Listening: Adventure - Monster Rally

Thanks to HH's shared photo, I also went out to get beef bowl for dinner and it was perfect because the warm broth hits all the right spots on this cool, rainy Friday night.

We all used to go to gyuniku ttdi a LOT to a point where the waiter remembers my order. I love it when that happens. Too bad they've closed down that branch.

Dr. H in the afternoon. Meeting him always feels like meeting a family uncle. He exudes warmth & love.

I found out that we can actually exchange MPO tickets to another show if you can't make it to your actual purchased show.

Today's random doodle was referenced from this leaves motif from freepik but I obviously dont know how to colour properly, so I just did what I could,

Woke up to the news that James Caan passed away :( RIP Sonny 🤍

After zohor I went out to work even though Im actually on half-day leave. Had taco bell again and my second time was underwhelming. I guess it's not THAT great afterall. They are mediocre at best.

Continued working at usual spot. Singgah jaya to buy tamar for my Dad and groceries for Mom.

For dinner, we had Little Thai Kitchen. But I didn't finish because it was actually a lot.

Dad took Mom to UMMC for her eye follow-up. Praying things go well.

Ended the day stocking up on covid test kits and doodling at my usual spot.

We had ice cream mooncakes and it was a perfect size.

Also we're not sure whether she actually liked the watch we got her because my Mom rarely shows emotion when being gifted anything 😅

Helped mom exchanged some clothes at mis claire and ended up buying a jacket for myself 😬

Today had to go back to office for my laptop. Caught up with AY for lunch, Im so happy 🌟 We had the thali set at Tasty Chapaty 🤤

After work I went to BV to get a birthday present for my Mom and my brother and I agreed to pool money for a watch! Stopped by uncle wing wah to change the strap to brown instead.

Ahhhhh Monday back in the office. I had forgotten how COLD the office was, especially now with not many people around. What sucks the most is the fact that I was the only one who showed up, next to my boss 🙃

It felt exactly like my first day of work. No friends. I hated it. I know for a fact that as much as I enjoy my quiet moments of solitude, I'd prefer to have at least someone familiar I can talk to..

Pastu I forgot how expensive the area was. My nasi campur of tempe, potatoes, daging sejemput & nasi also sejemput was RM 15 💆🏻‍♀️

Pastu since I was eating alone, I didn't even finish my nasi campur. It's extremely rare for me to be able to finish my meal when I eat alone outside. Im not sure why?

By evening I went out aimlessly after the heavy rain and ended up at Upstairs after yearsssss,

I dont think people come here for coffee because it's mediocre (but cuteee). People definitely come here for the food.

I have been trying to put a hard stop in doing office work at midnight but it's been difficult. Im trying to sleep better.

Today after 19 lunch Mars wanted to zohor so he went to masjid and it was funny because I was genuinely excited to tag along because I wanted to try out my new telekung.

It was an oddly fun day. I guess the partying era is slowly phasing out?

I had this idea about drawing a cartoon of a person being squeezed but I dont know how to draw that, so here's a person getting folded instead, lol.

Because that's metaphorically how I feel. I feel forced.
