I talk more about it here! But basically my wrist is badly injured and I need surgery on the bone and tendons. Not being able to use it makes me very depressed and suicidal. It prevents me from doing a lot, including my best coping skills.

Saving for a road trip

I've decided to give up on trying to snag an apartment. Settling down isn't in the cards for me just yet!

So I'm gonna start working towards getting prepped and ready for a road trip! Long-term, no end-date, no destination, just travel for travel's sake.

I'll still be writing, still be doing my thing, but I'll be saving up for a nice, big truck with plenty of space I can sleep in at night, and I've got a few folks already asking to join me for parts of the trip.

But to get there I need a little help! I'm gonna be driving locally at first, build up my confidence, then I'll be looking for whatever work I can get around here to save up.

But if anyone wants to help me achieve the goal, it's appreciated!!!
