I only joined the Rise fandom a couple months ago, and I've only been following your comic during the last big run, but it was a wonderful wonderful thing that you created! Every time you posted an update, I would know from the rottmnt tag trending on tumblr and from the distant screaming of the community lol.

So, have this little piece of mine as a gift for everything that you gave us with your cool project!

One of my absolute favorite things in the comic was Casey's and F!Donnie's relationship. We were ROBBED in the movie, so it was really nice to see how you interpreted it based on very little data (like Casey wearing Genius Built TM clothes and having the same branded tech, AND YOU MADE IT SO BEAUTIFUL AND FUN I LOVED WATCHING THEM BREAK THE LAWS OF PHYSICS)

Soooo I just did this small thing, a simple "Uncle Tello!" "Casey Junior." moment.

Also huuuuuh... hi Cass if you’re seeing this just wanted to say thank you for this absolutely delightful comic. CAS is probably one of my absolute favorite fanworks ever and I am really really (that’s two reallys) happy you decided to share it with all of us :p I’m not great with words but I’ve loved every single page from their funny little shenanigans to the absolutely emotionally devastating moments and I’m always excited to see a new update. So yeah, hope this wasn’t too mushy but thanks (´͈ ᵕ `͈ ）

Casey had been listening to Uncle Tello, at first, taking great care to absorb all his lessons for a future without him in it. But as he did so, listening to this man who he had known and relied on his entire life, who had carried him around on his shoulders like he was weightless as a child, who he had once watched run a literal mile-long race with his brother just to end an argument (Casey had timed it himself,) this person who had always, without question, been strong and capable and confident and indestructible in Casey's eyes, even despite the world they lived in, in spite of everything... he came to a horrifying realization.

Looking at him now, Casey was quite certain that if he were to wrap his fingers around his thigh, his fingers would touch.

Based on the latest arc in @somerandomdudelmao Apocalypse Series. I am being very brave and choosing to trust them.

Well mom named me after herself, so my full name would be Cassandra Yoshi Hamato-Jones. My other mother is Raphael, and I was hatched in fall I think? Around some holiday. Mom liked it, but we didn’t really celebrate them…
