Baby Ayla and her family were in their tent today when the IOF suddenly appeared and began firing on the tents. The family barely escaped with their lives, a bullet having narrowly missed baby Ayla’s head!

They had to leave their tent and most of their possessions, which are now under IOF control and are irrecoverable.

They are currently on the street, with no tent, no blankets, no food, and no clothes other than what they were wearing when they had to flee for their lives. They are literally just sitting in the dirt under the night sky.

Ayla’s mother Bashaer @bshaeromars-blog is trying to get Ayla to sleep, but Ayla is too cold and uncomfortable. The low temperature in Gaza tonight is just 47 F or 8 C. They are starving, freezing, and totally without resources. They DESPERATELY need funds for a tent, food, and other basic necessities!! The tent alone is $3000

After a long struggle during the war, my father's condition deteriorated rapidly and madly (a broken pelvis, blocked arteries, high blood pressure, and ulcers in his diabetic foot).

Thank God, we have arrived in the Arab Republic of Egypt to receive treatment. He is now lying in intensive care and his condition is critical.

I left my wife and children in Gaza, who are in dire need of me. The situation there is very catastrophic and the war could return at any moment.

My daughter needs weekly treatment that costs more than 500 euros.

Every day brings new achievements, and the future looks bright. Then, in a single night, everything you built collapses. Your dreams are shattered, and all replaced by a struggle to simply find enough to eat and drink for your children. Moreover, clear the rubble from inside your home just to find a suitable place for your family to sleep. This isn’t a fictional story. This is my reality and the reality of countless young people in Gaza. We had dreams, successes, and aspirations. But now, we are stuck in a nightmare where memories of a hopeful past are all we have to cling to. Thank God for everything, and there will be a better day to come, God willing

6-year-old Joan Al-Habil is has been repeatedly hospitalized due to severe gastrointestinal problems and overwhelming fatigue. This poor girl has been to multiple facilities and seen multiple doctors, undergone extensive testing (as extensive as is possible in Gaza's collapsed medical system), even having to endure an unsedated endoscopy.

She has now been diagnosed with severe gastritis due to starvation and hazardous living conditions. Remember, she and her family are living on the streets, which are cold and wet due to winter rain. Homelessness, stress, exposure to the elements, her previous injury when the lOF firebombed her tent, and malnutrition all conspire to sap little Joan of her strength.

Her condition is so serious that she even had to undergo surgery. Gastritis very rarely requires surgery to treat, so this is an indication of how dire her condition is. The surgery was successful to a degree, but she is going to need ongoing treatment to manage her symptoms.

The treatments are administered weekly and cost $500 USD (just under €500 EUR). Her family has no income and cannot afford this. If Joan goes more than a few days without treatment, her symptoms worsen rapidly, and she sometimes has to be hospitalized. It is vital that we help her family procure her treatments so that her condition does not worsen!

What is my sister’s fault? Why must this be her life? She doesn’t remember our house. She doesn’t remember her cat who was killed by the bombs. She doesn’t remember feeling warm during the winter. All the good things in her life came and went before her brain could form memories. From her point of view, life has always been this genocide. Gaza has always been destroyed. Home has always been one room with no windows and infested by rodents.
