Ok so I think we can all agree that it's season one will in that scene but I can't be the only one who saw something fall right?No the question is-WHAT DID WILL LOSE IN THAT JUMP?

I think it was a walki-talkie!The shape is vaguely the same and it would make sense from the context AND actually explain why he could have gone up there if not for hiding.HE WAS TRYING TO GET CONNECTION.The tree is high up and maybe he hoped to be able to contact his friends or mom but while trying to escape he lost it.

NOW I HEAR-"But he didn't have anything on him in the upside down"

BUT THAT IS WRONG

Will literally dissapeard with an backpack and we still have no idea what is in there

and even if he did NOT have his walkie-talkie in there he could have just picked it up at home!We saw him at home(or atleast communicating with Joyce)

HELL WE EVEN SAW HIM IN HIS ROOM-OR HEARED THE RADIO PLAY IN THERE

Now I could very Well be wrong about the walkie-talkie but he DEFINITLY dropped something so if yo have any ideas feel free to Tell me I would LOVEEE to know

Now addition to the theory since @findablog pointed out that they use Will's walkie-talkie to contact the boys

He could still find a random one in the upside down or an replica since everything in the upside down is double!

I feel like first seasons of TV shows are either kinda awkward and finding their footing and voice or they’re really good and possibly one of the best seasons of the series. For That ‘70s Show I think it falls into the second category, can’t tell you how many times I rewatched those early season, especially since back in the day it seemed like TeenNick/The N only aired season 1-4. 😅
