So a little forewarning that this post has no aim for completeness: Just consider the wealth of thousand years of speculation and the literal sense of all those holy books and comments. The Ancient Indians searched for other ways for religious practice, without the help of the old Deities, finding a compromise between the thoughts of the Upanishads plus the revelations and the obligations in sacrifice of the Vedas. What a huge cultural and pychological evolution it meant for the progress of cognitive skills to reduce all phenomena as cosmic illusions, to target all roots to the One and First Cause (exciting how the Sankya ideas were combined with the Pantheism of the Upanishad) and how the definition or separation of soul (the meaning changed within the decades, traces of the old definition can be found in the Buddhism) and substance evolved the question, how the Prime Matter (pradhana or prakrti) is composed. It is very interesting how the principle of Karma, also originates in the cult of sacrifices: After a sacrfice, the time till the request will be recognized is called karman. Every action of the earthly ones is influenced by a natural and preternatural "something", which is called Karma. In the common view, Karma adheres to the soul, till it is completelty consumed (Samsara - The circle of life, the world of becoming and elapsing through liberation -> Nirvana).

THE ROLE OF CONSTITUTION IN DEVELOPING BUSINESS LAW

Introduction The term "business" refers to the collective endeavours of enterprises to offer goods and services to consumers while also generating profits. The term "business" encompasses a wide range of operations, including production, promotion, wholesaling, retailing, distribution, transportation, warehousing, financing, insurance, consulting, and similar endeavours. A business refers to a corporate entity or organisation involved in commercial or trade-related endeavours. It can be described as the actions of an individual or a group of individuals involved in selling things and providing services with the goal of making a profit. Business laws are commonly referred to as commercial laws. They provide a legal structure that regulates business operations and transactions. They offer a framework for managing operations and resolving conflicts within a business setting. The laws encompass contract laws, consumer protection legislation, employment law, competition laws, and various more. Commercial law is a legal field that regulates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of entities involved in business transactions. It consists of legally binding rules of behaviour that govern commercial interactions. Essentially, buyers and sellers engage in market transactions while adhering to regulations that define the limits of lawful commercial conduct. It outlines the guidelines for behaviour that must be adhered to in order to achieve effective business transactions between the government, business entities, and the public. The objectives of business law are to facilitate industrial expansion, establish protocols for business establishment, enforce legal rights, foster healthy business relationships, minimise the occurrence of fraudulent activities, maintain a state of balance, protect consumers and their rights, and encourage fair competition and unrestricted trade.

I. Evolution of Business Law

The idea of corporate rules dates back to the third century alone. Under Chanakya's reign, the wazir issued four royal duties: Raksha, palana, vridhhi, and yogakshema. These duties correspond to safeguarding the interests of shareholders, protecting the wealth of the company with profits, and making appropriate use of resources and assets to increase wealth. Kautilyas Arthasastra and Neetishastra later on offered a perspective on corporate social responsibility. Hindu Undivided Family structure was evident in rural economics. East India Company was founded and granted an official proclamation known as a Royal Charter during the Battle of Plassey and Buxar. II. Constitutional Provision that affects Business Law

1) Articles 301-307 of the Constitution of India, 1950, spell out the freedom of trade, business, and intercourse. This freedom has its roots in British India. The people who wrote the Indian Constitution were inspired by Section 92 of the Australian Constitution. They agreed that it should include Articles 301-307, which are the same as Article 19 (1) (g) of the Australian Constitution. Article 301 says, "Trade, commerce, and intercourse shall be free throughout the territory, subject to the other provisions of this Part." This is in line with the basic right to do any business, trade, or activity. Article 301 says that people can freely trade, do business, and interact with each other. Article 302: The Parliament has the power to control trade, commerce, and sexual relations. The government might be able to do the same thing by making it happen. As many boundaries as are necessary for the public good from one state to another or within India. Article 303 says that the Union and the States can't do everything they want when it comes to trade and business. The 7th schedule says that Parliament can't make laws that favour one state over another, but clause (2) makes an exception. Article 304: Limits on trade, business, and intercourse between states. Article 305 says that current laws and laws that give the government monopolies can be kept. It gives the parliament the power to name the people it thinks are needed and give them the powers and tasks they need. Article 307: Appointing the people who are authorised to carry out the goals of Articles 301-304.

(4) Directive ideas of state policy They are written down in Part 4 of the Constitution, which aims for justice, freedom, equality, and brotherhood. It gives everyone a good way to make a living. III. Regulations in India

IV. Legislative Approach

That is the legal argument at stake here. In its interpretation of Article 301 of the Constitution, the word "free" does not mean unfettered freedom, as the Supreme Court made plain. Laws that impose standards of proper behaviour or other limitations on persons who do so are distinct from regulations that limit people's capacity to engage in business operations. Regulation describes this difference. The real answer to any problem can be found by identifying the aspects of the transaction or activity that made it a trade, commerce, or intercourse, and then excluding the aspects that are always present but aren't essential to the idea. There is a world of difference between the core features of a commercial transaction and the incidents surrounding it, which might or might not impart those features. The decision by the Apex Court maintained that compensating or regulatory taxes cannot be utilised to limit the freedom of trade or commerce. In order to ensure that the funds are used for major road repairs, maintenance, and upgrades, and that the collection of the tax does not cause traffic delays, a compensation tax is imposed according to the kind and amount of road use. Unrestricted, cost-free road movement is a fundamental human right.

Section 27 of the Bihar and Orissa Excise Act, 1915 stipulated in a 1937 notification that the excise duty will be Rs. 40 per L.P. gallon till March 31, 1961. The appellant asserted that no countervailing tax could be imposed on imported alcohol since no "foreign spirits" were manufactured in the state and no excise duty could be imposed on any locally produced "foreign spirits." The Apex Court observed that a limitation on the freedom of trade, commerce, and intercourse throughout all of India, as specified in Article 301, would only be permissible in cases where it was covered by Article 304. The power under Article 304(a) can only be exercised effectively if there is no distinction made between the tax or duty imposed on products imported from other countries and the tax or duty levied on identical things generated or produced in that nation. Article 304 protection did not apply in this case because there were no foreign spirits manufactured or produced in the state.

Either govt could take control of management and auction it or it could help the airline to get fresh loan. Yes this could be extraordinary step but to save the job of 20000 people and their families govt had to do it. But they were busy on speeches and drama.

BSNL could be sold easily or they could do something to improve it's services. But they din't to anything and today job of 1.76 lakh employees is at stake. Who will pay bread and butter to their families.

In automobile sector GST is too high. Over the above they have increased insurance price on the vehicle. Overall price have been increased and people are avoiding purchasing cars. When company will not do sale then how it will pay to it's employees? They will do cost cutting and employees will lose their job. If they don't have Job they won't do purchase of luxury or other items in market . Ultimately another business and it's eomployees will suffer.

Our govt has huge power. Current PM has full control over his party and govt. Still he is not doing much. See the status of coal India, yes bank, BSNL etc. Yes Bank is private bank bit govt either can take over or can makes the guideline to run it. Time has come for us to question govt about economy, job etc. It's good to support particular party or govt but always ask the question. The day you will lose job there is no one to help you. Your political party is not going to do any favoure.
