The recent Synnibear03 situation left me feeling empty inside

I have been attached to the art community/art commentary community for years and years, since I was very young (maybe too young to be around to fully understand that side of the internet but whatever), and Synnibear03 was always one of the more interesting personalities in that conmunity.

When she was still "Scotaloo loves Sans", I hated her, REALLY hated her, both because I wanted to be different (she was very loved at that time), but also because I hated that she was seen as the "good sans fangirl" when I always thought that the other sans fangirls made the more expressionistic and experimental videos. I even insulted her in her comment section.

After some years, though, everything changed: after she became Synnibear03 and also did a video responding to some others allegations that happened to her (don't remember when but you can easily find it in hee channel), I actually started respecting her: it seemed like she had gone through a perfect character arc, becoming a differebt person, a more respectable and ignorable person, someone that didn't need to be hated.

Today, though, I learned that she was a groomer, and that definitely hit me close: it's the actual first tine such situations can affect me this much, since I though this type of situations wouldn't surprise me anymore. What makes it even more difficult is becase Synnibear03 is such a specific person that I don't know how to respond to this situation: I don't hate her anymore, so I can't be happy about her being discovered being a groomer, but I also can't be sad because I never truely liked her.

It's just a complicated situation and I needed a place to express it, I hope people can read this and tell me if they have ever felt like me and if they know ways to get past this feeling of conflictness and emptiness.

(I just hope the next groomers are only people I don't care about or people I hate for no reason so that I can have a reason to hate them)

Something I don’t think many people understand is that being autistic doesn’t automatically equal a complete lack of sympathy. Like yes some autistic people might have low sympathy. But for others, they can have WAY TOO MUCH. And for people that DO NOT DESERVE IT.

This whole situation with Synnibear03 is distressing for everyone for obvious reasons. What she’s done is so freakin gross and I KNOW she doesn’t deserve any sympathy. I KNOW I shouldn’t be worried about her but a small stupid part of me is anyway and it’s so annoying- Maybe it’s just because I’ve been following her art for so many years, and because I know she has trauma herself. But that is in no way an excuse. Obviously if anyone deserves sympathy, it’s the people she’s hurt. Not her. So yeah don’t groom kids or literally anyone ever✌️

hi this isn't related to anything else ive posted BUT I learned today that a content creator i watched as a kid was outed as a groomer!!! while i wasn't the biggest fan of scootaloo loves sans/synnibear03, she was still someone I watched a lot of back in the day and im absolutely DISGUSTED by what she's done. I heavily recommend watching birdie's video on her, it's super informative. On top of that, it would be super helpful to donate to Jack (birdie) so that he can move out since he is currently living with synni.

I was friends with this giant youtuber Synnibear03 for five years. She was formerly known as Scootaloo Loves Sans. She had 500k subs. She was roomates with another youtuber/animator named Birdie, who had 100k subs.

It was recently revealed she's a literal groomer and massive creep. There were a ton of things she was doing I never knew about and the second I found out I instantly dropped her and Birdie moved out. Birdie made a video on this about a day ago and the entire internet now hates her.

This all happened in the last 48 hours.
