From middle school/early high school to now, Loki (Agent of Asgard) and DC comics! Specifically Batman and the Batman rogues gallery. Comics have been my thing for a very long time.

Yes and yes, I've had a lot of pairings I love but I don't think Ive ever been super hardcore for any one in particular? I like multiships and the comedic potential of insanely big polycules too much. First otp in general would be nine/rose and ten/rose from Doctor Who. In comics, it'd be twiddler (two face/riddler) and riddlebat and riddlecat. Bonus answer, riddlebatcat was my first ever ot3.
