We start off with some very true words about perfectionism. Admittedly, this obviously doesn’t only apply to preformers, but there are a whole lot of us that have this kind of mindset. It’s kind of tragic tbh since there is no real way to “perfect” anything in the arts department, only “improve”. Seeing improvement is a good confidence boost for others, but the fact that improvement isn’t linear paired with the fact that perfection is impossible (not even mentioning the fact that there’s always going to be someone who’s better,) can really discourage someone: make someone feel untalented- and that all of their hard work isn’t amounting to very much.

This- hrmm. I- hrmm. I mean- hrmm.

I’m not quite sure how I feel about this, so I’m just going to move on 😅

This scene is so iconic- at least imo.

Wait, so it is by the Shaftlands. Actually, according to this, it’s technically part of the Shaftlands! How interesting!

Well you and Ace dueled Riddle in your first week, soo…

You also broke a billion-Thaumark chandelier AND fought an overblot Phantom in your first week, as well as several other overblotted students throughout the year.

Ace and Grim did all of those things plus burned the statue to one of the Great Seven.

Ace also snuck out of orientation and dragged Epel along with him.

And Grim also basically attacked everyone in orientation by setting everything on fire.

And Yuu has at least participated in several of the things above and somehow managed to get to orientation from an entire different dimension

Uh point is Deuce this is definitely not the weirdest thing you’ve heard or or personally experienced. Especially from the 1st years.

Ah here we have the theme again. This really is the Deuce era. Again, I have a lot to say about this pertaining several characters but I’m waiting for the review so I can talk about all of them at once.

Yes! Vil finally pulled through and helped Epel! Finally, thanks to this, Epel can see the kind of power at his disposal- his charm can have an influence on people, just like Vil! Finally, these guys can take a step forward instead of being trapped in a toxic cycle.
