Nothing can compete as to when I was 16 years old, playing sad music in my room while feeling sorry for myself. There was something so comforting about being upset in the confines of my youth in my childhood home. Alone in my bedroom as the world had not yet welcomed me.

am i the only one who gets irked when they see fanfiction where the author is so desperately trying to use “fancy language”, but they don’t have the vocabulary for it so they just wind up writing really long-winded descriptions, using words in entirely the wrong spots, and generally make themselves look stupid? cause i do.

“Heartstopper wasn’t realistic Nick and Charlie would’ve been having sex” first of all they are minors (the characters) why do they need to be sexualized. Also not all freaking teenagers are out partying and having sex or doing drugs. Some just want to sit down and read a book or make friendship bracelets. Nick and Charlie were very realistic not every highschool couple wants to have sex left and right and that is okay. People complain that young people are hyper sexuals yet they force these stereotypes onto them.
