a/n: just a lil something cause slane was literally insane, im so proud of Harry, he was so happy last night and I just wanna sob🥹

It was almost hard to see through the tears that lined your eyes as you looked out across the crowds that filled Slane’s fields and the seats near the castle. This show was not only a huge accomplishment for Harry but it also had a a lot of historical significance, a show that truly would be remembered for a long time.

Fireworks going off around you as Harry gave his all to sign of the times as he usually did, your hand coming up to wipe your cheeks every so often, Lloyd being sure to capture a few pictures of you to send to Harry later on. There was still a little bit to go until the concert was over and you’d be rushed to the airport to get back to London for his four nights at Wembley Stadium, so when Harry had a 5 min water break and bathroom break he came straight for you

“Baby…you’re crying”

“H-Happy tears m’love”

He smiled pressing a quick kiss to your lips, his thumbs catching a few more tears

“I know you don’t have long, but this is insane Harry, I-I’ve never seen anything like this”

“Yeah it’s incredible isn’t it?”

He glanced out and really took the time to look out at everyone who’d come to see him perform. Going from a teenager on x-factor not really knowing where he would go to performing in front of almost 100 thousand people, it was a surreal experience; and you were with him too, which only made it more special for the two of you.

“I’m so proud of you baby, everyday, seeing you go out there, sing your heart out and dance all night is such a beautiful thing to get to witness and be apart of..”

Harry’s arms tightened around you as you soaked up the last minute you two had together

“You are so deserving of all of this, the venues, the people, the shows, the awards, i’ve never met someone who works as hard as you, who loves their fans, team and band as much as you do…you’ve come such a long way H and I’m so f-fucking proud of you.”

You could tell Harry was trying to remain as focused as he could, not wanting to shed any premature tears; the two of you could do that on the drive to the airport tonight

“I love you so much y/n, having you here to experience these moments and celebrate with me makes it all the world…you are my world, and I wouldn’t be the man I am today without you.”

You heard someone call a 30 second warning so you pulled him in for one more kiss, arms wrapping around his back after to hold him to you for a few more seconds

“I love you H, keep shining baby, i’ll be waiting”

“I love you more darling, see you soon”

Kissing your cheek he was back off towards the stage, the crowd erupting in cheers as he started to finish his set for the night. The moon starting to come up from behind the castle as you watched Harry dance and sing his way around, everything almost becoming quiet for you as you held your gaze on him. There was no one else on this planet that deserved the love and kindness Harry was shown day in and day out by those around him.

He made it. From that teenage boy that stood on a stage for a handful of people on xfactor to the man that now stood in front of thousands of people; people that were here for him, for your Harry…he had made it, and you couldn’t be prouder.

a/n: i wanted to write something about matilda because it’s a song that I hold so close to my heart. from growing up in an abusive home and needing to take care of my brother from age 6 and up, when i heard matilda i knew it would be a song i’d cherish forever. this is a fic i hold close to my heart because i was that scared and small little girl who didn’t understand why i got anger taken out on me and why i had bruises when other kids didn’t. you’re not alone, you’ve got me in your corner and your stronger than you know, i hope my inner child knows that too<3

No one asks to be born into a world of chaos and fear, especially not when you’re a child. Wondering why your parents fought, the screaming matches, the subtle bruises you somehow ended up with because you ‘stood in the way.’ As a child you never knew what went wrong or what you did to be treated this way but you still tried your hardest regardless of the war zone you once called home.

you were riding your bike to the sound of its no big deal, and you’re trying to lift off the ground on those old two wheels..

You taught yourself to read, to cook, to take care of yourself and your siblings. Going as far as to teach yourself to ride a bike and even drive, you raised yourself in a world where you wished you hadn’t needed to do that. When you got to high school the insults from your father got worse, the insecurity creeped in and you struggled with self worth and self harm.

nothing about the way that you were treated ever seemed especially alarming til now..

Then came college where you worked three jobs to pay your tuition and fought tooth and nail to get the best grades and work your absolute hardest to get your degree which you did all on your own. Mental illness and recovery was never linear and you battled some of your darkest days throughout college and even towards graduation when you met Harry.

so you tie up your hair and you smile like it’s no big deal

Harry was your world, he was the calm through the storm, the light that helped guide you through the tough times, he truly was your best friend. You’d been together now going on 5 years with no plans of ever separating from one another. He always told you that you provided just as much safety and comfort to him as he could to you.

you can let it go, you can throw a party full of everyone you know and not invite your family, cause they never showed you love, you don't have to be sorry for leaving and growing up

Now you were 26 and worked at your dream job, your life was filled with so much love and so much joy sometimes you found yourself needing to take a step back and just breathe, reminding yourself your life was real. Of course you had your rough days, and after the meeting and scolding you’d gotten today, all you wanted was to get home and see Harry.

matilda, you talk of the pain like it's all alright, but I know that you feel like a piece of you's dead inside

When Harry had started working on the album, he’d told you he was writing one very special song he couldn’t wait to share with you. So on the day that he sat you down and let you listen to Matilda, by the second line you were looking over at him with tears in your eyes, bottom lip wobbling ever so slightly and he was quick to pull you into his chest.

You showed me a power that is strong enough to bring sun to the darkest days

When you arrived home you dropped your work things by the front closet, kicking your heels off and dropping your shoulders in exhaustion. Harry wasn’t home yet so you allowed yourself a few minutes to get some water, your headphones and settle on the couch with a fluffy blanket.

it’s none of my business but it’s just been on my mind

On natural instinct almost, you allowed the soft melody of matilda to play through your headphones, eyes closing as you sunk into the cushions. It wasn’t as if you were trying to cower from the overwhelming feelings you had in this moment, but more or less trying to let them flow and escape from your mind

you can let it go, you can throw a party full of everyone you know and not invite your family, cause they never showed you love, you don't have to be sorry for leaving and growing up

You hadn’t even noticed the tears steadily falling down your cheeks, your breathing picking up slightly as you pulled the blanket up further, attempting to wrap yourself in more warmth. It wasn’t until you felt gentle fingertips dancing across your face that you opened your eyes, Harry looking at you in concern. Pausing the song you pulled your headphones off and sent him a soft smile

“Hey m’love…”

“Hi”

Lifting the blanket up you let him cuddle in next to you, the instant comfort you felt just from being wrapped up in his arms was enough to blow the stress and pain from the day away

“You okay y/n?”

Nodding you leaned further into him

“Just had a really bad day…got yelled at and it just made me think of old stuff and I don’t know…f-felt a bit sad”

Harry placed a soft kiss against your temple

“I’m sorry today was so tough, I know it was probably hard to remember what it was like growing up too..can’t blame you for feeling upset”

His hands ran up and down your arm softly, the constant touch helping to keep you grounded and in the present moment.

“You know what I think?”

Looking up at him you furrowed your brows

“What?”

Placing a kiss on your lips he smiled

“I think you are the most beautiful soul, inside and out. Despite everything you’re still here, fighting and working hard day in and day out. You don’t ever have to feel sorry or feel bad about doing everything you’ve done on your own, and allowing yourself to love and experience love despite it all”

“H…”

He was quick to swipe a tear from your cheek before continuing

“I love you so much, you’re my now and my future. Seeing you grow and flourish into the woman you are today has been a privilege to witness and support you through. I admire you so much m’baby, you’ve never let anyone dim your light and m’so lucky to get to love you”

Anything you would have said to him in this moment was caught in your throat, so wrapping your arms around him and holding him tight was enough for him in the moment. Harry was the moon and the stars to you, he was your whole universe and he’d been helping you heal since you’d been together. You’d done the hardest work on this journey, he had just been there to support and love you through it so he says.

“I love you so much H, thank you for letting me start a new family”

“I’ll always be your family, you’re safe with me my darling, always”

Matilda was a song that would forever have its hold on you, and it was even more special knowing Harry had wrote it thinking of you, including you in his album and one of his projects he really loved. The love he’d shown you and continues to show you had only helped you come out of your shell and finally feel as if you’d found your place and purpose in this world.

Harry was your home, just as you were his.

Daddy & Bee’s Late Night Talking (harry’s angel au blurb)

pairing: harry styles x female reader (angel)

summary: it’s time for harry’s nightly talks with his little girl

warnings: 0 just very sweet and fluffy😭

a/n: this blurb idea has been in my head for a few nights and I just needed to get it out🥹

Every night like clockwork you’d wait for Harry to get into bed, whether it was after his usual shower or if he’d been doing some last minute work before bed. This time of night had become your new favourite because it was ‘daddy and bee’s time’ as Harry would call it

He would first place a few kisses across your face wanting to see that beautiful smile you reserved only for him before taking his place down by your still growing baby bump, his head resting just above your belly button

Harry was always careful not to lean too much of his weight on you supporting himself partially with his elbow bent slightly underneath him. Your hands navigating to his hair while he pressed a few kisses to the taut skin

“Hi bee, it’s daddy…again, you know it’s me anyway because I talk to you every night”

He laughed quietly which caused a few giggles to spill from your lips

“Oi oi, your mummy is shaking you up in there!”

That earned him a swat on the back of the head and a playful scoff from you before he continued talking

“I’m just joking of course bee, mummy loves you so much, just like daddy, did you like all the snacks you had today? Think I noticed my yogurt missing again…wonder if it was you hmm?”

You knew exactly what he was referring to because you had indeed finished his peach yogurt he loved so much, you didn’t feel an ounce of guilt though considering your daughter loved it so much

“That’s okay though because you can have anything you want petal, always, I can’t wait to feel you kicking around soon hopefully, that way I can know if you’re really listening to me”

It still hadn’t reached the stage where your daughter was moving fully yet, within a few weeks your doctor said you should start to feel some kicks or little flutters in your belly

“I bet you are, I hope you are at least anyway, it’s time for bed bee, Ive got to make sure your mummy gets lots of rest too, so I love you so much baby bee”

Harry pressed a few kisses across your stomach before looking up to see you smiling down at him, he’d never seen someone more beautiful than you

“I love you H, she’s got the best dad in the world..”

“She’s got the best parents angel, I love you too, now I’m serious time for bed for you too”

Rolling your eyes playfully you got comfortable on your side, Harry leaning down to bring his lips to yours softly before getting under the comforter with you, your head gravitating to rest on his chest as one of his hands settled on the bump

His late night talking sessions with baby bee were one of your favourite things in the world now, you really did luck out with someone like Harry who’s heart was so big and full of love, you’d never been more excited to soon be a mum 🩷

Angel went with a comfy two piece set in white, she had a little fall in the hotel shower earlier in the day so she wanted to be comfy because of the slight pain she still has from the fall! She and Bee are totally fine, Harry is a little panicky about her being at the show but Angel wanted to come and is resting in the VIP section to watch his concert tonight🤍

a/n: there will be a part two to this i think, i kinda wanna end this on a cliffhanger, but we shall see! no hate to olivia or anything of course!

Stupid, you almost felt stupid to sit here in a meeting room with Harry as his team ran through a potential public relations situation to help get views and attraction up for his new movie ‘Don’t Worry Darling.’ Now you knew why Harry was so adamant on having you come down to London with him this morning, and honestly you wished you hadn’t. 

“So, this PR relationship will last for one year to two years, you won’t be together all the time but when you are, you’ll need to sell it.”

You couldn’t even look at Jeff as he went through the contract with Harry, Olivia sat across the table looking almost smug, you knew this was all her idea, and sure maybe it wasn’t horrible to gain views, but the way he would need to kiss her, hug her, be seen out in public with her while you were almost tossed aside? That’s what was horrible. 

“You’re absolutely sure we can’t go shorter than this…?”

Harry had begun to squeeze your hand gently, but you were already zoned out, you didn’t want to hear anything else 

“Not if we want to sell it Harry”

Olivia, in any other situation she would have had a nice voice to listen too, but right now it sounded like nails on a chalkboard

“Olivia is right H, if we want to really sell it, it needs to last this long.” 

“Well, it’s just…how’s this going to look for Y/N and I’s relationship? M’not liking the idea of this” 

You sighed softly before removing your hand from his hold 

“Doesn’t matter Harry. Not like my opinion would matter, do what you need to.”

Before he could say anything, you excused yourself from the conference room and walked out, Harry would end up doing this stunt anyway and you’d just be forgotten, tossed aside and just a figure in Harry’s past. You knew Poppy had the day off so why not spend it with someone you knew would never make you feel this way, your older sister had been your best friend since day one, there was no doubt in your mind she couldn’t help you forget about this day.

“What the fuck is wrong with him!?” 

Poppy was fuming, she was beyond angry and honestly you thought it was justifiable 

“He has to do it Pop…”

“Bullshit he has to do it y/n, he’s got the option to say no, he’s choosing not to.”

Shrugging you took the final sip of your earl grey tea

“Well, I can’t do anything about it, and honestly it is what it is, I should have known this came with dating celebrities, just didn’t think my Harry would do this…”

Poppy wanted to add something else but seeing the hurt in your eyes was enough to have her coming over the couch to pull you in for a hug, which just caused the floodgates to open, tears falling down your cheeks, little sobs escaping your lips 

“Oh honey…”

“Am I not enough Poppy? What is so horrible about me that I get hurt over and over again? I-I don’t understand!”

Her hold on you tightened 

“Y/N, you are more than enough do you hear me? None of what you’ve gone through has been your fault, and yes Harry is being a right prick if he takes this on, but I know he loves you, and I know you are perfect for him”

Sniffling you sat up, shaking your head

“I’ll never be enough for him, look at me…look at Olivia, he’ll take this on and I’ll just be forgotten about.”

Hearing the exhaustion in your voice was enough to make Poppy’s heart clench, she hated to see you so distraught and upset, especially knowing the man who’d been making you as happy as you had been, was the reasoning behind it.

The door closed softly at Harry’s flat, you’d gone back over after spending the rest of the day with your sister, truth be told you weren’t sure if you wanted to even be here, but you couldn’t hide from Harry forever.

“Hey angel, there you are”

“Mhm, sorry was with Poppy…”

“I know she uh, she called me when you left”

You nodded, moving past him and into the kitchen to get a glass of water, your only plan was to go upstairs, have a hot shower and get into bed to forget today ever happened

“I want you to know I am really sorry about today, if m’being honest I didn’t know they wanted to do that PR relationship stunt...”

“It’s fine H, do what you need to.”

Turning to look at him, his eyebrows pulled together almost as if he was thinking about what he was going to say next 

“I can say no”

“So why didn’t you?”

His arms were crossed over his chest, bottom lip tugged between his teeth 

“I-Well I guess I wanted to hear them out, see what the proposal was”

“So basically, make me look like an idiot while Olivia sat there having the time of her life knowing I’m about to be publicly embarrassed for the next two years? How do you think I feel Harry?  You’re going to go off, have a great time with her, while I’m left behind and forgotten about, once again not good enough for you.”

He shook his head moving closer to take your hands, but you stepped back 

“Angel, I promise you that would never ever fucking happen, I love you so much, and you’re m’world, I-I know this seems like this worst thing in the world, and I don’t know why I thought it was a good idea, but I promise you, that won’t happen…”

“That’s what you say now…I’m going to stay with Poppy for a while, let you figure out what you want…I love you H, you know I do but this? This isn’t something I thought you’d ever do to me…”

You didn’t want Harry to say anything to try and convince you to stay, so you left the kitchen and made your way upstairs, maybe you were an idiot for reacting this way, was PR always a part of celebrity’s lives? What was going to happen with you and Harry? These were questions you didn’t want to answer or know the answer too, right now all you had on your mind was getting out and getting space, Harry could figure out what he wanted, and if you were the girl, he even saw himself being with anymore.

You took a few seconds to look around the room, eyes widening at how beautiful everything looked as the sun came up and began to highlight the room with a warm glow

“Good morning angel…happy mother’s day”

His hands wound around your side to rest on your stomach gently, his lips pressing kisses to your shoulder and up towards your neck

“Oh H….this is…I didn’t think I counted today..”

Harry turned you in his arms so he could look at you, a small smile across his face as he realized just how serious you were

“Of course you count y/n, you’ve got our baby girl cookin’ you’re already a mom in my eyes…one of the best ones at that”

“R-Really?”

He chuckled lightly as he watched you pout, tears lining your eyes

“Course y’are my love”

You pulled his face down to press a kiss to his lips, Harry leaned into your touch, a habit he had since you’d both started dating

“Thank you H, this was very sweet of you to organize for me, I love it”

“You’re welcome angel, you deserve the whole world, I only hope I can give that to you someday”

Leaning forward you held him gently as you rested your head on his chest, hands rubbing his back gently before you pulled away, your stomach making little noises

“I think bee’s getting hungry”

Harry laughed

“Well what bee wants, bee gets…just like her mum”

You felt like the luckiest woman in the world to be loved so deeply by Harry, and he wanted to make sure you kept feeling like that for as long as you both lived🤍
