🫶: Who ended up falling first? Which of them actually realized that they’d fallen in love first?

i fell for him first (and realized it first aswell) because he was still w l.iz at the time (but me and him got together after they broke up during outbreak if that explains it) so he didnt fall for me just yet. he thought i was nice tho on first impression!

🦀: How did they handle realizing they were in love? Embarrassed? Nervous? Mad?

honestly all of these. i was more nervous because its just how i am, and i was also bit mad once he mentioned he wasnt single (before outbreak). i mean like in a normal sad upset way yknow. and ofc i was nervous entire time to be around him during outbreak when all of us were sticking together >>> and once he realized he likes me during outbreak oh boy he was quite nervous he was even more clumsier than usual and would even get sidetracked often, basically a cute mess :3 but he was also bit mad at himself because it kind of felt bad considering he had just gotten out of relationship

🦅: How good are their friends at being wingmen? Do they even help at all or just sit back watching the pining with a bag of popcorn?

that really depends abt e.d. he usually doesnt give a shit /aff still, but if hes bored he'll come up w something to trick us both into thinking god knows what abt each other, and just watch the chaos unfold (and i also mean that in like silly tricks not anything thatd actually ruin the relationship LOL)

i like that hes easygoing, funny and he just always easily makes me smile,, and he likes that i have alot of common with him so he always has fun when im around,, plus we really understand each other in so many ways. as for other, we switch spooning positions, hes actually very cuddly in private he loves to hold me from behind if im doing something, sometimes i make breakfast and sometimes does he, were also the types to wake up but fall back asleep lazying off in bed for hrs etc. i could go on forever. ok ill also say we play games together any chance we get + if i feel down hed get e.d to do his dum monkey impressions <3

🤝: How did they meet in the first place? What was there first impression of each other?

when nicho.las first arrived to sanford he couldnt sleep and he went to a bar to insepct the town a bit, and so i was also there. he usually drinks juice whenever he goes out and he also noticed i had juice instead of alcohol aswell so he asked out of curiousity and its what got us to talk a bit. but once he told me hes a policeofficer i died of shock because hey like, youre making small talk w a cute guy but hes a fricken. god at his job. but she thought he was kind, bit stiff but very cute. nicho.las thought she was approachable, had rather unique tastes but she was also very kind and was just listening to anything he wouldve said

🫣: Who stumbled the most with their feelings around the other? How much did the other person notice?

i think nicho.las was definetly trying to hide it more because he knows how invested he gets in his job. but he also wasnt too good at it, hed get ridicilously shy, hed even stutter and blush but it was quite noticeable. i noticed it but i took it more of like "maybe i made him uncomfortable". as for me its that but 10x worse, he just thought im generally like that (which i was but. worse)

💕: Who confessed first and how? Did it go as planned or did shenanigans ensue?

i apologize if this is super cheesy but. yeag it wasnt really a proper confession because when we found out, the city council had kept me hostage (basically weird shit happens in the town lol) but nicho.las had arrived just in time after he got attacked himself (,: they figured out themselves how we felt of each other. and when of them said "you dont wanna lose someone you care about besides your job" i asked "is that how you really feel?" and he quietly nodded because of shock from seeing me being held by them. then bla bla he saved me we escaped with his friend da.nny, and when we got out of car i hugged him tighly and he did the same. thats pmuch the confirmation there >>>>>

watched The Menu. did not like it. though i'm open to the possibility that i missed something important....? it's pitched as "a horror satire" but i'm unsure what it was trying to satirize, which is uh. a bad sign

i was very happy following along for the build-up during the first hour or so (the sets are very pretty, loved a lot of the location shots, the acting itself was great, it had several funny moments that landed well) but it just kinda goes nowhere and then ends. my most generous interpretation is that the point was that there wasn't a point and instead of being a horror-flavored satire it was a satire of horror

mostly the impression i got was that the people who created it really hate modern art and enjoy the term filmbro (derogatory). same flavor as that tiktok reactionary that did the whole "people only truly enjoy easily digestible YA and if they claim to enjoy boring art literature then they're lying about it for clout", where the concept that some people may genuinely enjoy weird art shit because they find it entertaining just never even occurs to them as a real possibility

the major theme was working class solidarity? but it was so weirdly executed that i'm unsure if the movie agreed with it, or if it portrayed it stupidly on purpose to make it look bad. my roommate recommended it to me because he thought it was "hehe eat the rich, fun" but i'm half convinced they were trying to make fun of that? not that every mention of a fraught subject has to have a Clear Moral, but if you're pitching yourself with the word satire you're explicitly asking me to think about it, so it strikes me as really strange that it was so wishy-washy

He supposed it was some small comfort to know that the busy-body of the camp would be denied a slice of gossip pie at the very least. Not that it helped sweeten the sour expression he turned the other's way after all but projectile spitting a lungful of water he'd been downing right back up again when the other sidled up to give his unwarranted opinion on the matter-
