A large majority to that reason, though, is that now that my dad's back from his trip to North Carolina I'm probably gonna be excessively summoned by my parents for basically ANYTHING 😭🙏 BUT!!

Some of the fault falls on ME!!!

Specifically, I can't decide many things about 61, especially the direction its art is to take. I want to eventually dub Ask Site-61, but I would like to fully color it when dubbed!! So essentially, I've reached a deadlock where I have to either continue the traditional art path to speedily get through asks, or fully illustrate the page for a consistent artflow. (I'll probably do the former; that way I can still CHOOSE which asks are worth coloring, since, not to be rude but I don't think EVERY ask needs to be colored, as proven by the fact that some asks just.. don't have accompanying art. Yeah.)

hmm,, in regards to UNDERSTANDING kondrakis lore, not really! as per most scp lore its all a mishmash of misc tales and (usually one-sentence) appearances in actual scp articles, BUT!!!!!!! we recommend starting at scp-408*(***) (*just for general lore reasons, shes very tied to the swarm**(*408) so its good to read up on them first .:3) (***there's another version to 408, 7408, which i ALSO recommend as that one is slightly more popular. 7408 is what newer fans refer to when they talk about her swarm ^_^) and then just kind of reading other tales featuring her .:3. her lore isnt actually all that complicated compared to most doctors so its fairly easy to figure out by just reading a couple tales involving her .:-D

Why did you name that kid knives? Or did you just let them pick their own names.

I suspect that I am very bad at giving out names. My twins' names come as a reminder of [REDACTED]. I did not wish for [REDACTED] to happen ever again. The Plants, all of them, are essentially something that we humans use as a kind of livestock, I am sad to say. They are like cattle, gifting us milk with which to live - except, with them, it is all resources. This is where the name of one of my sons comes from - Vash, after vache' - the French for "cow." I thought it important to never forget the status that had been thrust upon their species by our forebears. "Vash" also is a name after Hindi, I have so heard, meaning certain good things like "bright" and "brave." Anyway, it just sounded right in my head. Knives, on the other hand, was a reminder of that...other thing that happens to cattle. And of [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. I wanted him to be strong, to protect his brother - just as a cow can also protected itself - the bull and his horns, the wielder of a knife to turn back a threat. It also reminded me of my own duties. Anyone who DARED lay a hand on my children would be met by millions of knives of my own fury. This... doesn't sound very "Rem" of me, does it? I am, on the whole, a very gentle person. I do not believe that anyone has the right to take the life of another. However, I decided that I would do whatever it takes to protect these miracles after [REDACTED] [REDACTED]. I named my children what I did to make them strong... and to make me strong. Also the fact that the lil' scamp sprouted little knives out of his skin at random a few times when he was in diapers and got me cut something wicked when I tried to pick him up didn't hurt with the naming. For example, I've had it since, what, the 70s, I wanna say? Yeah, The Foundation, and in comparison, my deadbeat dad, hasn't been around as long as some of the other 963s I've seen on here!

Shaw and Thigribann fall in-between though. Thigribann went immortal in 2000, I'm pretty sure she was supposed to be a candidate in SCP-4444, but they never needed to run her, and Shaw went immortal once they figured out how to make another one of 963 in 2010. Guy's been nuts since!

As for the youngest? Probably Charles. Poor kid's only had his since '23 of this century. He's barely getting to understand the consequences of having one these!
