Salmo, al Ferrara Summer Festival il 28 giugno parte il suo Summer Tour

Salmo ha scelto il Ferrara Summer Festival per aprire il suo Summer Tour, il 28 giugno 2023. Il tour dell'artista proseguirà poi con decine di date in giro per l'Italia. L'organizzazione del Ferrara Summer Festival porta la firma di Fabio Marzola, presidente dell'Associazione Musicale Butterfly ed il patrocinio di Comune di Ferrara e Regione Emilia-Romagna.

Eclettico, anticonformista, provocatorio, SALMO - con 3 miliardi di streaming totali, 68 dischi di platino e 43 dischi d'oro - è stato il primo artista rap-crossover rock ad esibirsi allo Stadio San Siro (il 6 luglio 2022), davanti a 50mila persone, e con i suoi live propone uno show sempre nuovo dove alla musica e alla creatività si uniscono una carica ed energia che caratterizzano da sempre le sue performance.

Dopo il successo del FLOP TOUR, che ha visto Salmo esibirsi nei principali palazzetti, è ora in partenza il SUMMER TOUR 2023, 17 concerti (organizzati e prodotti da Vivo Concerti e Lebonski) previsti da giugno a settembre, che lo vedranno portare sui palchi dei più importanti festival estivi italiani tutta la sua carica live.

In scaletta, oltre ai brani più significativi di Salmo (Maurizio Pisciottu, classe 1984), anche le tracce tratte dall'ultimo disco "FLOP" (oltre 260 milioni di streaming totale e certificato triplo disco di platino) che, arrivato a tre anni di distanza da "Playlist" (sette dischi di platino), si è posizionato alla #1 nella Top 10 Global Album Debuts, la classifica dei dischi più ascoltati al mondo su Spotify nel weekend di uscita (1-3 ottobre), affiancato da "KUMITE" (triplo disco di platino) alla #10 nella Top 10 Global Song Debuts. A questi risultati internazionali, si va ad aggiungere il debutto al primo posto per "FLOP" nella classifica FIMI degli album più venduti, rimasto saldo per tre settimane consecutive, mentre "KUMITE" ha mantenuto la #1 posizione nella classifica dei singoli per sette settimane.

SALMO sarà accompagnato ancora una volta sul palco da Le Carie, la band composta da Daniele Mungai aka Frenetik alla chitarra, Jacopo Volpe alla batteria, Marco Azara alla chitarra, Davide Pavanello aka Dade al basso e da Riccardo Puddu aka Verano. Il 15 marzo è uscito "TRE", un trittico hardcore che l'artista ha creato proprio con il collettivo, che è una pura dichiarazione d'amore al punk e alla musica suonata.

Dopo aver infiammato il palco del Nameless Festival il 3 giugno scorso, quest'estate si esibirà anche in veste di dj il 7 agosto al 54 Dreamy Nights di Corfù, in Grecia, il 10 agosto al Barrakud Festival a Pag, in Croazia e il 18 agosto al Summer Daze di Attard, a Malta.

Salmo (Maurizio Pisciottu, classe 1984) è un pioniere della musica rap italiana. Nel 2011 produce il suo primo disco da solista, "The Island Chainshaw Massacre" (disco di platino) e l'anno successivo pubblica "Death USB", da subito primo in classifica su iTunes. Nel 2013 esce "Midnite" (doppio disco di platino) che raggiunge il primo posto tra gli album più venduti in Italia. Nel 2014 SALMO annuncia l'uscita dall'etichetta Tanta Roba per iniziare il suo nuovo progetto discografico in Machete Empire, e fonda la "Lebonski Agency", società di booking e management. Nel dicembre 2015 esce "1984" (doppio platino), che anticipa l'album "Hellvisback" (febbraio 2016), certificato triplo disco di platino, che ha debuttato al #1 della classifica di iTunes e della FIMI restandoci inchiodato per due settimane. Tra marzo e aprile 2017 ha calcato i palchi dei più prestigiosi Festival europei (Madrid, Barcellona, Parigi, Dublino, Londra, Berlino, Bruxelles, Amsterdam e Salonicco) e scaldato il pubblico con oltre 50 date in Italia. Dopo aver registrato tre epici sold out nei palazzetti di Milano, Roma e Vigevano nel dicembre 2018, a marzo 2019 torna sul palco dei principali palazzetti italiani con il "PLAYLIST TOUR 2019" che registra il sold out in ogni tappa e il 12 luglio 2019 partecipa a Rock in Roma per un live esclusivo, che anticipa il tour estivo. In totale, il "PLAYLIST TOUR 2019" registra oltre 220 mila presenze. Venerdì 21 settembre 2018 esce "90MIN", il nuovo singolo certificato quadruplo disco di platino, che anticipa il nuovo album "PLAYLIST" (9 novembre 2018). Dopo aver infranto tutti i record su Spotify e aver dominato le classifiche FIMI-GfK, SALMO è anche il primo artista italiano a lanciare in esclusiva su Netflix un video musicale e ad avere un canale dedicato su "Pornhub" dove, con un'operazione di marketing fuori dagli schemi, ha lanciato il nuovo album. "PLAYLIST", che vanta sette dischi di platino, ha registrato su Spotify (Italia) il maggior numero di stream in 24h (9.956.884) nel giorno dell'uscita e il maggior numero di stream in una settimana (43.882.595). Inoltre, è la prima volta che un artista italiano si colloca nella Global Chart di Spotify con 8 brani. Nelle classifiche FIMI-Gfk è entrato direttamente al 1° posto degli album più venduti e ha conquistato totalmente il podio dei singoli più venduti. Tutti i 13 brani dell'album sono stati nelle prime 16 posizioni della classifica. Nell'estate del 2019, l'artista è stato protagonista del progetto Open Sea Republic in collaborazione con Red Bull: dal 21 al 23 giugno un traghetto di GNV è diventato lo scenario per 36h di uno speciale festival diretto da SALMO, arricchito da dj set, concerti, showcase e attività dedicate al cinema e ai videogiochi. Fuori dal 5 luglio 2019 "MACHETE MIXTAPE 4" (Machete Empire Records/Sony Music Italy), il primo album, certificato quadruplo disco di platino, firmato a nome MACHETE che, a 10 anni dalla sua fondazione, consacra la crew più longeva d'Italia, attualmente composta dal "frontman" SALMO, Slait, Hell Raton, Nitro, Dani Faiv e Jack The Smoker. Dal 3 ottobre è disponibile su Amazon Music Italia "Salmo Unplugged (Amazon Original)", uno speciale editoriale di 10 brani unplugged e 10 eccezionali video musicali registrati in Sardegna. Il 6 luglio Salmo è il primo artista rap-crossover rock ad esibirsi allo Stadio San Siro di Milano, davanti a 50mila persone; una data evento che ha anticipato il FLOP TOUR, 15 date nei principali palazzetti italiani, durante i mesi di dicembre 2022 e marzo 2023, per poi proseguire in estate con il Salmo Summer Tour. Cities: Skylines to offer its first major competitive event

Red Bull Metropolis announced for Cities: Skylines in support of the game on Linux, Mac, and Windows PC. Thanks to the efforts of Paradox Interactive and the community. If you haven't played yet, the games available on Steam, Humble Store, and Paradox Plaza. Red Bull Metropolis is the first major competitive Cities: Skylines event. Since we will see content creators go head to head to put their urban planning skills to the ultimate test. Taking place on Twitch and YouTube on August 21st. This unique competition design has full support from Paradox Interactive and the Cities: Skylines community. Due to feature a series of refreshing, time limited challenges. The tournament will challenge leading content creators. These include, Biffa Plays Indie Games, quill18, RTGame, and The Spiffing Brit. All in a series of time limited trials. Since this will prove once and for all, who is the ultimate urban architect. Red Bull Metropolis even will be a series of six challenges. Doing so in the hopes of securing a place in the final. Each challenge will be individually scored with points awarded for completing certain criteria. While players will rank for each challenge and receive points placing them on a league table. After all five challenges are judged, the top two scoring players will compete in the sixth and final challenge. Due to determine the Red Bull Metropolis Champion. Following each challenge, viewers will also get to see City Planner Plays. Who will be offering special expert videos on how to best complete each map. All from a professional City Planner's point of view. And since we have a few fans of the game in the Linux community. This even could also offer some insight.

The first of its kind competition offers fans of the genre an exciting and unique new way to engage. The iconic city builder event is the newest in a series of creative and unique Red Bull tournaments. These will offering unique twists on traditional formats. Red Bull Kumite is the most prestigious fighting game invitational. The Red Bull Solo Q is a global 1v1 League of Legends event. While Red Bull Flick, is a 2v2 CS:GO competition using custom maps that are the design of Red Bull. Red Bull Metropolis is the first event offering a competitive take on a city building game. Which is also a typically casual genre. Red Bull Metropolis offers create dazzling maps for the ultimate player experience. Since the sky's the limit for the creators, as they battle it out across six challenges. Due to requiring them to use their innovation, imagination, and skill. Challenges range from tasking the creators to reduce their city's traffic. Doing so by building an effective bike network. All the way to saving the city from a Meteor falling from space. All of which must be completed within a 30 minute time limit. Points will be awarded based on a number of in-game factors. This includes creativity, integration, and realism.

A Six Hour Event:

The Red Bull Metropolis six hour tournament will be broadcast live on Twitch and YouTube. Along with other content creators’ channels on August 21st. This format enables fans to watch the way they want. So either on the Red Bull channels together with the gameplay challenges and interviews. Including expert analysis and commentary. Or doing so on their favorite creators’ channel. Letting you see what is happening from their point of view. Stay tuned for more exciting details around which broadcast talent. They will be joining The content creators live.
