Families:

Calvin, Oscar and Philip are the children of Chloe Victor. Oscar and Philip are adopted. Their father is not in their life.

Laurence and Luna are brother and sister, the children of Beaux (orginally known as Waverly) and Roselyn (orginally known as Xin). Their parents are deceased. Florence is a fragment of certain memories from Laurence.

Hunter and Xavier are twins, Hunter is an hour older. The two have an older brother Milo, who is in his 20’s and a younger brother Alexander who is 6. They have parents that love and care for them, but they have no further character.

Felix has an older brother, Chester and two older sisters, Amelia and Alice who are also twins. Their mother is Mary and the father is Joesph. Felix and Chester are the only living family. Felix sees Humphery and Gladwin as his ‘gaurdians’ now and he’s been adopted by them, they do not call themselves parents as they consider that as being in a relationship together and they are not. Lelix is a fragment of certain memories from Felix.

Zayn is the son of Zander, the mother has passed away. Zayn is also an only child, but would like to have a son or daughter in the near future; perhaps by adoption.

Jestle’s family is deceased.

Relationships

Calvin and Tyler are childhood friends, together they found Laurence in 2012. Calvin and Laurence clicked while day by day Tyler got excluded. They are all still friends, Tyler is firm on not telling them he feels left out.

Calvin has a crush on Laurence despite strongly believing he doesn’t like men. He thinks its friendship he feels but deep inside, he wants love. Laurence gets frustrated with Calvin not being self aware, but still adores the man for his dumb things, cute things, many things.

Felix and Tyler began to date in 2018, just before the main story begins. The two love eachother dearly and are the sweetest, lovey-dovey pair.

Laurence and Tyler have an odd friendship, Laurence will often interupt Tyler with a ‘Shh!’ but will talk to him after school (…sometimes) but he does care for Tyler. Tyler thinks Laurence hates him, so he tries so keep him happy.

Chester and Ron’s relationship isn’t really shown, but they met once time travelled and began to date about a month later. They’re very respectful to each other and always make sure they both have equal attention. They’ve tried poly’s before but most of the time the other person favours one and gives the other less attention, so they’ve stopped doing poly relationships all together.

Chester and Felix’s relationship really depends on the time. At first when they were kids they were loving brothers who would always play together, then Mary stabbed Chester and Felix witnessed it, he was confident that his brother was dead as he ran away. Void came and took away his memories of the event (so basically he only knows his brother is dead and his mother is bad but that is all he knows.) it made his earlier memories a little fuzzier too but they are still there. He runs into the sirs, blah blah blah, Chester later comes to the castle Felix is at then hides in the basement for a while. His mom comes in, Chester tries to hypnotize her with his magic but she pulls out a mirror, making his hypnosis bounce back at him. (If you read the backstory on wattpad this is much easier to understand). By the time Felix is 14 and Chester is 23 the main events play. At this point Chester keeps claiming he’s Felix’s brother but he’s acting so unlike himself that Felix doesn’t believe him (he also thinks he’s dead too) and every time Chester claims it the more frustrated Felix gets with it. Later Chester is put into a cellar after he kills his mother and he visits him sometimes as the hypnosis has went off of him at that point and eventually the two reconcile and realize they are brothers and have an emotional scene together. Once theyre time travelled Felix lives with the sirs, but goes to Chester’s house often after school.

Felix and the Sirs are also a complicated trio, Felix looks up to both of them and sees Humphery as more like a father figure while he’s more scared of Gladwin. Gladwin really hates Felix but… has his moments. Very rare ones though. While Humphery and Felix have more of a connection, Humphery understands Felix and is more willing to believe him when it comes down to things, though he’s more caring he somewhat tried to hide it but it’s easier to get him to break or to get him to care. He finds Felix somewhat annoying but y’know… who doesn’t (/j).

RCAF technicians ready to compete in Atlanta

From Royal Canadian Air Force Public Affairs

Five teams of Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) aircraft technicians—more than 30 personnel—will compete in the annual Aerospace Maintenance Competition to be held in Atlanta, Georgia from April 8 to 11, 2019.

This is the first time that the RCAF has entered teams in the competition.

“Investing in our personnel is investing in the RCAF’s future,” noted Lieutenant-General Al Meinzinger, commander of the RCAF. “The Aerospace Maintenance Competition will give our technicians an excellent opportunity to further hone their skills under pressure, to showcase their individual and team capabilities, and to network with and learn from their peers from other aviation organizations and industries.

“I have no doubt our competitors will do us all very proud.”

The RCAF is renowned for producing some of the best-trained and most capable technicians in the world. The five teams competing in Atlanta are:

4 Wing Team, led by Sergeant Dawn Dearing. This team, from Cold Lake, Alberta, comprises technicians from units from across 4 Wing.

401 Tactical Fighter Squadron Team, led by Warrant Officer Darryl Poole. 401 Squadron is also located at 4 Wing.

19 Wing Search and Rescue Maintenance Team, led by Sergeant Brad Saunders. This team comprises technicians from several squadrons at 19 Wing Comox, British Columbia.

435 Transport and Rescue Squadron, led by Sergeant Serena Cross. 435 Squadron is also based at 19 Wing.

The RCAF “Spitfires” All-Female Team, led by Master Warrant Officer Theresa Nevills. This team brings together Warrant Officermen from several RCAF units across the country.

In addition, four RCAF technicians will join Elevate Aviation’s all-women team. Elevate Aviation is a Canadian non-profit company that “provides a platform for women to thrive and succeed through aviation”. Sergeant Dearing and Sergeant Jayne Graham represented the RCAF as members of last year’s team.

“This competition is a great opportunity for our technicians to show Canadians back home their amazing skills – especially when performing under pressure,” said Chief Warrant Officer Denis Gaudreault, the RCAF command chief warrant officer.

“As individuals and as teams, they are the best of the best.”

Upfronts 2018 (ABC): Nuevas series, renovaciones y cancelaciones

Solo cuatro de las once series nuevas que encargó ABC el año pasado han conseguido una renovación. Incluso sus tres series estrenadas en verano, que se encargaron hace dos años, no pasaron el filtro. La cadena sigue dando palos de ciego mandando a la basura trece pilotos y esperando un milagro como el del regreso de Roseanne. Entre sus novedades destacan el fichaje de Lauren Cohan, que aparecerá en seis episodios más de The Walking Dead y tiene permiso para firmar nuevos acuerdos con AMC, y la fecha de estreno de Take Two, que se encargó en noviembre y comienza a emitirse el próximo mes de junio.

A Million Little Things

El drama se centra en un grupo de amigos de Boston, con vidas totalmente distintas pero todas estancadas, que deciden empezar a vivir de verdad tras la inesperada muerte de uno de ellos. Grand Hotel (MIDSEASON)

Adaptación de la española Gran Hotel que nos enseña el último hotel de Miami Beach dirigido por una familia. El carismático Santiago Mendoza (Demián Bichir, The Bridge, Weeds) es el dueño, y su segunda esposa (Roselyn Sanchez; Devious Maids, Without a Trace) y sus hijos adultos se aprovechan de su éxito aportando escándalos, deudas y secretos a este hotel de fachada lujosa. Thriller legal escrito y producido por la fiscal Marcia Clark, a la que conocemos gracias al juicio de O.J. Simpson. En él, Maya Travis (Robin Tunney; The Mentalist, Prison Break), fiscal del distrito de Los Ángeles, sufre una gran derrota en el juicio al famoso actor Sevvy Johnson (Adewale Akinnouye-Agbaje; Lost, Oz) por doble asesinato y, tras perder el control de su carrera, viaja a Washington a disfrutar una vida más tranquila. Ocho años después, Johnson es sospechoso de otro asesinato y Maya vuelve a Los Ángeles buscando una segunda oportunidad de hacer justicia. Comedia monocámara sobre un grupo de padres solteros que conocen a Will (Taran Killam; Saturday Night Live, How I Met Your Mother), un hombre que se ha centrado tanto en criar a su hija que ya no tiene citas, y le ayudan a ver que ser padre no tiene por qué significar perder tu identidad y no te impide disfrutar de la vida. En contra: Nia Long abandonó el proyecto por NCIS: LA y tuvieron que cambiar de personaje protagonista a última hora con dudoso resultado.

The Rookie

Inspirada en una historia real y protagonizada y producida por Nathan Fillion (Castle, Firefly), trata sobre un hombre que decide mudarse a Los Ángeles para ser policía y comienza como un novato rodeado de gente veinte años más joven. Le acompañan Melissa O'Neil (Dark Matter), Afton Williamson (The Night Of, Banshee), Eric Winter (Witches of East End, Rosewood), Richard T. Jones (Narcos, Santa Clarita Diet), Titus Makin (The Path, Pretty Little Liars), Alyssa Diaz (Ray Donovan, Zoo) y Mercedes Mason (Fear The Walking Dead). A favor: Algo se nos ocurrirá si nos dais unos meses.

En contra: Es deprimente. Y encima le buscan un amorío de veinte años menos.

Take Two

Ella (Rachel Bilson; The O.C., Hart of Dixie) es la antigua protagonista de una serie de policías que, tras una juerga de proporciones épicas, ha tenido que abandonar la rehabilitación. Desesperada por retomar su carrera, se convierte en la sombra de un detective privado (Eddie Cibrian; CSI: Miami, Rosewood) usándolo como investigación para la interpretación de algún futuro papel. Aunque él no está muy dispuesto a trabajar de niñero, la chica demuestra su valía gracias a doscientos episodios ejerciendo de detective, y la prensa se encarga de promocionar a la pareja como un dúo muy solvente. Es una procedimental de Andrew W. Marlowe, el creador de Castle, que cuenta también con Aliyah O'Brien (Beyond, Bates Motel), Alice Lee (Faking It, Switched at Birth) y Xavier de Guzman.

Por último, ¿qué pilotos no se han convertido en serie?

False Profits, con Bellamy Young y Vanessa Williams, queda bajo contención, se han encargado nuevos guiones y puede que reciba encargo para midseason. Por su parte, la comedia de Kenya Barris que la cadena encargó en diciembre volvió a fase de piloto cuando Alec Baldwin leyó el guion y rechazó protagonizarla, y salió del ciclo de pilotos por los problemas para encontrar un nuevo protagonista. Tal vez nunca llegue a realizarse.
