch. As mean as I remembered."
"And you're as irritating as always. It looks like no one changed."
I sighed as I looked around the room. Mission successful - Katherine talks to Elijah. The only problem was that they looked like they were gossiping about me and Klaus…
"Tell me, did you miss me?" Klaus' taunt diverted my attention.
I thought for a moment about how to answer his question. Of course, I missed him. I frequently found myself recalling memories of us in locations where I was at the time. But as I said to Rebekah and Katherine, there was no bond between me and Klaus. We were just two bored souls who were looking for entertainment. We liked messing with people and making fun of them. That's all. There is no feeling involved. But it doesn't mean I will miss my chance.
"Yes." I whispered this while staring into his ocean eyes, never taking my gaze away from him.
He was surprised by my bold, direct statement. He leaned slightly closer to me. His gaze was moving from my eyes to my lips.
Tumblr media
"I was bored as no one was trying to hurt me or my friends. Fortunately, Miss Salvatore came back with her own, special family." I got a little closer to him so I could whisper in his ear. "And then we had a new member of our group. Enzo. He's incredibly handsome and was an excellent substitute for your company."
He moved his hand slowly as he extended his arm to encircle my back. Then he dipped me deeply, looking at my eyes all the damn time.
"Be careful, my love. You may fall for him, of course, if you have a heart." he whispered, tightening his grip on me. I held my breath, too enchanted by the moment to respond to his taunt.
I should feel uneasy, distrustful, and disgusted that I am at his mercy, for he could drop me at any moment. Instead, all I could feel was being hypnotized by his blue eyes until he helped me get back on my feet again.
"Every girl would love him. He has dark hair, plays the guitar, and speaks with an English accent. Everyone's type, espessialy mine." I said, when I came back to my senses. If he wanted to tease me, I'd make sure I was a worthy opponent. I just had to keep my emotions under lock and key.
"So your "type" has to have an English accent? It's good to know."
"Yeah, but not as old as some of the people who live here. Also, not this one who wants to get closer to me only to use me for my power."
"You really think that little of me?"
"Is it truly important what I think about you?"
"No, not if you want me to remain a stranger to you. Not at all. But I'd like to think that we are more than we're willing to admit."
"Are you drunk?" I asked, taking a step back to examine him more closely. He began laughing at my reaction, drawing me closer to him once again.
"No, my love. I'm honest. But I'm not sure if there's a big difference between these two."
"You're honest only if you know it's in your interest. Clearly, you want something for me because you've been nicer to me than you have in the last few years. But you have to know I'm not that stupid to let you control me." I got out of his arms and went out in search of a room free of anyone.
"Running away isn't a solution, Y/N! I hope you know that." He shouted as he followed me. We came to a halt as we entered his art studio. Of all the fucking places in this huge villa, it had to be the den of the big bad wolf.
"Katherine has managed to escape you for more than 500 years." I said this without giving him a single, damning look. I much preferred to admire his works.
"Yes. Because she wanted. I'm not sure if you share her desires." He grabbed my arm, turning me to face him.
"What kind of fucked-up game are you playing right now?!" I yelled, yanking his hands away from me. He confused me. We never crossed that unspoken line in our banter. Few months apart, and now he shares the attitude of our crazy friends. That kind of playing wasn't fun at all.
"Did I bring up a sensitive topic? You're not ready to finally stop lying to yourself?" I laughed, mocking him.
"I've never claimed to be a saint." I growled at his face.
"You also never admitted being a sinner."
"That's good I've always wanted to be an anti-hero, then." I whispered, looking into his mesmerizing eyes, not even realizing that as we talked, we were getting closer, as we were suddenly a foot apart. I felt his hand slip around my waist like a snake. He pulled me closer and then I found myself pressed between his warm chest and cold wall.
"If only you weren't such a paranoid woman and suspected me of using you whenever I wanted to get closer to you. Maybe you would understand who you should be scared of and what is truly between us."
"Said the man who murdered his biological father because he was afraid Ansal would endanger Hope."
"You seem quite well informed, especially for someone who doesn't care about me."
"Katherine and Rebekah are gossipers. You can't blame me for listening to them."
"You have an excuse for every circumstance, don't you?"
"It's not my fault you can't accept the truth. Whatever you've been taking today, you'd better take less of it. It's damaging your immortal, ancient head." I started to turn towards the door, but he stopped me by grabbing my hand.
"Don't turn your back on me, love." he threatened, keeping his firm grip on my wrist.
"Or what are you going to do? Dance with me again? You're right, it's so dangerous and horrible that I can't take it anymore." I ignored his warning and tried to leave the room.
He used his vampire speed and pinned me against the door. He leaned in, his eyes closed, and rested his brow against mine. In a silent, peaceful room, our hard, synchronized breaths were the only sound I could hear. My world shrank to just the two of us. The party outside was long forgotten by me.
He rubbed the tip of his nose on mine. I shivered as I got close enough to him for the first time to feel the warmth of his lips (and yet they were so far from mine).
"You have no idea… what you're doing to me."
His deep, hoarse whisper reminded me of who was standing in front of me and why I couldn't give in to my inner, treacherous desire. Before his lips could catch mine in his intoxicating trap (and possibly destroy me for any other men), I wrapped my hands around his neck and pinned him against the door, keeping a decent distance between us.
When he felt a piece of wood on his back, he opened his eyes, looked at me, and gave me an impressive glance. He giggled sinisterly, sending a shiver down my spine.
"For your own good, if you're not ready for a fire, don't play with it, love." I leaned slightly toward him, still catching his gaze with mine.
"Who said I wouldn't be the one to burn you?" I whispered against his neck, placing a burning kiss on it.
His soft, strangled moan after I gently bit into his skin was enough reward for my patience and a sign to stop before things got deeper.
I slowly took my hand from his arm and put it on the doorknob. I smiled on his neck because he was too preoccupied with the feeling of my lips to notice anything. I decided not to tempt fate anymore. Hybrid could easily take control from me (which wouldn't be good for me at all). So I pulled the handle and opened the door. The original nearly fell down because of my sudden, unexpected move.
I left Klaus behind in my haste, casting a quick glance behind me. It was definitely worth it. His look of indignation will stay in my mind for a long time. This battle was mine. We gonna see what future bring.
I walked into the room in a magnificent mood and took the glass of wine from one of the waiters.
"Can everyone get together, please?" Elijah caught everyone's attention. "Thank you. I wanted to thank everyone for coming to our engagement party. Me and my beloved fiance are very happy to see people around us who are wishing us a long, beautiful future." the crowd began to applaud, interrupting his speech for a moment.
"Such a diva." I whispered under my breath as I sipped my wine. Rebekah somehow heard this and tried to hide her laughter.
"But I didn't gather you all here just to talk about my luck. We wanted to announce who, from our closest friends, will be the second-most important couple at our wedding. My best man and Katerina's maid of honor, I don't think it will surprise you that my best man will be my brother Niklaus."
Klaus stood on the stairs next to the couple, wearing his trademark sly grin. He scanned the crowd. His gaze lingered directly on me, and he didn't want to take his eyes off me. The little bastard must have been up to something.
"I've been thinking about this since the day we got engaged, and to be honest, the decision wasn't as easy as it seemed to be. It was my desire to have this person as my maid of honor, but circumstances indicated that, unfortunately, my dream would not come true. You don't know how happy I was when I heard a few hours ago that she agreed. So without further extensions. My chief bridesmaid and best friend, Y/N Y/L!"
Applause erupted around me. It took me a second to recover from the shock and climb the stairs. I was standing right in front of this smug son of a bitch.
"Thanks for asking." I said to Katherine when Elijah ended his speech and people spread around.
"Klaus didn't tell you?" she asked, looking at her future brother-in-law.
Tumblr media
The original just shrugged.
"Don't worry, Kath. I won't make a scene. I'm not going to play according to the script of this drama queen. It will be a pleasure to be your maid of honor."
"I'm not a drama queen." the hybrid interjected, frowning.
"Whatever helps you sleep at night." I responded, giving him a small look.
"If you're so worried about my good sleep, why don't you join me in my bed, love?" he asked, coming to my side, so I had to give him my attention.
"Ha ha. Not even in your wildest dreams."
"In my wildest dreams, we don't need a bed, love." he said, casually adjusting the strap of my dress on my shoulder. His icy fingertips brushed against my heated skin, right next to my collarbone.
"You're the thousand-year-old father of a little girl. You don't think it's time to act like an adult and not a horny teenager?" I asked, grabbing his hand and pulling it off me.
"Ouch. But then you wouldn't even notice me." he pretended to be offended. He also tightened his grip on my hand without thinking of letting go. I fell into his trap with my own fucking wish.
"Believe me, it's impossible to miss you. I've tried. Many times." I growled, trying to free my hand from him.
"Aw, is that your way of telling me I'm special to you?" he asked, clearly amused by my annoyance. I've never seen such a huge smile on his face.
"Yeah, like a plastic, red punch cup at a school party," he laughed, reluctantly releasing my hand.
I turned to say something to Kath, but then I realized that she had left us in the middle of our conversation. I sighed as I was alone with him again. It's going to be a very long week (or month).
"By the way, when are you going to tell me I'm Katherine's maid of honor?" I asked, favoring him with my look again.
"It must have slipped my mind when you were passionately kissing my neck, love."
"Oh, I remember. You were moaning for me like a street lady."
I turned to leave, but he suddenly wrapped his arms around me and pulled me against his hard, well-built chest. He placed my head on his shoulder and cupped the tip of my right ear with his lips. His fangs came out, reminding me of his superhuman strength. Sometimes I forgot that the man I was teasing could easily break me with a flick of the wrist. Of course, if I let down my guard and drop my magic for a moment. We both knew that was impossible.
"Maybe I should return you a favor, and then we will see which one of us is making the most tempting moans?" he whispered suggestively and placed a small kiss under my ear. "What do you think about it, love?" he asked, rubbing his nose against my neck. He took one deep breath before placing his revange-wet kiss there.
And then, when I was burning for even his littlest touch, he just walked away like nothing happened.
I stood there, frozen in shock, watching his receding silhouette (definitely with a proud smirk on his face).
There was only one thing in my head.

"I've had a nightmare about monsters."
The little voice urged Rebekah from slumber, accompanied by the touch of a tiny palm grappling at her three-week-old manicure. She brushed reckless strands of blonde from her forehead (they tamed less easily after each child) and willed blue eyes open to face the little girl who was staring into her soul... Creepy. "Just a dream, Mary."
Tumblr media
Patting a spot for the smallest Winchester to lie back down, she could feel the impending rustle of the boys on Mary's other side. Great. "Go back to sleep," said Rebekah, one arm lazily moving to bop Henry and Sammy's heads. Funny how the other book-end in their overcrowded king-size bed appeared to remain in a peaceful sleep. She could whack Dean in the nose.
"They've killed all of the monsters," said Henry. A statement wildly untrue. She registered that, between their simple, innocent knowledge of Dean's family business and the Mikaelson's doom, the children believed every danger lay behind them. Vanquished before any of them had set foot on this earth.
They would not know of the things their parents had done - their mother’s centuries of monstrosity or their father’s sinful debts to pay. Here, crammed together in a bed that made a good night’s sleep impossible, the little Mikaelson-Winchesters knew only safety, warmth, and happiness.

how i think desdemona and the mikaelsons would get along or not
freya mikaelson : // given time to know her, des heavily respects and hopefully, would like to be friends with her. freya went through a tremendous struggle and life, and still comes out on top as one of the most powerful of her family and fixes most things at every turn. desdemona heavily respects, admires, and this is why her seventh kid is named after freya. finn mikaelson : // finds finn incredibly stuck up. which is her being a hypocrite. however she may understand that he felt he was gatekept out of his own family, something she resonates with her own. the two likely wouldn’t get along much. elijah mikaelson : // one of the few people who would be able to put up with desdemona on a daily basis. this is likely due to the fact that elijah can put up with klaus on a daily basis. someone who would sympathize with desdemona when she opens up. klaus mikaelson : // the two are severely, severely, too much alike, and immediately, can’t stand each other due to that reasoning. they’ve been through extremely similar trauma, and should they open up with each other, can be on rather stable ground with one another. but they’re stubborn, and too prideful, and will likely spend quite a few hundred years trying to kill each other. kol mikaelson : // would find his antics amusing....up to a point. would probably easily get irritated and fed up with him. which is not unlike everyone else. rebekah mikaelson : // somehow i see them being friends. able to tolerate each other for a specific amount of time before they start taking shots at each other. they could probably run a nice credit card debt and drink for a while before they start being mean to each other. friends, kinda in that way.

The Sly Fox Taphouse was a shitty little bar a couple blocks away from the lounge, and it wasn’t a place to see anyone particularly reputable. Normally, Kaz loved places like that - they were great for deals, better for picking pockets. He recalled going to places like that as a boy, where he’d stolen into the pockets and purses of people too drunk to notice or care. Until he’d been able to steal from a higher stock of pigeon, they’d been what he had.
But this particular place had a bartender deeply in debt to the Dregs, and Kaz was tired of waiting for them to pay. He’d taken him around the back for a conversation, and ducked, narrowly avoiding a punch from the guy. He was big, but soft - pathetic. Kaz whipped his cane out and slammed it into the bartender’s feet, knocking him to the ground where Kaz put one boot on his neck. “Pearson, you don’t wanna have this fight.” He said with a casual air of confidence that came from doing this often. “And I know for a fact you frequent the Menagerie on a weekly basis, so I know you can pay Haskell back. Just give me what you owe, and I’ll get out of your hair, eh?” He suggested, pressing his foot harder into the man’s neck.

Title- 'Centuries of waiting' part 2
Warnings: Fluff, shitty older brother, Jealous!Hayley, some angst
Summary: Klaus has murder on his mind, Y/N tells how she ended up with the Elite, Elijah just wants to spoil and love on his soulmate.
A/N: Dudes I got it a little angsty between Elijah and Hayley. This is what I get for listening to 'Battlefield' by Lea Michele while writing.
Morning sunlight shined though Elijah's bedroom window waking him up and found you asleep on top of him. This made him smile glad you were comfortable with him as if you had been with him forever. Elijah ran his fingers down your back as you nuzzled his neck feeling comfort settled over the bond.
"Elijah." You muttered sleepily as Elijah smiled kissing your head feeling you shift on his chest only to roll off onto the bed making him smile. While Elijah wondered how you ended up with the Elite but he didn't rush to push to tell him as he was focused on your needs at the moment.
"Morning beautiful." Elijah said cupping your cheek smiling when you hid your blushing face in a pillow. Elijah chuckled leaning over pressing kisses on your neck as he tried to not flood the bond with adoration and love as to not to overwhelm you.
"Goodmorning." You muttered as Elijah gently urged you out of bed. You yawned getting up only to be picked up by Elijah and taken to the bathroom. You were surprised with how soft Elijah was with you as he was far from the stories the Elite told.
"Something on your mind, little heart?" Elijah asked softly brushing your hair from your face pulling you from your thoughts.
"It isn't nothing to worry about....you are just really different from the stories the Elite told." You answered Elijah as he frowned and looked at you when you reached up cupping his face.
"You don't scare me, Elijah. Because if you really the monster they say I shouldn't be alive." You tell your soulmate softly as Elijah leaned down to kiss you while you both flooded the bond with 'I love you.'.
"Breakfast is ready, Elijah." Hayley said crossing her arms still not liking how Elijah seemly had completely trusted the fact you were his soulmate.
"Sleep well Elijah?" Caroline asked with a smirk on her face watching Elijah once again pulling you into his lap. Elijah chuckled knowing what the blonde vampire was asking as he rubbed your side.
"I'm giving her a chance to get use to this first Caroline." Elijah said making the blonde giggle as you blinked looking at Elijah who just smiled at you kissing your nose.
"Goodmorning all." Klaus said smirking as he walked into the kitchen stealing a quick kiss from Caroline. Elijah raised an eyebrow noting the smirk and looked at Rebekah who noticed too.
"Have plans for today Niklaus?" Elijah asked stealing a grape off your fork making you pout but an idea popped in your head and began to feed Elijah some of your fruit salad.
"Yes. Murder." Klaus said as his smirk darken as he sat down looking at you getting a low growl from Elijah as his hold on you tighten making you look at Elijah comforting him through the bond.
"Niklaus."
"No need to worry brother. I was thinking your little soulmate goes out spend the day with the girls while we plot the death of the Elite." Klaus says leaning back against the chair as Elijah calmed down opening his mouth as you fed him a piece of melon.
"What about the first Sired?"
"They are no worry as of right now Hayley." Klaus says as he was itching to kill those that harmed you. You were family now so those that hurt you will meet his rage. You smiled feeding Elijah another grape which he happily took eyes twinkling with joy.
"Will you be okay?" You asked toying with the pendant of the Mikaelson Crest Elijah had gifted you. Elijah was making sure you were ready for your outing with the girls.
"Don't worry about me, little heart. Buy whatever you want." Elijah tells you handing you his credit card as he kissed your forehead. You blushed knowing Elijah wanted to spoil you again. You said a goodbye to Elijah then hurried to Rebekah's side.
"So Y/N were did you come from?" Hayley asked watching you as you blinked trying to remember since you had been with the Elite for a long while. It also didn't help the Elite would compel you and others for complete control.
"New York....I was a ballerina." You answered Hayley trying really hard to remember as Caroline stepped next to you smiling softly.
"Hey don't worry about not remembering right now. We have a dress to get you." Caroline says looping her arm with yours with Rebekah on the other side of you smiling also. The four of you had bought some nice dresses and some shoes more so Rebekah and Caroline was going to help you pick out a gorgeous dress for the Strix party Elijah was invited to.
"How did you end up with the Elite?" Hayley asked you watching you stop looking though dresses and put your head down. Rebekah was by your side in a blink of an eye seeing you shake and Caroline rubbed your back seeing tears fall down your face.
".....my older brother......sold me to them." You said as the memories came flooding back and your tears wouldn't stop.
"Once he found out I was a soulmate to an Original....he knew he could pay off his debts." You said shivering remembering how the leader of the Elite looked at you like you were a piece of meat. You also remember how your brother was okay with selling you off.
"How about we get you home." Caroline said softly as she lead you out of the store and Rebekah pays for your dress while Hayley felt a little guilty for bringing it up. Once back at the compound you surprised Elijah by climbing into his lap and buried your face in his neck your tears wetting the collar of his shirt.
"Baby?" Elijah asked softly as he wrapped his arms around you searching the bond for answers but only felt an overwhelming sadness and fear. So Elijah listen to Rebekah and Caroline explain to Klaus on why you were acting like this.
"Elijah?" Hayley said softly a moment later seeing that the Original hadn't moved from his chair as you had fell asleep against him. Elijah looked at her then focused his attention back on you, he had removed your heels and wrapped you in a blanket.
"Why are you pushing her away? Is it because she is my soulmate?" Elijah asked Hayley as the female hybrid crossed her arms.
"I just think you are rushing to fast on wanting it to be true."
"You don't believe that she is. Even though Freya said the bond was real." Elijah said freezing when you shifted then relaxed when you settled against his chest.
"Elijah, don't you find it a little suspicious that she shows up right when the Sired did?"
"No. The Elite had been in New Orleans longer than the Sired had from what Marceltold us." Elijah said as he stood up hold you bridal style. Elijah looked at Hayley.
"I loved you that I cannot deny Hayley but choose to marry Jackson. So if you really did love me you would have fought for us now allow me this happiness." Elijah said walking past her pausing at the door away.
"Maybe in a different life we could have loved one another. But I want to be happy Hayley and not waiting on what ifs." Elijah said softly before walking away not seeing the tear roll down Hayley's cheek.
You woke seeing it was dark out and felt Elijah pulling you back against his chest letting you roll over.
"I am sorry for earlier."
"It is fine little heart. You are still adjusting to this and the bond." Elijah says softly running his fingers through your hair.
"But....."
"No buts. The compulsion you were under us coming undone due to our bond. Hayley should have been more careful when asking about your past."
"Oh....were you two a thing?" You asked as you saw how Hayley would look at Elijah. It made you feel a little insecure but you felt Elijah flood the bond with love.
"We were but she married another. I loved her deeply I had gave up looking for you believing that I didn't have a soulmate."
"But when I felt you reach out that spark love lit with in me so I started searching for you. Hayley thought it was witches messing with me but when the auction came and I saw you....I just knew and all I wanted was you."
You looked at Elijah eyes tearing up leaning in kissing him softly and Elijah responded to the kiss right away. You squeaked as he lifted you placing you on top of him and your hands were on his chest.
"Elijah." You whispered sounding a bit whiny as Elijah pulled you down kissing you again. His hands were on your hips moving under your skirt as you both got more needy with your kisses and clothes went flying.
"I love you Elijah."
"I love you too my little heart." Elijah says softly drowning his self in your touch knowing he wasn't going to let you go.

Doing her best not to wince, Hayley offered Elijah a placatingly apologetic smile as Rebekah shooed him away. Admittedly, she wouldn’t mind having his hands on her–yeah, not going there. Hormones were fun. Either way, if Rebekah was going to play Mother Theresa Mikaelson, who was Hayley to talk her out of it? Not like she really could anyway considering she was more bark than bite of late.
Tumblr media
Deep gash or not, it didn’t bother Hayley so much as she had some rage to work off after getting assaulted like that, but her prey was being disposed of by Elijah so he could busy himself after being so unceremoniously brushed off. “I feel fine–” She insisted, though she stumbled when she stood. Looks like Miracle Baby™ didn’t quite finish the job yet, but she couldn’t blame the kid; it’s not like it was her task to protect Mama Wolf anyway; that was Hayley’s job above all else. “Guess you can add that pair to my preexisting boot debt.” Not like she could ever repay Rebekah anyway. “Yanno, if I’m so much trouble, maybe you should match your wardrobe to fit the job; might help you avoid further malfunctions.” She smirked if only to signal she was just teasing the Original before she got a whole mouthful of lip for sounding ungrateful.

For research purposes (part 1)
Klaus x Stiles.
has some nsfw. smut.
Where Klaus was left alone as his family's souls were inside the blue jewel necklace. Where he escaped New Orleans and came to collect the debt of Deaton's lineage; to help him bring back his brother and sister.
He told himself that he's just in Beacon Hills to make Deaton help him get his family back. And not to intervene with problems there.
But a certain brown-eyed teen made that impossible. No matter how he wanted nothing to do about it, he can't help saving that pale-skinned, skinny, defenseless teen named Mieczyslaw.
Tumblr media
"Wo-woah!!!" -Stiles and Scott stepped away as Deaton hauled in 2 coffins.
"D-Deaton? What the fuck?!?" -Stiles holding onto his bat.
"That won't do much, Stiles. Scott, could you please help me get these to the back room?"
As hesitant as he was, Scott did help. Aside from the coffins. There were other stuffs to; candles, roots, dried plants, grass, flowers, stakes...
"A-Are they... vampires?" -Stiles holding up the stakes.
"Yes. Before everything else. Let me explain the situation."
Deaton started to explain that these are not just ordinary vampires. They were the first ones. The originals. He then opened the coffins, stating that they are Elijah and Rebekah Mikaelson. They were poisoned and a cure is needed to be made. Their souls are witched into a blue jeweled necklace. He then held up the necklace and hang it over Elijah's open coffin. He is to make a cure for the bodies, before transferring the souls back.
"That sounded so dangerous. Can't you just decline?" -Stiles staring at the bodies of the originals.
"I cannot decline."
His family had a debt to the Mikaelson family. And now a member is collecting on that debt now. The hybrid: Niklaus Mikaelson.
Deaton had warned them to not do anything stupid and let him handle this. That they should make sure to relay the information to the other pack members.
"How long is he gonna stay here?" -Scott
"It will all depend on when he gets all the materials we need. Don't worry, Scott. I'm sure he will not cause trouble, with the resurrection of his family on the line. If ever, he would be on our side. And that, would be very convenient for us."
Then they heard a car pull over the front of the clinic. Deaton swallowed and took a deep breath.
"He's here."
Deaton and the 2 teens looked at each other and nodded. They headed to the front door and saw Niklaus standing outside the door. He has blood all over him.
Tumblr media
"Hello, Deaton."
"Good evening, Mr. Mikaelson."
"Oh, please. Just call me Klaus. Well, aren't you gonna invite me in?"
"Sorry. Of course, come in."
"Do pardon my bloody look. I had to do a little more 'convincing' to get this venom we need." -Klaus dangled the vial from a werewolf family line needed to make the cure.
Deaton handed Klaus a wet towel to clean the blood off.
Scott was observing the hybrid all the while. He could sense the strength coming from him. But the vampire side made it hard to catch a scent from Klaus. Scott is the alpha of Beacon Hills but in the presence of Klaus, he could tell that his status means nothing. He was weary but he trusts Deaton has this under control.
Stiles, on the other hand, was in complete worry and confusion. He can say that Klaus is someone not to mess with. This one is the big bad wolf. But also hot as hell... what's up with the accent? the voice? and yes, he is bi. He is sure about himself now.
Scott just blinked and before he knows it, Klaus was standing infront of him and Stiles, reading their school IDs.
"Scott McCall... Alpha, nice to meet you." -Klaus looked at Scott as he let his ID go.
"And... Mieczyslaw Stilinski. Nice to meet you." -Klaus also looked at Stiles as he let the ID go.
"H-Hello. Wow, that's the first time someone said my name right. On the first try too." -Stiles stared at Klaus's eyes.
Klaus smiled at him. "Are you sure you should be looking into my eyes, love?"
"Oh! Uhm..." -Stiles looked away. He read about this in books. Vampires can compell you, staring into your eyes.
Klaus chuckled. "Don't worry. I gave my word to not hurt any of you."
"That would be very much appreciated, Klaus." -Deaton came back from the back room.
Klaus stepped away from Stiles.
"I believe we need only 2 family venom."
"Yes, tomorrow I will get the one. And the last one we'll just get from a Hale... I supposed I deserve to get a drink." -Klaus stared at Scott.
"Scott, show him around. Take him to the bar downtown." -Deaton whispering to Scott.
"But what if he bites someone?"
"It's okay. He won't kill them. He gave his word."
"What?!? I should just let him bite someone???"
"Yes... rather than piss him off and wage a war against him and his family."
"... Okay."
---
Scott and Stiles rode with Klaus in his car to the bar downtown. On the ride there, Klaus took the opportunity to gather information about Beacon Hills, it might come in handy some time.
"So, you were bitten, not born into this?"
"Yes. Peter Hale was the one that made me."
"Hale... I've known their ancestors. Pretty interesting werewolf kind. Being able to half transform at will."
Klaus said as he glanced at the brown-eyed boy sitting at the back. He intrigued him. The boy has this something about him that makes you wanna protect him and save him all the time.
"How about you, Mieczyslaw? Do you have certain powers, love?"
Stiles has his mouth a bit agape. He was just listening to Klaus's voice and accent. Loving the sound of his name in it.
"Oh, just call me Stiles. Yeah, Stiles please. I'm not used to being called Mieczyslaw."
"But the meaning of your name is beautiful and rhymes with love too."
"I-I, well, I prefer Stiles." -Stiles insisted and thought: 'Why am I sweating? Why am I blushing? Ohmygod!'
"Alright then... Stiles."
"Yes... uhm no I'm just human. No powers." -Stiles said, very animatedly with his face and hands. Taking note on how 'Stiles' sounds like when Klaus was pronouncing it. He loves the hybrid's voice and accent. A new discovery about himself, he never thought he's such an accent guy. If he could, he would record Klaus talking and listen to him talk all night.
They arrived at the bar and were stopped by the entrance. Stiles presented the bouncer with their fake IDs. Scott went to the bar as Stiles looked for a table with Klaus.
Stiles could see the ladies and some guys stare at Klaus as they pass by. He can't blame them. The guy is beautiful. He found an open booth at the far end.
"Uhm, I hope you're okay here, Klaus. This is the only available booth."
"It's okay, love." -Klaus slid into the seat.
Stiles was to sit on the opposite of Klaus when
"Come sit beside me, Stiles."
"Uh-I-"
"I won't hurt you, love."
"Well... okay." -Stiles did, only to not make Klaus angry and possibly rage out on a vampire drinking spree or something.
Klaus stared at Stiles. He noticed the teen's cheek is littered with moles. He traced them with his fingertips, down to Stiles's neck.
Stiles shuddered at the touch. "K-Klaus..."
Klaus did not stop touching his neck, his fingertips now dipping lower to the collarbone, tugging away the collar of his shirt.
Stiles looked at Klaus, his cheeks fully flushed. He did not moved away though his brain knew he should've but his body said otherwise. The fingertips felt... good on his skin. And the heat in his pants wasn't helping at all.
Klaus smiled at him and leaned into his neck. Stiles held his breath when he felt a tongue flick at his skin.
'Shit fuck ohmygod!' -Stiles closed his eyes.
Klaus could hear the thumping of Stiles's heart. He could see the pulse on his neck quickening. So... inviting.
"Have you been bit by a vampire before, Stiles?" -Klaus breathed on his ears.
"N-No."
"Would you like to try?"
'Ohmygod! Scott, where the fuck are you?!?'
As if on cue, Scott arrived with a waiter serving their drinks. Klaus moved away from Stiles's neck and straightened on his seat. Stiles puckered his lips and slid closer to the table. He placed his elbows on the table as he quickly took his drink and started downing it.
"H-Hey, Stiles, dude slow down." -Scott.
Klaus laughed as he took his own drink.
'I can't calm down, Scott!' -Stiles thought again. He's very confused. What happened was scary as shit. But also hot as hell. Having Klaus so near and whispering in his ears. Hot damn! He poured himself another shot and drunk it.
'Hmnn, shit!' -Stiles felt his thigh brush against Klaus's thigh.
"Are you okay, love?" -Klaus asked Stiles, teasingly. He knows what the teen was feeling right now. Stiles had slid forward to the table, hiding his lower half under the table.
"Ahh, yeah. I just... well, I just wanna drink real bad." -Stiles lied with a twitch in his pants.
The alcohol, Klaus, and his arousal was making Stiles very disoriented.
"Oh, shit! Stiles, look!" -Scott tapping his arm.
"What?!?"
"A Kanima!"
Stiles whipped his head to look at where Scott was pointing at. Sure enough, the Kanima they've been looking for. Scott jumped to action. He stood and approached the Kanima. Stiles took another drink and followed Scott. Klaus just watched them deal with the situation.
Scott dragged the Kanima to the backdoor as discreetly as he can. And fought with it outside. Stiles followed them, mountain ash in hand. Scott was trying to set the kanima up for capture as it jumped through him, claws first towards Stiles.
"Oh shit!" -Stiles ducked.
"I got you, love." -Klaus came to his rescue. Holding the kanima by the neck.
"K-Klaus... watch out for the tail!" -Stiles warned.
Klaus caught the tail with his other hand. "Thank you, love." -Klaus winked at him.
"Stiles! The mountain ash!"
Stiles quickly got up and made a circle with the mountain ash. Signaling Klaus to throw the creature in there.
"T-Thanks for saving me, Klaus."
"I won't let anyone hurt you, Stiles."
---
They returned to Deaton's with the captured kanima. They will deal with it tomorrow. Scott and Stiles bid goodnight and headed home. Scott drove off in his motorcycle. Stiles was left behind as his jeep did not want to start again.
"Having troubles?" -Klaus walked up to him.
"Uh-yeah." -Stiles gave up on the jeep. It needed towing.
"I'll give you a ride home."
"Alright."
On the ride home, Stiles was awfully quiet. He was never quiet. His house is not far but it felt like it's a hundred miles away. He thought of his situation: being driven home by a hot half vampire half werewolf who offered to bite him a while ago only to save him after.
"Uhm... hey, Klaus. I just wanna know... werewolves turn by bite, do vampires turn by bite too?"
"No. One will only turn if they die with a vampire's blood in their system. A vampire biting you won't turn you."
"How long will a vampire's blood stay in your system?"
"It depends how much you drink. A few drop, about 3 days."
"So... you gotta stay alive until it disappears from your system to avoid turning?"
"Yes. Now that you know you won't turn from a vampire bite, are you reconsidering my offered bite?"
"Oh, no! No."
Klaus laughed.
They arrived at Stiles's house. Klaus walked him up to his front door. Stiles was a curious person, very curious, even on dangerous situations. He just thought. He has seen werewolf faces. He wants to see a vampire face.
Before opening the door, Stiles asked.
"Uhm, Klaus... I'm just... I wanted to see what a vampire's face look like. For research purposes."
Klaus was taken aback by the request.
"I would show you, love. But outside here doesn't seem to be a good place."
"O-Oh, yeah. Come in." -Stiles invited Klaus as he opened the front door.
He looked back at Klaus who had that crooked smile on him. Then Stiles just realized.
'Oh shit! I just gave a vampire the invitation to come in the house! Oh well.'
He watched Klaus step in and take his coat off, hanging it by the door. Stiles stared at Klaus in his red henley that clang nicely to his chest. The sleeves nicely pushed up to the elbows, showing a toned arm. Bracelet adorned his wrists and a ring on his beautiful fingers. Klaus walked closer to Stiles, his lips close to the teen's ear again. Klaus's hand found his cheek again, thumb caressing it. Stiles swallowed, the feeling from the bar came back. Klaus tracing his moles again with his fingertips, down to his neck again.
"You wanna do it here in the hallway?"
"H-Huh?!?" -Stiles's mind was in a mush of hormones. Do what? In the hallway?
"Show you my vampire face?"
Oh! That! Yeah he did ask. "Oh, yeah. I-It's okay to do it here. The face, I mean." Stiles stepped a away a little.
Klaus looked down and when he looked up at Stiles.
"Watch carefully, Stiles. For your research purposes."

His irises slowly changed into a golden color, his sclera darkening, black veins appearing around his eyes. His fangs showed as he smiled at Stiles. Klaus just stared at Stiles. Waiting for his reaction.
"Oh shit! W-Whow." -Stiles found himself amazed. "Cool!"
Klaus snickered at how Stiles was enjoying his true face. "You're interesting, Stiles." Klaus stated then turned his face back to normal.
"That was really cool!"
Tumblr media
"Is there something else you want to see?" -Klaus asked rather suggestively.
"Oh-uhm, I'm good. Thanks."
"Alright. I have a long day ahead tomorrow." -Klaus took his coat and prepared to leave. "Sweet dreams, love."
"Y-Yeah. You too. Thanks again."
---
"Dude! Like seriously, it was so cool!"
Stiles immediately told Scott about Klaus's vampire face the next school day. But after all that Stiles's said, Scott could only focus on:
"You invited him in?!? Your house?!?"
"Y-Yeah, well... I know it was stupid."
"It's dangerous! Deaton specifically told us not to invite him in our houses."
"I was curious and excited, I made a mistake. He won't hurt me anyway."
All through out the school day, Stiles kept thinking about Klaus. How he exudes danger and attractiveness. And that sexy voice and accent. He wants to hear it again.
To Stiles's disappointment, Klaus was not in Deaton's clinic when they dropped by at the end of school hours.
"Hey, Deaton. Where's Klaus?"
"He's out looking for a werewolf pack north of here. For their venom."
"Did he say when he'll come back?"
"No... Stiles... you are treading on dangerous grounds."
"W-What?" -Stiles acting innocent.
"You are attracted to Klaus."
"H-Hey! I am not."
"Yes, you are." -Scott seconded. "I could sense it."
Stiles thought Klaus, being half werewolf, could just mean he also senses it.
"Damn! Okay okay. Fine. I find him extremely gorgeous and sexy."
"Stiles." -Deaton and Scott said at the same time.
"Stop. Don't give me the speech. I'm not gonna act on it okay. Besides, he's just here for a week or so."
Klaus did not return that day. Much to Stiles's dismay. Flopped onto his bed and touched his cheek and neck the way Klaus did. His fingers lingering on the spot Klaus licked. He went to sleep in hopes that the hybrid would be back tomorrow.
---
"Stiles!" -Scott ran to him. One of another kanima was on Stiles, hitting him down.
Scott wrestled the creature off of Stiles and stuck his claws on its belly, knocking it out. There have been alot of kanimas lately.
"Stiles! Are you okay?" -Scot checked him over.
Stiles had a bruise on his cheekbone and a wound on his lip. "I'm fine. Let's go."
They brought to the kanima to Deaton to have the spirit expelled back to nature. Scott went ahead and Stiles was left behind having his wound patched up by Deaton.
"Klaus hasn't come back yet?"
"No, Stiles." -Deaton said as he gave Stiles a roll of gauze for replacement tomorrow.
"Okay... thanks, I'll be going home now."
Deaton watched Stiles walk out with slumped shoulders. He had it bad for Klaus. Deaton exhaled. He couldn't blame the kid. The vampires had a certain charm to them. He only hoped Klaus wouldn't break Stiles's heart.
---
Stiles groaned as he entered his room.
"Hello, love."
Stiles almost jumped at the surprise. Klaus was in his room, sitting at his computer desk.
"K-Klaus! You're back!"
Now it was Klaus's time to get surprised. He raised his eyebrows. He dashed towards Stiles and caressed his cheek once more.
"What happened, Stiles?" -Klaus pertaining to his bruises.
Tumblr media
"Oh, I'm okay now, Klaus. Don't worry." -Stiles leaning into Klaus's hand on his cheek.
"Who did this to you?"
"He's taken care of. Besides, when they're kanima, they don't remember what they're doing."
"Oh, love." -Klaus lifted the sleeves of his henley, bit his wrist enough to draw blood and offered it to Stiles. "Sip and you'll heal."
"Oh, uhm, Klaus I'm good." -Stiles declining.
"Come on, love. For your research purposes." -Klaus smiling.
Stiles chuckled. He was seriously considering it. He won't turn anyway.
"Stiles, please. I can't stand to see you hurt." -Klaus begged him. His eyes heavy with concern.
And that does it for Stiles.
"Okay okay, I'll sip."
Stiles took Klaus's wrist up and pressed it to his lips. He closed his eyes when he got the metallic taste in his mouth. He sucked a little more and heard a little moan from Klaus. He sucked again, wanting to hear it again. Klaus gave him another moan. Stiles felt the wound on his lips disappear. He let go of Klaus's wrist and looked at his mirror. He saw his bruise and wound heal.
"Wow. Just wow. Thanks, Klaus."
"You're always welcome, love." -Klaus rubbing his wrist.
Stiles stared at Klaus. There's something so sensual about what just happened. It might sound crazy but it was real to Stiles. It aroused him. Drinking from Klaus and hearing him moan. His head is clouded now. By hormones and attraction to Klaus.
"Klaus... does your offer still stand? You know... the bite." -Stiles felt his cheeks warm up and surely turn red.
"Hmn... it's always on the table, love." -Klaus walked up to Stiles.
"I... would like to take it." -Stiles turning his head a little, offering his neck.
"Alright, love. I'll give it to you."
Klaus grabbed Stiles's hips and pulled him closer to his own hips. Stiles took in a sharp breath.
"Ah-fuck." -Stiles muttered as he felt his erection bump against Klaus's. "Holy sh-"
Stiles was cut off by Klaus's lips on his. A hard kiss. Bruising and hot. Klaus sucking at the bottom lip, where his wound was previously.
"Mnn! Fck!" -Stiles muttered in between kisses. He grabbed onto Klaus's shoulders as he felt the hybrid lift him up and sit him on his desk.
Stiles was taking and letting out deep, quickened breaths. Klaus was trailing kisses down his neck. His erection straining in his pants. Klaus pried Stiles's legs apart and positioned himself in the middle. He pressed his crotch onto Stiles's own.
"Ahhh!" -Stiles's hand slid up to Klaus's hair, gripping at the curly blondes.
"Mnn." -Klaus hummed into Stiles's neck, licking it.
Klaus started grinding against Stiles. Feeling their erections getting harder against each other through their pants. Stiles was lost in the feeling in their crotches when Klaus bit down on his neck. It elicited a strained grunt from him. The feeling of pleasure and stinging pain mixing in him. Making his mind really cloudy. But making him utterly aroused even more.
"Ohhhh, Klaus!"
He could feel Klaus sucking now. His head spinning on the pleasure and pain. He was so high on it that he didn't even noticed Klaus had brought him over to bed, getting undressed and undressing him.
"You're beautiful, Stiles."
Stiles could only answer in moans as he took in the vision of a naked Klaus on top of him. He was broken out of his trance when he felt Klaus violently tear his shirt off.
"Hnn! Shit! I loved that shirt."
"Apologies, love. I'll replace it with one of mine."
"Fine by me." -Stiles accepted, seeing how fine Klaus's wardrobe is.
Klaus leaned back down to his neck, sucking on the wound again. Sending jolts of electricity down Stiles's erection again, making it bob.
"So aroused, love." -Klaus traced the vein on the underside of it.
Stiles moaned on that and bucked his hips. "Do something, please." white hot liquid bidding on his tip already.
Klaus grabbed him and started pumping him. Stiles then grabbed Klaus's neck to get him to kiss his lips. Stiles was so aroused that he came already. Spilling all over Klaus's hand and his own abdomen.
"Shit... sorry." -Stiles felt embarrassed wanted to cover his face.
Klaus caught his hands and kissed them. "Don't apologise, love." Then Klaus started raising his legs to his shoulders.
Stiles held his breath and gripped his sheets. Oh, he knows what's coming next. Klaus used his spill as lube and then pushed into him slowly.
"Ohhmnnn." -Stiles bit his lips. "Fuuuckkk" Stiles threw his head harder back to the pillow.
Klaus smirked, loving how he could pleasure his Stiles to this extent. He knows he can do more, but for the first time, this is enough.
Klaus stopped at the hilt and let Stiles adjust.
"You feel so good, Stiles."
"Ohmygod, it's you who feels so good. You're fcking hot!" -Stiles said, his breathing erratic, his eyes half lidded from lust and pleasure. Hands rubbing Klaus's arms.
"Hold on, love. I'll start... pounding into you. Hard." -Klaus whispered into Stiles's ear.
Stiles moaned at the dirty talking. Pound. Hard. Holy sht. Stiles wrapped his arms around Klaus's back as Klaus pulled almost all the way out and then plunged all the way in again.
Tumblr media
'Oh fck this! Pound hard it is!' -was Stiles's last thoughts. He then found himself only knowing and only able to utter the words: oh, ah, mn, fck, and Klaus for moments after that.
He felt himself coming for the second time, clenching around Klaus. Taking the hybrid with him to climax. Klaus leaned down again and bit on his neck again.
"Stiles!" "Klaus!"
Stiles's vision was slowly overcome with white pulsing dots and his hearing deafening for a few seconds, as he kept coming. He's hands limping. Completely exhausted. Klaus pulled out of him and laid beside him. He then felt hot liquid trickle out of him.
"Oh fck Klaus!"
Then he suddenly realized why vampires were super hot. Because they can do whatever in sex, try with whoever because they do not worry about spreading or getting infections, because they absolutely don't. Bare members. No latex, no silicone covers. Deliciously skin to skin.
Klaus pulled him into a cuddle. Stiles totally accepted it. His down to cuddling after the deed. Klaus then pricked his wrist, offering his blood to Stiles.
"For this wound." -Klaus touched Stiles's neck bite.
"Oh, yeah." -Stiles accepted, taking a few sips.
---
Klaus was lazing, combing Stiles's hair with his fingers, as Stiles rests his head on his chest.
"I must go, love."
"What? Why?"
"I need to get that to Deaton." -Klaus pointing at the vial of werewolf venom.
"Oh, yeah right. You have to make a cure... but... can it wait tomorrow?" -Stiles really not wanting Klaus to go.
"Sorry, love. I also am to meet with Peter for the Hale line of venom."
"Hmn... okay." -Stiles slid off Klaus's chest. "But... can you come back later?"
"Hmn..." -Klaus was thinking it over.
Stiles looked at Klaus with his doe-y brown eyes. Klaus couldn't say no to that.
"Alright, love. I'll come back later."
"Yes!"
---
Peter was early over at Deaton's, ready to have his venom extracted.
"Well, that was easy." -Deaton started to extract it.
"This is Niklaus Mikaelson. I'm not that stupid to go against him." -Peter put on the extraction tool. "Where is he by the way?"
"On the way."
"Do forgive my tardiness." -Klaus enters, handing over the vial to Deaton. "I see, you started. Thank you. Peter."
"Anything for the king."
Klaus chuckled "Wherever your nephew is?"
"Derek is... in a heroic spree as of the moment."
"I heard he gave up his alpha powers."
"Yeah. To save his sister Cora."
"Very noble."
Klaus stayed until Peter was extracted of the required venom amount. Talking about supernatural events. Things Beacon Hills went through. People and creatures that paid a visit here.
"Deucalion? Oh bloody hell."
"Yes, real pain in the arse." -Peter threw his hands up.
Klaus just laughed real hard. Pouring himself another shot of scotch.
"But right now, it quieted down a little. Just random kanimas transforming. Scott is handling that one well... oh thank God I'm done." -Peter took out the device from his fangs and started to head out. "It was nice to meet you, king."
"I appreciate this, Peter."
With that, Klaus headed out as well. Deaton informing him that by tomorrow, Elijah and Rebekah would be awake.
When Klaus got back, Stiles was fast asleep. Poor exhausted boy. Klaus laid beside him.
---
Stiles woke up alone, feeling super exhausted. He had missed 2 classes already in his morning. He saw Klaus's letter on the desk.
-Good morning, love. I had to leave early. Elijah and Rebekah are to wake up today. P.S. As promised, replacement for your favorite shirt. I hope you like grey.-
Stiles saw then picked up the grey henley shirt. He was glad Klaus did come back last night. He tried waiting for him to come back, but he was exhausted.
Stiles wore Klaus's shirt to school that day.
"Hey, Stiles. What happened?" -Scott asked him when he stepped into their 3rd class for the day.
"Scott, dude. I was... woke up super late. Sorry."
Scott looked at Stiles's new clothes. And Stiles's goofy grin. His scent, mixed with someone else's. The scent, he recognized... Klaus.
"Stiles! You-Klaus- ohmygod!" -Scott pieced it together.
"Uhm yeah. Scott, yes."
"And your bruises? What happened?" -Scott was looking where the bruises was before.
"Oh, he healed me."
"Healed you? How?"
"Uhm... bydrinkinghisblood." -Stiles said so fast he hoped Scott didn't get it but of course, werewolf hearing.
"WHAT?!? You drunk his blood???" -Scott was in panic.
"Wait wait, calm down!"
Stiles explained about using vampire blood to heal and that it won't make you turn. Etc etc.
"Are you sure?"
"Yes."
"Stiles, I don't know. You gotta think this over. Be very careful around Klaus."
---
Rebekah heaved as she sat up in her coffin. She looked around and saw Klaus drinking scotch, and Elijah straightening his suit.
"Good morning, love." -Klaus offered Rebekah a bag of blood. "Sorry, that's all I got right now. But it's AB-."
Rebekah took it and had her fill.
"Good to see you, Deaton. I appreciate you doing right by your family's debt to us." -Elijah said, pouring himself a drink as well.
"We honor our word." -Deaton, offering Rebekah a change of clothes.
"I'm so glad you held up your promise, Nik. I seriously thought you would just leave us in our sleep." -Rebekah
Tumblr media
"That hurts me, Rebekah." -Klaus bringing a hand to his chest. "I, as Elijah, keep my words as well. Albeit, very rarely."
"I hope our presence did not cause any trouble, Deaton." -Elijah
"No, none at all. If anything, Klaus was really helpful. Saving a little puppy in the pack quite a few times."
"Oh. That is interesting... care to introduce us to this puppy, Nik?" -Elijah knew immediately that Klaus was smitten by someone. He doesn't stick around, saving people out of whim.
"Soon enough, Elijah. Soon enough." -Klaus said with a smile.
Then Scott and Stiles came trudging in, intrigued to see the other original vampires.
Tumblr media
"Well, too soon, I guess." -Klaus said, waving a hand towards Stiles.
"H-Huh?" -Stiles had no clue what was going on.
Elijah looked at Stiles. Doe eyed. Dark hair. Brown eyes. Beautiful.
"I'm Elijah. Nice to meet you...?" -Elijah offered his hand.
"Ah-Mieczyslaw Stilinski. Call me Stiles." -Stiles took Elijah's hand into a handshake.
Stiles has his mouth hanging, staring at Elijah. His perfectly chiseled face. That jaw! Well kept hair and beard. Sporting a suit that fits him perfectly. Definitely couture. And then he looked at Rebekah. Long, blonde hair, full lips, curves... just gorgeous.
"Uh, Klaus? Is your whole family fcking good looking?" -Stiles ogling.
Klaus just let out a sigh. "I have 2 other brothers and a sister."
"I bet, also good-looking?"
Klaus just nodded.
"Oh, do not let Kol know that, Nik." -Rebekah zoomed close to Stiles and stared at him. "Hmn-hn. He's so cute. Looks so innocent."
"Oh, love. He isn't." -Klaus winked.
Stiles blushed hard and "Oh-Okay! Ahh, anyways, uhm, hi! Welcom back to the land of the living, and dead, and undead."
"He's so adorable!" -Rebekah pinched Stiles's red cheeks. "Well. We should get going."
Stiles was knocked hard back to the reality of the situation. He looked at Klaus who was gathering his things. He approached Klaus and held his hand.
"H-Hey. You're leaving, like, right now?" -Stiles's eyes are doing these puppy eyes thing.
"Oh, love. Don't do that to me." -Klaus squeezed his hand.
"I guess we should stay a bit. Until dinner? I would like to say thanks to the pack for being accommodating." -Elijah suggested.
Klaus and Rebekah agreed. Giving Klaus and Stiles a little more time together.
---
Scott accepted Elijah's offer of thanks with a lavish dinner. The most expensive steaks and other dishes available in Beacon Hills. Drinks, bottles and cases of the rarest wines and finest liquors.
He let the whole pack attend and meet the originals.
"Intense!" -Mason's jaw dropped looking at the expensive things around him.
Liam and the others were pigging out in the steaks section. Lydia and Kira staring at the vampires.
"Which one is Klaus, Stiles?" -Lydia whispering to Stiles.
"The one with dirty blonde hair, sexy voice and accent." -Stiles proudly said.
"Oh, that one... wow, Stiles, wow!" -Lydia patting his back.
"I know, I know~ Can't believe it myself."
"Could you like... introduce me to the one in the suit?"
"Alright."
Stiles led Lydia towards Elijah and headed for Klaus.
"Hey."
"Hello, love. A drink?" -Klaus offered his glass.
Stiles took it and drank it all. "So uhm... are you... really leaving? After this?"
"Yes. Afraid so." -Klaus took the glass back from Stiles's hand, their fingers brushing past each other.
Stiles took in a deep breath, puckered his lips, and blurted out. "I like you! A lot. Please stay." Stiles said, teary eyed.
"Oh, love." -Klaus sat the glass down on the table and hugged Stiles. "I can't. I do not live here. I do not belong here, Stiles. I'm just a visitor."
"Did you ever liked me?"
"Yes, love. Yes. But I cannot stay. I have to go back home."
"Stay." -Stiles tried his brown, puppy eyes again.
"Love, please. Leaving you is already hard for me. But I have to."
"Just take me with you, then!"
"No, Stiles." -Klaus took Stiles away from everyone else. Holding his hands, he continued: "You are a very brilliant person, my love. You are so young. So much is in store for you. You have so much potential. I want you to live fully. If you are really sure you wanted to be with me, come to me to New Orleans. I'll be waiting for you."
"You better!"
"Oh, I will, however long it takes."
Elijah came calling for Klaus. It's time to leave. Stiles lost it. He hugged Klaus really tight and kissed him.
"Visit me some time?" -Stiles straightening Klaus's jacket.
"I can't promise."
"...Goodbye, Klaus."
"Goodbye, Mieczys-love." -Klaus played on his name.
"Suddenly, I love to be called that!" -Stiles hugged him one last time.
The originals bid their goodbyes to the others and in a flash, disappeared.

*Part 1*
Tumblr media
As much as you wished it was longer it was only a few days before you were back in Mystic Falls and it wasn't even because you wanted to come back, it seemed that your friends were still a little bitter about the way that you left and the fact that you destroyed their plan for the Mikaelson Family, they even suspected that you knew them before they got there and of course, that was not true but here you were tied to a chair in the Salvatore Boarding house looking at Damon and Caroline, Elena was somewhere behind you. "What do you want?" You asked, "I was actually in the middle of a hunt when you grabbed me."
"You could have gotten me killed." Caroline glared at you and you shrugged as best you could with the rope tied to your wrists. "What can I say, I'm an honest girl." You answered and Caroline moved forward "your just angry that you've lost your little toy, you were so sick of the people you like not liking you back that you wanted to play with someone else the way that you felt like everyone was playing with you, I just really didn't feel like watching that happen again." "I really don't have time for this, what did you tell him?" Damon asked and you looked at him and raised your eyebrow. "Does it matter? He doesn't trust her anymore." You muttered as you looked around you, you couldn't see any that you had on you but you didn't need any of it, they tied you to a wooden chair after all. "Damon." You mumbled you knew that he had been saying something before but you didn't really care. "is this chair expensive?" "Extremely." He answered. "Perfect." You smirked as you pushed back causing the chair to slam back and break, you were slightly winded by it but not too badly. You grabbed two pieces of the broken chair, you threw one to distract Damon before grabbing Caroline and slamming her against the wall you stabbed the piece of wood into her shoulder "you really should have been worried about me killing you." You ducked as Damon attempted to grabbed you sweeping his legs out from under him. "you knew about them before they came here didn't you?" "I knew of them yes. My family is a family of hunters, they've met on many occasions." You admitted. "I hadn't met any of them until they came here though and to honest, they don't seem so bad." Caroline kicked you away from Damon and you slammed into a table with a vase on it, you groaned as you looked down and saw that there was a piece of glass in your side, it wasn't too deep but it hurt like a bitch. "Well, now you've drawn blood." You mumbled as you shuffled until you were standing. "You stabbed me in the shoulder!" Caroline glared. "You heal remember?" You asked, your eyes moved to Elena who was standing behind Damon. "You know you lot are honestly to worst friends that anyone could ask for." "What did you expect us to forgive you or something?" Elena asked. "There's nothing to forgive me for." You answered as you walked to the door. "Where are you going!?" Caroline called after you when you didn't answer she appeared in front of you. "Don't make me fight you again." You said through gritted teeth this time. "I can beat you." Caroline challenged. "I don't think that's entirely true." There was a new voice one that you were actually relieved to hear. Elijah was leaning against the door frame of the Boarding House. "If you wouldn't mind Miss Forbes." Caroline took a few second but she moved out of your way and you walked out of the house Elijah followed after you. "Where exactly are you going?" He asked as he watched you pull your jacket closed over the glass the was still in your side. "I don't know somewhere I can get fixed." You muttered you heard him sigh before you were lifted off the ground and you glared at him. "What are you doing?" "I'll clean your wound and you can stay at the manor until it's healed after that you may leave." He explained. "Why would I do that?" You asked. "Because you sold your apartment and you can't leave until you healed." He answered. "How do you know that?" You asked. "Your friends talk too much and I am in your debt for saving my brother's life." He smirked and you rolled your eyes. "Fine." You agreed.
Elijah was just finishing up cleaning your wound when Rebekah walked into the kitchen "you didn't tell me you were back." She frowned as her eyes moved over your body recognising the smell of blood. "Because I didn't plan to be." You shrugged, before you left, you and Rebekah had become good friends and she always hoped that you would somehow get accepted into the family. "Who did this?" She asked. "Old friends turned enemies, they really could just leave things alone." You explained and she glared. "I'll kill them." Rebekah decided. "No you won't little sister, I still need them," Klaus said appearing at the entrance to the kitchen as Elijah tapped your side signalling that he was done. "Besides I'm going to kill them myself." You shrugged "the first time that they met me I had a stake to Damon's chest I'm sure that I can do it again." "Your an interesting one little human," Klaus smirked and you shrugged before Elijah gestured for you to follow him.
You were in your room for a few hours before Klaus came in "what do you want?" "You intrigue me little human," Klaus admitted. "Is that so?" You asked. "Everything you do seems to be fueled by emotion and yet there is still one thing that I can't understand." He said and you waited "I understand that you are angry at them and that's why you want them dead now but before that, you could have just left why bother telling me anything about your friends?" He asked. "Maybe I was hoping you'd kill them for me." You shrugged. "That's a lie." He smirked as he sat at the end of the bed. "Oh, how can you tell?" You asked. "Your heart." He answered. "My heart?" You asked and he nodded. "As good as you are, you are still human and your heart gives away more than you would like." He said softly. "Now get some rest." "Careful Klaus, some might think you're starting to trust me." You called after him, you got no answer but you didn't expect one instead you nestled down and did as you were told, you got some rest.

For @klarolinefallbingo “Did you have to upset the goblins?”
A/N Thanks to @helpfulfairy for giving me some supernatural tips that were so useful to make this happen : )
Mission Impossible?
Kol Mikaelson, the youngest prince of the underworld, is being held captive in the forbidden forest by an army of vengeful goblins. Two separate rescue missions are launched. One by a mysterious mercenary hired by the King and the other his older, and very suspicious brother. Who will come out victorious and what secrets will be revealed along the way?
I
Yes, he’d upset the goblins.
So much so that the young prince found himself captive in the deep, dark depths of the forbidden forest.
Goblins weren’t considered a threat in the supernatural order of things but, at the same time, they could easily be underestimated. Although, the possibility they had joined forces with one of their bigger enemies couldn’t be dismissed either.
“Your highness.” Klaus turned to see his servant mid greeting. Josh was young and inexperienced but at least he’d mastered his technique. “I come bearing news.”
“Well, how about less bowing and more talking. What news do you have of my brother from the capital?”
The ruling family oversaw the entire realm and resided in the heavily guarded capital. Klaus, however, had recently taken up a posting in the northern region in order to quell rising tensions against the heirachy.
This latest attack on his brother seemed too much of a coincidence, even if he probably did do something idiotic to deserve it. Kol was the black sheep of the family and their relationship was strained at times. Although, that didn’t mean he wasn’t anxious about his fate given he was missing.
Abducted.
Goblin fodder, according to Rebekah. His sister, the princess, never did possess much empathy or tact.
“The King is displeased it has come to this,” Josh recited. No surprises there given Mikael was never happy and made his sentiments known on a regular basis. “He wants this dealt with quietly and swiftly so has contracted a highly trained mercenary to track down the prince.”
“This is father’s great plan?” He growled. Klaus was trying to remain composed but this latest news was doing nothing to ease his concerns. As much as Kol frustrated him, Klaus had no intention of leaving his rescue up to a questionable stranger whose loyalty could be bought.
“I understand that the mercenary in question possesses the requisite skills for this kind of mission.”
“I’ll be the judge of that,” he replied gruffly. “Do you know this mercenary?”
“No, Your Highness,” Josh replied. “All I know is that he is well trained in tracing, combat and speaks fluent Ghukliak.”
The language of goblins. Not many outside their close knit circle could speak it let alone were fluent.
Klaus felt his chest constrict, his instincts telling him he was right to question his father’s motives and that the supposed mercenary probably wasn’t who they purported to be.
Klaus knew someone who fitted that description.
Someone he loved probably more than he should.
But it was a she not a he.
She was brilliant, that much he knew from their time together. She spoke multiple languages and dialects. In fact, they’d met when she worked as a translator at their annual summit which brought together representatives from all supernatural orders.
He also knew she was handy with a weapon given that time she ‘accidentally’ stabbed him in the foot during an impromptu and mock fencing battle. Well, afterwards she maintained it wasn’t an accident because he was being an ass. Rather than incensing the hot blooded prince it only made him want her more.
And more.
But they were from two different worlds, so much so that their possible union would be considered a curse that could bring down the ruling heirachy and everyone they presided over.
Suddenly, all of the good memories were replaced, not by their wretched circumstances, but by a renewed and sickening fear for her safety along with his brother.
“Bloody hell,” he cursed aloud, unable to help himself.
This was not a game, so what was she playing at?
“I’m sorry, my lord, is there something I can do...”
“Summon Elijah and prepare the horses. We’ll be leaving at first light.” Elijah had been visiting when Kol disappeared, so Klaus figured the least he could do was lend a helping hand, especially given what they faced.
“But the King.”
“Not a word, Josh, if you value your life,” he hissed, spinning on his heel and leaving the room without a backward glance.
II
“I think my behind has gone to sleep.” Caroline rolled her eyes wondering not only why she’d opted for a companion but chosen this particular one. The fog was thick in these parts and for once she was glad her friend couldn’t properly gauge her reaction.
Caroline was trying to tell herself she made the right decision. Katherine Pierce was a revered witch in these parts so was more than qualified for the mission but every minute they rode and every single complaint was telling her otherwise.
“Luckily you’re not doing the work then is it?”
“I’m doing plenty.”
“Complaining doesn’t count.”
“I’m heartbroken, the least you could do is give me some pity,” she growled. Before Caroline could reply she continued. “In case you’re wondering, that means my most vital organ has been shattered into a trillion, tiny pieces.”
Drama really should have been her middle name.
Caroline wanted to be that supportive friend who knew the right thing to say. Unfortunately, she’d had her most vital organ broken too and, not that she’d admit it to anyone, still hadn’t fully recovered. Well, not enough to give any helpful advice.
“He’s not worth it,” she offered mechanically, thinking that line had been thrown at her enough times.
“I beg to differ.”
“You’ve never even mentioned anyone and now suddenly he’s the love of your life?”
“What can I say? It all happened very quickly.” Caroline knew that feeling all too well. “He’s not my type at all so I wasn’t expecting it to hurt so much.”
“So, who is he?” Her friend gave her a look which said she wasn’t going to divulge his identity anytime soon. “Fine, then you can stop whining and let me concentrate.”
“Why are you doing this?” The question wasn’t completely unexpected but at the same time it was a difficult one to answer. “Not to mention pretending to be some kind of mercenary which we both know you’re not.”
“I have the skills required,” she argued.
“But mercenaries don’t possess loyalty or hold allegiances, nor do they care for anyone but themselves. We both know you are far good to be that way.”
“I might have misrepresented myself, true, but let’s just say I owe someone.”
She’d been the one to leave in the middle of the night, to flee when their circumstances became too difficult. Caroline knew he would have fought to the death for her and a life together.
She knew if she couldn’t give him that then the least she could do was help his younger brother. Someone she’d grown fond of in the short time they’d spent together. It wouldn’t fix them but she hoped it would make some amends at least.
“You gamble? That I wasn’t expecting,” she offered. Caroline wanted to correct her but thought better of it.
“Maybe I liked you better when you were complaining about your love life.”
“Fine, if I tell you his identity it stays between us.” Clearly they were back to her mystery man and Caroline was immediately regretting her clumsy segue. “Promise?”
Caroline only nodded by way of response, there was only so many theatrics she could take in one day.
“It’s Prince Elijah.”
Caroline’s head flicked around to face her friend. Now that she wasn’t expecting, even if she did know him. She needed to conceal her surprise. “Well, now it makes sense that prince of the underworld isn’t your usual type. How did this all come about or do I not want to know?”
“We met purely by accident on the streets of the capital. He’s handsome, yes, but it was something else.”
“Let me guess, some imaginary magnet was pulling you towards him.”
Caroline knew that feeling all too well when she’d been with a certain prince that happened to be his very own brother.
“And how do you know that exactly?” She’d clearly said too much.
“Uh, so, how exactly did he break your heart then?”
“He had to leave the capital on assignment. I must admit finding out you wanted help rescuing Kol Mikaelson seemed like a weird coincidence.”
“Does Elijah know?” Caroline did not need that complication. She knew Elijah and that, although they quarrelled, he was extremely loyal to Klaus. If he found out Caroline was on a mission to rescue Kol he wouldn’t let that stand.
“Of course not,” she replied. “Although I did tell him I had business with you and I could have sworn I saw a flicker of recognition in his eyes. Do you happen to know why that would be?”
“I don’t know what you’re talking about.” Caroline could have kicked herself for being such a bad liar.
“Okay, so tell me about this debt you owe, it’s the least I deserve.”
This was going to be difficult to explain without giving everything away.
III
“I thought father said there was a mercenary rescuing Kol?” Elijah asked as they made their way through the forest the following day.
“Well, if you’re not up to it, older brother,” Klaus responded emphasising the word ‘older’ on purpose.
“I was merely pointing out that it seems excessive given we are currently fighting wars on multiple fronts. But Kol does like to be the centre of attention so will appreciate the added effort, I’m sure.”
That last part Klaus couldn’t argue with.
“I’ll be sure to tell Kol you said that after we save his sorry ass,” Klaus joked before growing serious again. Something had been playing on his mind since he found out the possible identity of his father’s chosen ‘mercenary’. “Do you trust Mikael’s intentions?”
“Is that a rhetorical question, Niklaus?”
“I find this whole situation unsettling. It seems all too much of a coincidence that father has sent us outside the capital and now Kol is missing. You don’t think that he...”
“What? That he Is trying to kill the heirs to the throne and his very own children? Mikael has many faults and he’s certainly not going to win father of the year but I think you’re being a tad ridiculous.”
“I know I’m the cynical one but think my suspicions are justified.”
“And what makes you think that?” Klaus hesitated briefly. He had no intention of mentioning Caroline, not yet, but when it came to her he couldn’t contain his feelings or his composure for long.
“I believe the mercenary father hired is Caroline.”
“Forbes?” He questioned dubiously. “Why would you think that?”
“She speaks multiple languages, a skill the very mercenary possesses.”
“Well, last time I checked she isn’t a mercenary but fallen fae royalty.”
“Watch how you talk about her, brother.” Klaus growled. He couldn’t help the over protectiveness, it just seemed to envelop him when anyone spoke adversely against her. Even after she left him he still couldn’t let her go.
“Finally,” he acknowledged. “I admit I only said that to incite you, Niklaus, given she was the best thing to ever happen to you.”
“That I don’t need to revisit, brother. But we both know that nothing good could come from our union.”
“Remind me, was that before or after she stabbed you?”
“Elijah has a sense of humour who would have thought that?” Klaus drawled. “Clearly I’ll never live that incident down but right now, given present and urgent circumstances, it doesn’t matter.”
“I must admit, I’ve been distracted.” That Klaus wasn’t expecting. His brother was the epitome of law and order and not much more.
“I’m almost too scared to ask.”
“There’s a woman.”
“And here I thought you were celibate for life,” he chuckled.
“Hilarious, Niklaus,” he shot back. “Although, given our brief discussions, apparently she’s travelling with the very girl you are pretending not to seek.”
Klaus was struggling to control himself. Not just because he wanted to kill Elijah for dropping that clue without warning but because the thought she was close only made him want her more.

Original!Klaroline pre-turned celebrating the Autumn Harvest
Caroline had only been his wife for a few weeks. It was an arranged affair by his father and hers, paying off a debt that was owed to the Mikaelson clan. That and it was a way to end the feud between him and Elijah over Tatia. At first, Klaus had been less than pleased to learn that he was faced with a marriage to a faceless bride but the moment he took Caroline’s hand into his, his mind was irrevocably changed.
Caroline was everything Tatia was not and Klaus found the more he knew her, the easier it was to fall in love with her. It had been several weeks since they made their vows and watching Caroline dance around the bonfire with Rebekah, mask firmly in place, made Klaus feel the desire to have his wife again. The harvest was their way to celebrate the end of summer and pray for a easy winter. Perhaps, Klaus’s seed would take route and by the time spring came, Caroline would be round with his child.
Klaus smirked from the sidelines and caught his wife’s eye. She stopped dancing for a moment and even beneath her mask, he could see the question in her eye. He motioned his head towards their hut, the one built in the week prior to his wedding, and saw her nod. He whispered something to Kol and made his way towards the hut, ignoring his brother’s knowing smirk. He left the festivities and traveled along the winding path towards their hut.
When he pushed the bearskin flap to the side to see his wife sipping from a small wooden cup he knew was filled with water. She placed it on the wooden table and walked towards him, placing her hand on his chest, the question in her eyes.
“What is it?”
“You look beautiful.” He leaned down and kissed her eyelids. Caroline had been weary of him at first but Klaus made sure that he did his best to make her happy. They still did not know each other well but he craved to know everything about her. “Seeing you dancing. I wanted you.”
“I’m yours.” Caroline replied and stood on her tiptoes to kiss him. Klaus remembered the first time they had laid together and how shy she had been. Klaus would admit that seeing her boldness grow was arousing. The kiss was slow at first, but Caroline took no time in deepening it. Klaus traced his hands down the length of her muslin gown and pulled at the strings on the back that held it together. He pushed the dress down her body in order for it to pool around her feet. Klaus broke the kiss in order to gaze upon her naked form, admiring how beautiful she was.
Caroline linked their fingers together and pulled him towards their bed, pushing him down upon his. Klaus pulled his tunic over his head and tossed it on the dirt floor. Caroline pulled at the laces on his pants, tugging them down his hips in order to leave him as naked as she was. She placed her hand on his chest, pushing him backwards so his head hit the pillow. Caroline crawled on top of him and placed her hands on his chest in order to balance herself.
Klaus gripped himself in hand, tracing his hard membered along her drenched clit before aligning himself with her. Caroline slowly lowered herself down upon him, moaning his name at the feeling of him stretching her. Having her on top of him, riding him like a horse was new for them. It took a little bit of couching but soon Caroline found that being in charge of their pleasure was something that suited her very much.
And Klaus enjoyed watching her take everything she desired from his body.
“Oh! Yes. Yes. Yes. Please Klaus. Please.” Caroline chanted in an accented tone, her native language slowly slipping through her lips. Her eyes fluttered shut and her hips swayed in their thrusting as her breasts bounced. Klaus placed his hands on her hips, helping guide her but he could not look away from the bliss that was etched on her face. “Odin. Yes! My love. Please. Yes!”
Watching her climax above him and the feeling of her muscles tightening around his length made it impossible for him not to follow her over the edge. Klaus cried out her name, spilling his seed into her womb, praying to the Gods that they would bless them with a child. Caroline collapsed on his chest, burying her face in his neck. Klaus wrapped his arms around her, keeping her warm from the Autumn breeze that flowed in through the bearskin flap.
“Let’s stay here. The festival will go on without us.” Caroline whispered and Klaus smiled, placing a kiss on the top of her head. He knew it would not be long before his body craved her again and Caroline was always welcoming to his advances, vigorous as they were. There was something primal deep inside him that always craved her, especially when she was out of his sight. It was something he did not understand; a pull he never felt with Tatia.
“Yes. Let’s stay here.”

Chapter 1 Already Gone
Tumblr media
So, the plan, if you were wondering, to beat the hollow and reunite the Mikaelson siblings turned out to be painfully simple so painfully simple it should have been our first option but in fairness, one should never cast a spell until they have learned everything about the spell their casting, a lesson I learned many years ago.
Elijah, Klaus, Kol, and Rebekah, reunited with their eldest sibling Freya within the family compound in New Orleans, Elijah's memories now restored making all four of them ready to get rid of the hollow for good and after giving the siblings a few minutes to catch up with each other and share their stories from the past nine years in which they were all apart, the plan was ready to be put into motion.
At first, I was stricken by shock and disbelief as like their brother Elijah, neither Klaus, nor Kol, or Rebekah, seemed to remember anything about me looking at me like a stranger and not somebody who had shared his life with them, it was as if all memory of me had been taken from them or perhaps they had just lived such a long and intriguing life since we had last met that I had been entirely forgotten.
I was all but numb by their forgetfulness even though it did make me more curious that not a single memory of my existence was remembered by any of them, no one's lack of memory hurt me more than Elijah's, I could understand Rebekah and Kol not remembering me, God even Klaus, but not Elijah, not after everything he had done for me.
But I was not there to be reunited with old friends nor was I there to look back on the past, no, I was there to get rid of the hollow and then and only then could I investigate their confusing case of amnesia that seemed to only be related to me.
I had each Mikaelson bring a newbie vampire of their own making, four strangers I did not give much thought, nor did I give a damn about their fates, and I ushered the four Mikaelson's to stand in front of their creations, one by one until there was a line of Elijah, Klaus, Kol, and Rebekah, and a line consisting of the four new-born vampires, and then Freya and myself began the spell to extract the hollow from her siblings, putting into the newbie immortal beings, and then proceeded to kill the four vampires, sacrificing them to eliminate the hollow and reunite the original family.
Yes, those four strangers who I and Freya killed could have been complete innocents or they could have been worse monsters than those I was helping but I did not care, I had lived too long a life to be affected by a stranger's death or to cry about spilled blood. I am far from innocent, and I care for only a few so when that few need me, I would wipe out an entire city to help them out.
After all, humans are born to die whereas creatures like myself were born to live forever.
After the deed was done and the hollow was gone, I took myself to the nearest bar I could find so I could drown my sorrows over being forgotten by the only people in the world I thought truly knew me, the closest bar being Rousseau's.
"What can I get you?" Asked the largely too chipper bartender.
"Vodka," I answered him as I sat down at the bar. "Just leave the bottle."
"I guess it's been one of those days!" He responded as he handed me a bottle of their finest vodka. "It's been one of those days for a lot in this city my friends included but hey we almost got a decade of peace, so I guess chaos was long overdue."
"I did not come here to get to know the bartender." I snapped, making it clear he was not about to make a new friend in me.
"No, you came to help aid the Mikaelson family reunion which will more than likely kickstart another war sooner rather than later." He revealed as I realized this man clearly had an ear to the ground when it came to things that went on in his city. "What I want to know is which Mikaelson made a friend out of you my money is not on Klaus maybe Rebekah definitely not Kol."
"Who remembers?" I mumbled with a sense of bitterness as I took a drink from the bottle of vodka. "You must be one of Marcellus' minions' rumor has it he's not too happy about his beloved Rebekah running back to the family that wronged him so many times."
"You know the Mikaelsons and Marcel? I'm nobody's minion unless they get all murderous then I'm anybody's just to stay alive but I'm sure not playing in their games even if my best friend is now married to Kol." He went on to tell me. "My name is Josh and I know you're like the original heretic or whatever but what is your actual name?"
"So, your best friend must be the harvest girl turned super witch Davina Claire, I have heard of her, just like I have heard of Marcel, but I have never met either. As for the Mikaelsons, it seems they have completely forgotten me." I decided to answer him, not knowing why I was divulging any information for some undead bartender. "My name is Salem Helsing, everybody always knows about the legend of me, but they never get my name right."
"Do not tell me you are related to Van Helsing, the prince of darkness' ultimate nemesis? The guy Wolverine from X-Men played in that movie that was criminally underrated?" He questioned me with a sense of excitement, a sense that I knew all too well whenever anybody heard my last name for the first time.
"Dracula's nothing but a myth, a legend, a story, but Van Helsing, he was my father, is my father," I replied, admitting for the first time in a long time who my father was, as I took a bigger drink from my bottle of vodka.
"The Mikaelsons knew the son of Van Helsing himself and yet they do not remember you? Something tells me your memory was either replaced with something almost as awesome as the heretic son of one of the most famous hunters or some witch probably spelled the memories away." Josh said, his words making more sense than any other words I had heard in days. "Wait, so you are telling me Dracula is not real?"
"The only thing I know that my father hunts is me," I admitted to him. "In my entire existence, I have never once been forgotten, feared, loathed, and despised sure, but never forgotten…"
"And that annoys you more than anything doesn't it? Which one of the Mikaelson's were you in love with? Clearly, you're nursing a broken heart here and you would not be the first in this bar to find themselves in need of a drink after a rendezvous with that family." Josh responded all too correctly for my liking.
"You are smarter than you look, Josh," I replied while attempting to change the subject as I stood up from my chair. "Too friendly for my liking and that quality is definitely going to get you killed but I cannot deny my hope you last at least a century or two."
"So, which one?" He asked again, eager for my answer, one I was not willing to give and so instead I just walked out ready to leave this city for good and never look back but fate itself had other plans for me.
I never got far from that bar before Klaus Mikaelson vamp sped his way in front of me within the streets of New Orleans and I recall briefly hoping that at that moment he had remembered me, that they had all remembered me but of course, it was not his memory that made him seek me out but instead of his curiosity or better put paranoia.
"So, what the hell is this newfound freedom going to cost me?" Klaus asked me abruptly. "And do not say it's free because I have heard of your help, and it always comes at great cost.
"You seriously do not remember me?" I replied in complete disbelief, stunned to think he somehow knew of me yet did not remember me. "Am I the biggest fool to think that maybe just maybe our history together would be remembered even if a few centuries passed? God, I dreaded so much about seeing you again, I thought you would hate me, or I'd hate you, or that the past would just remain in the past, but I never thought for a single moment that you would not even remember me!"
"I think all those years not quite being a witch or a vampire has truly warped your mind because neither myself nor my siblings have any recollection of you, and I'd think I would remember someone like you if we had met," Klaus responded making it clear to me once and for all I had been completely forgotten. "However, crazy, or not you helped reunite me with my family and for that, I am in your debt, so name your price, I could pay for your therapy perhaps?"
"I was simply returning a favor for someone I once thought I knew and either way that favor has been returned so we are done here," I told him as I attempted to hide the hurt within my eyes, the pain on my face, and the fact that his words had just broken my non-beating heart.
"Why does this not feel like it's over?" Klaus asked me, as untrusting as he always was as if I could even answer his question when I was beginning to question everything myself.
Before I could conjure up any words for a response to the original hybrid himself, Elijah sped his way onto the street's vampire style and was now standing side by side with his brother.
"Salem Helsing!" Elijah said, surprising me with his greeting, only to surprise me further when he rushed over to hug me tightly. "I remember you now and I cannot thank you enough for what you have done for me and my family."
As if this visit to New Orleans had not surprised me enough just when I was beginning to accept the fact I was nothing to a family I once loved like my own, just when I was giving up all hope, Elijah had miraculously remembered me, and as he continued to hold me tightly in his arms, I realized I was a fool to ever think I meant nothing, at least to Elijah anyway and his arms I began to break down. I cried with such great relief that Elijah had found me again that I had found him, that we had found each other and after all these years he was back in my life, and now he had returned to me, there was no way in hell I was ever going to lose him again!

Fifty Shades of Mikaelson
Shade 1
Tumblr media
Authors Note: So here is the first installment of a mulit chapter series, I posted a teaser chapter last year and after a lot of work and editing here is the first chapter. This will be a slow burn series but I hope you will stick with it. Word Count: 2953 Pairing: ???Mikaelson x Reader Insert (Slow Burn) Warnings: Implied sexual humor. Richmond Virginia is the home to Mikaelson Enterprises, one of the largest companies in the US to date, with countless connections across the country and the world. After receiving the company from the untimely death of their parents and younger brother Henrik the six remaining siblings all took a share and equal role within the company.
The loss of their parents and younger brother was hard on the remaining family and became so tough on Freya and Finn that they ultimately took a step back from public eye of the company and became silent partners, this allowed Elijah, Niklaus, Kol and Rebekah to have a free rein on the company so to speak. What made Mikaelson Enterprises different to all the others was the fact that it didn’t have one sole purpose.
The company originally thrived at investing low market sales. Rather than take the risk and invest in the higher term stock markets each sibling took to different sectors and reaped the rewards of their own doing which allowed them endeavour into other opportunities. Each sibling was different, Rebekah stuck to fashion. Her aim was that she wanted people to look great whilst not breaking the bank and so she worked with a large team of designers to manufacture a line of clothing that was stylish while being at affordable prices. Kol and Niklaus went into business together to create the bourbon of bourbons, wanting to create a new brand and enjoying the odd glass or two led them to a likely partnership. Elijah was different compared to his other siblings rather than go out into the world and create a new product he used his studies and degree and built a highly respectable law firm. And each separate business venture was all under the same roof in the tallest building in the city.
Springtime in Richmond was often cold and or wet, and as I watched from my large bedroom window the weekend hustle and bustle of those wanting to get to work on time hurried in large packs and then would disperse quickly into different buildings. I padded barefoot through my large apartment, still half asleep, yawning and stretching relying on my auto-poilet function to get me to my kitchen so I could sort myself out with a cup of coffee and some much needed breakfast. Scratching my scalp with my nails I waited for the kettle to boil when I heard my laptop ping with an email. Groaning that I had emails to read on my day off, I ignored them whilst I carried on waiting for the water to boil but then the glorious chime of the skype ringtone filled my ears and I begrudgingly went over to my desk and answered the call.
“You’ve got some explaining to do love.” Klaus said, as I clicked on accept.
“I'll take your late night business meeting went well.” I teased back wiggling my eyebrows, carrying my laptop to my kitchen island.
“Why didn’t you tell me Caroline was the representative for the Salvatore’s?”
“I didn’t want you to have...performance issues.” I replied with a higher tone of voice whilst also swinging my hips as my back was to the camera while I continued to fix up my daily dose of caffeine.
“You can do better…” Klaus deadpanned sounding un-amused.
“Is that what Caroline said, aww champ.” I said as I turned back around to the camera with a mug in hand sipping away at the hot liquid.
“I need you in the office today.” He said changing the subject.
“You know I don’t work Saturday’s.” I replied, leaning back against the kitchen cupboards taking another sip of coffee.
“Kol needs a new assistant…”
“And that is my problem how?” I sassed back.
“Unless you want the extra workload? I suggest you find somebody.” Klaus said smugly as he raised his eyebrow.
I leaned towards the camera slightly. “I mean the extra money would be nice but it doesn’t quite fit in with my schedule, but who in their right mind is going to put up with your brother? Come on how am I meant to pitch this? By the way the guy you're going to be working for is arrogant and so self absorbed not to mention he thinks he’s the hottest and smartest guy in the room.” I ranted sarcastically.
“I’ll see you within the hour Y/N.” He said bluntly and he ended the call.
Letting out a huff I closed the laptop lid in a swift motion and lent back on the kitchen cabinets and took my time drinking my coffee. I glanced up at the clock, I saw I had about forty five minutes to get into work, which meant an hour give or take. Putting my now quarter empty coffee cup in the sink I headed over to my bedroom and picked out some clothes to wear. Selecting a form hugging, white knee length dress with a thin black belt, I then moved into my on-suite bathroom and jumped in the shower.
As I entered the building to my workplace I did my usual rounds of saying my good mornings and made my way to the elevator. Standing patiently I waited for the metal doors to open and it made me think back to my very first day at the offices working for Niklaus or Klaus as he liked to be called. I was fresh out of college and had my tuition debt looming over my head and as I read through the job adverts in the daily paper I saw that there was a position at the esteemed Mikaelson Enterprises, hearing that it was good money I applied for it and I had been working happily here for the past two and a half years.
Strolling through into Klaus’ office he looked un-amused just like he was in the video call earlier.
“You're late…” He scolded.
“I told you I don’t work Saturday’s.” I sassed back.
“Do you want to find yourself unemployed?” He threatened.
“Oh please you couldn’t even last a day without me, I know you better than you know yourself. Tell me again who is it that sends out Christmas cards to the shareholders? Or handles organizing all of your meetings?” I replied, rolling my eyes at his lame threat.
“Organizing meetings are a part of your job Y/N.”
“Ahhh Y/N there you are darling, here is the list of candidates you asked for.” Kol interrupted, walking into Klaus’ office interrupting mine and his bickering and the younger Mikaelson hands me a stack of files.
Taken aback by the weight of the files, I gave him a sarcastic smile. “I did?” I asked, gritting my teeth sending my boss daggers with my eyes.
“Brother would you like to join me for a drink? The distillery has a new batch they would like us to try.” Kol asked.
“Would love to, I’ll catch up in a few moments just have a few things to sort out here before we leave.” Klaus replies and with that Kol says his goodbyes and leaves the office.
“Really? You're calling me into work so you can play hooky?” I questioned, gesturing with my free hand.
“Duty calls. If it makes you feel better you can work here.” Klaus says with a smile and gets up from his desk and grabs his leather jacket and heads for the door.
“Would you also schedule a meeting with Marcel?” He asked as he turned slightly facing me.
“Sure, how does the 10th of kiss my ass sound?” I deadpanned, rolling my eyes.
“Perfect love, I’ll see you later.”
Klaus left his office and I let out another huff, so much for spending my Saturday at home binge watching TV whilst having a face mask on and eating a tub of ice cream, hanging up my woolen coat on the coat stand I placed the files on his desk. Slumping back against the leather office chair I reached out for the phone and slotted it under my ear and shoulder as I dialed the number for Marcel’s office while I looked at the first résumé.
“Hello Gerard Corporation, Davina speaking.”
“Hey Davina, it's Y/N.” I replied whilst scanning down the document.
“Hi, Y/N! What can I do for you?” Davina asked in a chirpy tone.
“Can I book Klaus in to see Marcel next week? I did say it’ll be the 10th of kiss my ass but if that doesn’t work how does the 6th?” I asked her, spinning in the chair.
I heard a chuckle down the line. “I have no idea how you can get away with talking to your boss like that!”
“Takes practice, don't worry though in a year or two you’ll be speaking to Marcel exactly the same way.”
“I doubt it, but you're in luck Marcel is free on the 10th. I’ll email you a confirmation this afternoon. But why are you working today? I didn’t think you worked on a Saturday?”
“Yeah so did I. Klaus called this morning saying that Kol needs a new assistant and that unless I want the extra workload to find someone suitable.” I replied with a grumble.
“Oh dear. Have you found anyone yet?” She asked.
“Well so far I’m on the first one but listen to this.”
“Ok.”
“I’m hardworking, loyal to a fault and will complete any task given to me to the best of my ability.” I said in a completely different accent and all I could hear from the other line was Davina laughing.
“Kol is...a difficult person anybody sweet and nice would just crumble under him.”
“Tell me about it, well here's to hoping I can find someone in this stack who can stick it to him. I best get back to work but fancy going for a drink on Friday night?”
“Sure thing, let me know how it goes. Speak to you later Y/N.”
“Bye D.” I said as I put the phone down and got back to looking at the applicants.
Taking another of the résumés I left the office and headed to the break-room to fix myself another hot drink. As I was leaning over the counter waiting for the coffee maker I heard a clearing of the throat.
“Nice to see your putting in the extra hours Y/N. Niklaus seems to have taken the hint about getting you to work one weekend a month.” Elijah says.
Slapping the document on the counter I span around. “Do you really have to make me sound so cheap Elijah?” I teased feigning that he hurt my feelings.
“Deepest apologies Y/N, you are looking lovely today might I add.” Elijah says.
“Why thank you, what brings you to this floor?” I asked him, fluttering my eyelashes.
“I was hoping to see Niklaus, is he available?”
“Wasted your time I’m afraid, he’s playing hooky with your brother down at the distillery. No idea what time he will be back. But I can call you once he gets back into the office?” I suggested, picking up the cup and slid the résumé under my arm.
“That would be rather helpful, thank you. I couldn’t help but also notice that some of my brothers' employees were looking a little frazzled. Perhaps you could aid them?” Elijah said back.
“I’m a secretary Elijah, I’m not running a day-care when your brother goes out.” I replied pulling a face, rolling my eyes and walked past him leaving him alone.
As I walked through the office back to Klaus’ office one of his employees called Joshua collared me. “Miss Y/N the fax machine isn’t working.” He uttered stumbling over his words.
“Joshua darling, did they not teach anything at college? Here hold this.” I started, handing him my coffee cup and file and went to the fax machine to which was surrounded by a few other members of staff.
“Listen up children.” I called out.
“Bessie has done her service over the years you just need to know how to deal with her.” I added as I lifted up a flip, kicked the bottom drawer and pulled out the paper that had jammed.
“Thank you.” I said quickly taking my cup and file and made a rather sharp getaway and back into the safety of Klaus’ office.
I spent the remaining part of the afternoon going through the remanding résumés and to be honest out of the thirty I had read none of them stood out to me, the majority of the applicants were female and seemed ‘too nice’ and I didn’t think they would stand a chance, what male applicants were there also didn’t seem to be packing much in the spunk department. Looking at the clock on the wall I noticed that it was three-thirty and I was seriously hoping that Klaus and Kol would be making their way back to the office soon so I could go home. When I had an idea. Picking up the receiver on the phone I dialed a number to which I hoped would be the savior I needed.
“Hello.”
“Cami? Hey It’s Y/NN how are you? Just a quick one, are you still looking for another job?” I asked, twirling the wire around my forefinger.
“Y/NN, I’m good thanks and yeah I am. Why do you know of somewhere?” She asked me back.
“How do you feel working at the same building I work at? My boss's brother Kol, he’s looking for a new assistant. I will warm you though, he may be hot but he can be an ass.” I told her with a chuckle.
“Honestly I’ll take what I can get, the hours at the bar are getting fewer and fewer.”
“Pop down to the office on Monday. I’ll schedule an appointment so you can meet him and get a feel for the place.”
“Alright I’ll do just that, thank you so much Y/NN.”
“No worries Cami glad I could help.”
Ending the call and putting the phone back, the door to the office swung open and Kol and Klaus stumbled in, while Klaus propped himself up by holding onto the back of the sofa, Kol crash landed onto it.
Raising an eyebrow. “I take it the tasting at the distillery went well?”
“That it did love.” Klaus slurred back.
“Did you find me a new assistant? Y/N” Kol asked me, shifting his position on the sofa.
“I did, I’ve set up an appointment on Monday so you can meet her. If she is too your liking she can start as soon as.” I replied back to him, moving to another part of the room that had a jug of water, pouring it into two glasses. I handed one to each of the boys.
Klaus and Kol looked at me and then at the glass of water in their hand, letting out a sigh I made a drink up motion with my hands.
“Elijah was also looking for you earlier, I did tell him I would contact him when you got back to office however I don’t think now is a good time. And that is also me done for the day thank you very much.” I added and collected my things and left the office.
Walking into my apartment I was exhausted, dumping my handbag and coat on the sofa I stripped off and turned the shower on. Standing underneath the water flow I enjoyed having the hot water fall onto and down my body as I felt the day drain away from me.
Monday came and I was back in the office like normal and already typing away at my desk which was located just outside Klaus’ office. I was in the process of sorting through some of the stray bits of paperwork that was scattered on my desk when the familiar notification came through. Glancing at the screen I let out a scoff, Klaus wanted to see me in his office. Pulling out the USB drive that was in my computer and strutted into the room.
“His lordship wishes to see me.” I teased, mocking a curtsy.
“Did you type up the transcript from the Salvatore meeting?” He asked bluntly.
“Yes it’s all on here but you also have paper copies in the bottom drawer in your desk, you have a meeting in twenty minutes with Marcel and I also made a reservation at that fancy restaurant for you and Caroline at eight.” I replied, motioning to the USB stick in my hand when I mentioned it.
“What would I do without you love?”
“Probably you wouldn’t survive at all, but is it really a good idea to be seeing Caroline outside of business negotiations?” I asked him.
“You see love that when people have too much to drink they let details slip. All you have to do is ask questions. But would you be a sweetheart and pick up my suit from the dry cleaners?” Klaus replies smugly.
“If you say so, but in my opinion playing Caroline like the way your aiming is just a dick move. And what did your last slave die of?” I told him bluntly.
“Love I’m not playing your friend. I’m playing the odds so I can win the bothersome game between us and Salvatore’s just remember who you get your paychecks from, and we ‘evil villains’ have minions such as yourself to go and pick up dry cleaning. Now if you don’t mind.”
“Yeah, yeah I get it. Just if you do you know find yourself in a compromising position later tonight make sure you wrap it before you tap it.” I sassed, winking at him and left the office.

You Are My Treasure
Fandom: The Vampire Diaries Pairing: Klaus Mikaelson x Male!Reader Summary: Treasure, it could mean a lot of things. Klaus thinks the treasure is jewels and money but you beg to differ. Word Count: 1,209 Request: “Hi!!!!!! Can I request a Klaus Mikaelson is trying to impress the reader with all of his money and stuff but the reader is happy when he sees Klaus smile for real? Like super fluff.” A/n: Sorry, I haven’t posted for two days, been super tired so I’ve been trying to catch up on sleep, I’ve become insomniac or hypersomniac, days are changing man
Tumblr media
You narrow your eyes.
You loved Klaus with all your heart however but he has a thing to try and impress you. Not that you don’t love it, it’s just a bit unnecessary, really. And, you would hate to be called a gold digger because you’re so-called boyfriend just don’t know how to stop.
A holiday to Paris?
Lovely, nice Instagram pictures at the Eiffel Tower and the most important part having pictures of Klaus admiring the art at the Louvre Museum. At those moments, you could fully admire him.
Decided to get you some tickets to your favourite bands and artists?
Well, you weren’t going to reject them when they’re usually expensive and it’s a good spot. So, you usually take him with you so you don’t feel bad using the other ticket with another friend. At least, you’re making him use his money on himself.
Got you a new car because your old one broke down?
Well, you know he wasn’t going to pay for repairments of it as he has commented it a few times that it needs replacing. But, you’ve argued on many accounts that it was still running as good for you and doesn’t need to be replaced. So, the moment you broke down before you could take it to the mechanics, he got you a brand new car.
Your friends, who are human, were becoming suspicious if not judgemental about your relationship with Klaus.
And you were aware that it wasn’t just his money, it was the Mikaelson money, collectively shared over all the siblings. So, you know that money is being used by Elijah to get his tailored nine thousand-dollar suits. You also know that Rebekah uses that money for her endeavours, so you try not to feel bad because theoretically, you are part of the family.
Klaus does it to impress you even if you two are exclusive.
Why should he stop impressing you even if you are his boyfriend?
He likes to flaunt about his money, if it keeps you happy then there was no reason not to stop doing it.
What he doesn’t understand that you don’t need him to flaunt about.
You don’t need him to impress you anymore and you know what Klaus is like, you have to inform him gently or he’ll be offended. But, you couldn’t reject the new clothes he was buying or when you look on your bank account there have been a few added zeros at the end of a number, sending hundreds if not thousands of dollars your way.
Hell, he even paid off your student debt but for that one, you were very grateful.
“You know, Nik,” You hummed, hugging him from behind.
Nik smiled to himself as he feels your chin rest upon his head, he was sitting down as he painted, with relaxing music in the background.
“Hello, my love,” Klaus softly greeted as a paintbrush is met with the canvas, “What is it?”
“Nice painting,” You complimented, your voice was soft and low as if it was only for him to hear, “As always.”
“You’re too good for me,” Klaus says.
There are days where Klaus is awake looking up at the ceiling of his shared bedroom with you and wonders. Why is he with you? He’s a bad person, the devil in disguise, a man who likes to be alpha. He was a murderer, a psychopath, and you’re too good of a person.
You’re kind, loving, understanding, he only thinks you would hold him back. No one should have that much love in them until you smother him in love. Hugs, those he clings on and passionate kisses, he just melts and remembers why he’s with you for all the same reason.
Admittedly, he spoils you rotten with his money to keep you around, because he’s afraid if he stops impressing you, you’d walk out. Deep down he knows you’re not like that, but when he looks at you in your element, he couldn’t bear to lose you.
Love is a weakness, Klaus thought, that’s all he’s ever know.
Love is a strength, you showed him.
“Perhaps,” you hummed, kissing his mop of curls, “But, that’s not what I wanted to talk about.”
Klaus pauses in his painting, the paintbrush he was holding just wavers over the canvas. He feels your touch fade away and he wants to call out to you, craving that reassurance, needy and greedy.
You pull up a stool, sitting down as he puts the brush into the water pot and turns to look at you. He’s never felt so nervous, at least not since he tried asking you out until you ask him out because you could tell that Klaus lost the confidence around you.
You reached out for his hand, but recoil.
“It’s not bad,” You reassured, “I promised.”
This time he allows you to reach out to him, he holds your hand as you bring it close to your lips. You made sure he watched every single movement of yours as he was naturally a cautious man. You kissed his knuckles then rubbing your thumb over them.
“I wanted to talk about you spoiling me,” You started as Klaus raised an eyebrow, “I say this in the goodness of my heart, but you need to, um, tone it down a bit.”
“Why?” Klaus questioned, his smugness returning, a smirk with a raised eyebrow, “Not a fan?”
“Not a fan being assumed as a gold digger, Nik,” You rolled your eyes, “My friends-”
“They’re not your real friends if they’re not supporting you being happy.”
“They think you’re a sugar daddy, sweetheart,” You snorted before a huff of laughter, “Rather than my sweet boyfriend.”
“I’m not sweet,” Klaus says with disapproval and a look/
“You are to me,” You sang as you smiled at him, “I don’t your treasures, I have you.”
Klaus looks at you and blinks slowly, “I’m sorry what?”
“Did you just apologise?”
“I am capable of being apologetic!” Klaus exclaimed but chuckling when he sees you smiling at his reaction, “But, I don’t understand.”
You pause for a moment, relish the fact that Klaus was smiling, you stare into his eyes and he sees your shoulders relax.
“Don’t you get it?” You asked, tilting your head, “You are my treasure, Nik, money isn’t the only treasure. Love, compassion, relationship, they’re all treasures to keep. You, Nik, have always been my treasure and enough.”
Klaus was breathless at your confession, his lips permanently smiling as you continue, you itched closer, standing up to come towards him, and places a hand on his cheek which he had instinctively leaned closer.
“Seeing you smile always makes me happy, you have the sweetest smile for a man with devious plans,” You mused out before kissing him on the temple, “I am spoilt enough just being with you, Nik.”
“You’re too good for me,” Klaus repeated as he buries himself closer to you.
He wraps his arms around your waist and leaned his head against your chest. You laugh, ringing heavenly in his ears.
“And you’re enough for me.”
At times like this, Klaus remembers why he’s dating you and he cannot wait to spend a thousand more years with you.
