"Seed oils are bad for you!" There is so much beneseed paste in my pepper soup it could pass for tahini. I can and have consumed enough red palm oil to sustain a whole family in one sitting in the past and I will do it again. The White American fitness influencer is scared of me.

Is Sesame seed oil good for you?
Tumblr media
Today, I want to dive into the world of sesame seed oil and explore its health benefits. This golden elixir has been a staple in Asian cuisine for centuries, and it’s gaining popularity worldwide for its numerous health perks. So, let’s see why sesame seed oil might just be a fantastic addition to your diet!
Nutritional Powerhouse
Sesame seed oil is packed with essential nutrients. It's a great source of healthy fats, specifically monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, which are known to support heart health. Additionally, it contains vitamin E, an antioxidant that helps protect your cells from damage.
Heart Health
The healthy fats in sesame seed oil can help reduce bad cholesterol levels in your blood, which is crucial for maintaining a healthy heart. Studies have shown that consuming sesame seed oil can lead to lower blood pressure, further contributing to cardiovascular health.
Anti-Inflammatory Properties
Sesame seed oil has impressive anti-inflammatory properties. This can be particularly beneficial for people with chronic inflammation or conditions like arthritis. The presence of antioxidants, such as sesamol and sesamin, helps reduce inflammation and oxidative stress in the body.
Skin and Hair Care
Beyond its internal benefits, sesame seed oil is also fantastic for your skin and hair. It’s a natural moisturizer that can help keep your skin hydrated and supple. Plus, its antioxidant properties can protect your skin from UV damage and slow down the signs of aging. For hair, sesame seed oil can nourish your scalp, promote hair growth, and add a beautiful shine.
Bone Health
Sesame seed oil is rich in minerals like calcium, magnesium, and zinc, which are essential for maintaining strong and healthy bones. Including it in your diet can help improve bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
Boosts Metabolism
The healthy fats and nutrients in sesame seed oil can help boost your metabolism, aiding in weight management and energy production. This makes it a valuable addition to a balanced diet, especially for those looking to maintain a healthy weight.
How to Use Sesame Seed Oil
Incorporating sesame seed oil into your diet is easy. You can use it in salad dressings, marinades, or stir-fries. Its nutty flavor adds a delicious twist to various dishes. Remember to opt for cold-pressed, unrefined sesame seed oil to maximize its health benefits.
Conclusion
In summary, sesame seed oil is indeed good for you! Its rich nutrient profile and myriad health benefits make it a versatile and valuable addition to your kitchen and skincare routine. So, the next time you’re looking for a healthy oil, give sesame seed oil a try.
Stay healthy and happy, everyone!

Your Efforts May Go Wasted If You Didn’t Focused on Oils You Eat
Home cooks have many choices when it comes to choosing the type of oil for frying, grilling, and drizzling. Some are well known like olive oil and some are lesser known like avocado and coconut oil. It depends a lot on the type of dish. The point at which the oil starts to burn and smoke is one of the most important things to consider. Heating an oil above its smoke point not only spoils the taste, but also breaks down many of the nutrients in the oil, causing the oil to release harmful compounds called free radicals. If you want to know which oils are and which are not, there is disagreement.
1. Olive Oil
Tumblr media
The nutrition and culinary expert agrees that olive oil is one of the most versatile and healthy oils for cooking and eating, as long as it is virgin. The "extra virgin" label means that the olive oil is unrefined and therefore of high quality. Extra virgin olive oil contains large amounts of monounsaturated fats and some polyunsaturated fats. Many studies show that it leads to better heart health.Olive oil has a relatively low smoke point compared to other oils, making it ideal for low to medium heat cooking.
2. Coconut Oil
Tumblr media
Depending on what you ask, coconut oil should be avoided or consumed in moderation. The main point of controversy is its high saturated fat content. Unlike other vegetable oils, coconut oil is primarily saturated fat. While not everyone agrees that such concentrated sources of saturated fat are bad for your health, some experts, including the American Heart Association, recommend replacing foods high in saturated fat with healthier options. It claims that it can lower cholesterol levels and improve blood lipid levels. Still, science is beginning to suggest that not all saturated fats are bad for you. Not to make you sick, but don't overdo it.
But that doesn't mean it should be banned from the pantry. Saturated fats are healthier oils to use when cooking or frying at very high temperatures because they are more stable at high temperatures (which should be done absolutely in moderation). This means they are less likely to collapse and smoke.
3. Vegetable Oil
Tumblr media
The term "vegetable oil" refers to an oil derived from a vegetable source, the health of which depends on its source and intended use. Most vegetable oils on the market are blends of canola, corn, soybean, safflower, palm and sunflower oils. In general, we should use olive oil whenever possible instead of corn or soybean oil.
Still, because vegetable oils are refined and processed, they lack nutrients as well as taste. "Vegetable oil is guaranteed to be highly processed. Because it's called a 'vegetable,' manufacturers can use any commodity, including soybeans, corn, cottonseed, and canola, without having to print a new label."
4. Canola Oil
Tumblr media
Canola oil, derived from the flowering plant canola, contains high amounts of monounsaturated fat and a moderate amount of fat. Contains polyunsaturated fat. Of all the vegetable oils, canola oil tends to have the lowest amount of saturated fat.
5. Avocado Oil
Tumblr media
Avocado Oil is a good choice. Although it is not refined like extra virgin olive oil, it has a high smoke point, so it can be used for cooking at high temperatures and is ideal for stir-frying. It has almost no odor, so it is suitable for cooking. "It's creamy like an avocado," says Howard. Avocado oil contains both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats (it has one of the highest levels of monounsaturated fat of any edible oil) and also contains vitamin E.
6. Sunflower Oil
Tumblr media
This oil is rich in vitamin E. One tablespoon contains 28% of the Recommended Daily Allowance of nutrients. It has a high smoke point and is less addictive, so it does not interfere with cooking. However, sunflower oil contains many omega-6 fatty acids. The body needs them, but omega-6 fatty acids are thought to be pro-inflammatory, whereas omega-3 fatty acids are anti-inflammatory. It is important to consume in moderation as it can cause excessive inflammation in the body.
7. Peanut Oil
Tumblr media
Peanut oil can be fun to experiment with in the kitchen, especially since there are so many different types. Peanut oil contains the highest levels of monounsaturated fatty acids of any edible oil. It is usually savory with a nutty taste and aroma and is well cooked over high heat.
8. Walnut Oil
Tumblr media
This oil has a low smoke point, making it unsuitable for cooking, but it can be used in many other ways. Howard drizzles pancakes, freshly cut fruit, and ice cream with oil. She also adds it to frothed milk to drink her coffee.Walnut oil has a high ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids, which helps reduce inflammation. Images Flaxseed oil is high in omega-3 fatty acids and has a very low smoke point, so don't even use it in cooking.
9. Sesame Oil
Tumblr media
This oil is often used because of its strong flavor. Small things make a big impact. It contains both monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, but is not particularly rich in other nutrients. It has a high smoke point and can be used in high heat recipes.

oral health ♡
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
now , obv u wanna be brushing your teeth 3 times a day , flossing , mouth wash etc .. but here are some extra things that can help improve your oral health , breath and teeth!!
oil pulling ♡
you can use coconut oil , sesame seed oil , or sunflower oil. swish a teaspoon of said oil around in your mouth to coat all your teeth , spit , and then repeat. @/ally.renee1 on TikTok recommends adding peppermint oil , this helps it taste better and also acts as a natural mouthwash!!
floss your teeth before brushing ♡
use either waxed or woven flosses! never use glide flosses , they have Teflon (Teflon is a chemical , it's used in stuff like non-stick sprays , flosses with Teflon literally don't do anything but glide between your teeth). try flossing as if you're flossing both teeth instead of the space in between!
water flossing ♡
for this you'll need a water flosser. hold for about 5 seconds in between each tooth (don't water floss after brushing teeth because you want the fluoride in the tooth paste to stay on your teeth!!)
tongue scrap ♡
self explanatory. get a tongue scrap , and scrap from back to front 5 times. it's really gross what kind of stuff comes off , so you wanna make sure its all gone!
mouth wash ♡
i'd recommend a teeth whitening one but any will work!! (obv you can use whitening strips too). swish for 30 seconds then spit.
brush teeth ♡
personally , i use an electric toothbrush bc the rounded brush head gets rid of plaque better , but its okay if you don't have one! manual toothbrushes are fine , just make sure you brush extra good!
i brush my entire mouth once , spit , and then brush it again, just to make sure i get absolutely everything. make sure you're brushing the teeth at the very back , your gums , the roof of your mouth , and your tongue!! brush for a total of 3 minutes.
extra ♡
why do i use mouth wash before brushing? because i don't want to wash away the remaining fluoride from the toothpaste that's still on my teeth. If it's morning , i use mouthwash again around 20 minutes after brushing, just to make sure my breath smells good.

DINE 'N CRIME: DUMPLING
Tumblr media
This recipe is part of the menu of 'Chez Molerat vs Dine 'n Crime'.
HOW TO MAKE THE FILLING. Ingredients: - Fatty pork meat/porkbelly slices (preferably ground meat) - 2 hands full of big shrimp (deshelled and cleaned out). - Two gloves of finely chopped garlic - A piece of ginger (size of your pinky finger), also finely chopped - 2 Spring onions - 1 can of bamboo shoots (use only half of it) - 2 quick shakes of ground white pepper (or to your preferred taste) - 2 tbsp of water - 2 tsp of Soy sauce - 2 tsp of Shaoxing cooking wine - 1 tsp of Sesame oil - Samyang Buldak sauce to your liking (HOT!) Optional ingredients: - Finely chopped carrot - Finely chopped cabbage - Finely chopped shiitake mushrooms
Instructions: - If you have ground pork, great! If you don't; chop the pieces of fatty pork meat as big as your pinky fingers. After that, carefully start hammering down on it with two knives; ground it ye olde way! It's a bit time consuming but you'll feel like a professional chef when you start double wielding kitchen knives. Keep in mind that this causes a lot of noise though and PLEASE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE KNIVES ARE SHARP! Once you are done, put the ground pork into a bowl. - Wash and deshell the shrimps in cold water. Take out the guts, wash the shimps once more and finally chop the shrimps into 4 to 5 pieces. Add the shrimps to the pork. - Clean and finely chop 2 spring onions (depending on the size it can also be 1 or 3). Chop the bamboo shoots and lastly mince the ginger and garlic into tiny pieces (you can also grate the ginger and use a garlic press for the garlic). Add these ingredients to the pork shrimp mixture. - Add the water, ground pepper, soy sauce, Shaoxing cooking wine, sesame oil and Buldak sauce to the mixture. Stir well until everything is evenly divided. Once combined, cover the bowl and set the filling aside in the refrigerator. NOTE: If you do not have the Buldak sauce, that's no problem! You can easily replace this with a bit of Madam Jeanette or any other hot pepper to your liking. It's up to your spice level. Keep in mind that this recipe is made to my preferences and not everyone likes hot foods. So if you want to eat good dumplings without the spice; leave out the Buldak sauce (or use it seperately for dipping).
HOW TO MAKE THE DUMPLING SKIN (RECOMMENDED FOR MORE ADVANCED COOKS). Ingredients: - Water 120mL/4.2oz - 200g/0.85 cup of All purpose flour - A pinch of salt - 80g/half a cup of Spinach (preferably fresh baby spinach) for the green dough - Liquid Squid ink for the black dough
Instructions: - Add the flour and salt to the mixing bowl. - Boil the water, turn off the stove and add the baby spinach to soften it. Make sure to NOT overcook spinach as it contains 'prussic Acid' which means that your body can turn this stuff into Cyanide. Not enough to actually kill you, of course... I hope. I'm a Doctor, but not a health doctor or dietician, so don't take it as hard facts from me! Technically speaking, you're also not a 'doctor', you know... Since you're a drop out. ZIP IT, SHEGO! - Add the softened spinach and the water to a mixer and blend it until smooth. - Sieve the blended spinach juice until all the pulp is seperated from the warm green water (yummy). Make sure that the water is around 45°c/113°f - Carefully add the warm water to the flour as you mix it - Make a ball of dough and if it's too wet, add a little bit more flour but not too much! Keep on kneading and once the ball of dough is springy to touch (push it in with your finger and it should go back up) it's ready! - Divide the dough in two equal pieces. Wrap up one of them and to the other we will add a few drops of squid ink. Knead the ball (yes it will be a bit sticky again) until it changes color. We're aiming for a dark grey color, not to worry; this will turn black during the steaming process. HOW TO FOLD THE DUMPLINGS: For the life of me I cannot explain to you how to fold dumplings so here; have this amazing tutorial by China Sichuan Food. My auntie taught me how to fold crescent moon dumplings but well, I'm still not the best at it when it comes to folding home made dumpling skin. That's the reason why I adviced at the start that making this is for more advanced cooks. If you have never folded dumplings before, I recommend you start with store bought frozen gyoza skins. They are WAY easier to make dumplings with but sadly, I haven't found any black and green frozen gyoza skins in stores.
Once you're finished making all your dumplings, you can go right ahead and steam them for 7~8 minutes OR you can store them in the freezer (make sure to first seperately freeze them for up to 1 hour (or until slightly hardened) and then you can put all of them together in a bag, this way they won't stick together) If you want to heat them up after freezing; steam them for 15 minutes.
HOW TO MAKE THE DIPPING SAUCE. Ingredients: - 1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar - 1 to 2 tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tsp Sesame oil Mix these condiments together in a little bowl, for topping you can add: - Sesame seeds - Sliced chilli - Finely sliced ginger
Enjoy these dumplings while hot! Carefully bite the tip to create a little air hole so you won't burn your mouth because these dumplings are juicy!

Saturday - day of Saturn
Saturday is the day of Saturn (sans. Shani, Shanidev)
Saturn as a deity holds a prominent position in Hinduism and Jyotish.
Shani is considered a powerful celestial force that influences human lives, particularly regarding karma and destiny.
In Hindu mythology, Shani is the son of Surya (the Sun god) and Chhaya (shadow), making him the brother of Yama, the god of death. Shani is often depicted as a dark-complexioned deity and is typically portrayed as a stern figure, symbolizing discipline, asceticism, justice, wisdom, and the consequences of one's actions.
In Vedic astrology (Jyotish), Shani is one of the nine heavenly bodies (planets) or grahas that influence human life. His placement in an individual's birth chart (Rasi) is believed to determine their destiny, especially in areas related to career, health, longevity, and relationships. A strong and well-placed Shani is said to bestow discipline, responsibility, success and respect earned through continuous hard work, while a weak or afflicted Shani may bring obstacles, delays, and hardships that serve as karmic lessons.
One of the most feared astrological phenomena associated with Shani is Sade Sati, a period of approximately seven and a half years when Saturn transits over the natal Moon in a person's birth chart. This period is believed to bring challenges, upheavals, and significant life changes, testing one's patience, endurance, and resilience. However, it is also considered a time for spiritual growth, maturity, introspection, and karmic purification.
Devotees of Shani often observe special prayers, rituals, and fasts to appease him and seek his blessings. Saturdays, considered auspicious for Shani worship, are dedicated to offering prayers, lighting lamps, reciting hymns, and making offerings of black sesame seeds, mustard oil, and blue flowers. Wearing dark blue and black clothes is very good on Saturdays. Feeding the elderly people, black crows, cleaning and removing trash from a house are also advised as a remedy on Saturdays.
Listening to mantras on Saturdays is also very beneficial for honouring the mighty Shani, the lord of time and destiny.

Day 7 (Morsel): Be This Day My Last
Lord Edmont had spared no expense in his quest to make sure his erstwhile children and diligent staff would be fed on this occasion. It was the Starlight Celebration - and while some in Ishgard did not enjoy the festivities, there were plenty who had learned to welcome the warmth and quirkiness of outsiders into their homes in such a time. Chiteni, Tataru,  and Aphinaud had been asked to come visit for an evening with the man who considered himself family to them, and Edmont was certainly not to be outdone.
The center of the great room had been completely transformed. A series of tables lined the interior, with dozens of comfortable, plush seats to rest upon. Extra sofas and chairs had been acquired for the Count and his honored guests so they might rest by the fireside more peaceably, and trolley carts covered in beautiful pink lilies and rich blue asters dotted the room in vases large and small.
Upon the tables were countless myriad dishes from Ishgard and the surrounding area alike: little platters of sweet and sticky marron glace dotted placemats at regular intervals, with frozen spirits in large pitchers adding a cool and fruity option in contrast to the mellow and aromatic Ishgardian tea and hot chocolate stationed at every seat. The warm spices of the hot drinks drifted up into the air buoyed on soft wisps of steam, filling the room with the rich scents of cinnamon, cocoa, and maple. Stuffed chysahl was surrounded by ornamental ginger and morel salads; filled with pepper, radish, the eponymous morels, and sesame - all drizzled lightly with olive oil. A worthy complement to the more savory, rich filling of their centerpiece.
In the very middle of the room came the mouth-watering scent of dhalmel fricassee and baked pipira pira. They were flanked by all manner of stews and sides: simple cockatrice meatballs, coconut cod chowder from the Near East, the fish-based dagger soup, and creamy black truffle risotto. But Chiteni's eyes were on the far table. Even from here he could see a towering Sohm Al tart; filled with sweet cream and chestnuts and baked into a delicious mountain of creamy mousse. Nearby were the less-intimidating but ever-loved apple tart with its rich cinnamon custard interior, rolanberry cheesecake that was as creamy as it was sweet, and a well-to-do jellied compote that bounced restlessly on its platter - putting on quite a show, honestly. It was hard to resist some delicious sweets…
Edmont bade his servants take his guests’ effects as he guided them to the tables to help themselves as they were comfortable. Chiteni dressed lightly even during cold weather, so he merely relinquished his weapon gratefully to an overeager Saulette. The sword was nearly as large as the young elezen, but her blue eye sparkled with pride to hold it regardless as she shuffled away towards the closet. Chiteni smiled, watching her uneven gait as she tried incredibly hard not to let it touch the ground. The Count placed a firm hand on the warrior's shoulder, squeezing gently to get his attention. Chiteni looked up at him, turning around. Edmont stared at him from head to toe - his expression a mixture of fondness and melancholy.
“It is good to see you well,” he said simply, smiling. The slight quiver in his voice betrayed his true meaning, but as always he carried himself proudly.
“And you,” Chiteni replied. They stood sizing each other up for a moment. The air was heavy with thoughts unspoken; the simple touch on the shoulder a poor substitute for the embrace the Count would no doubt have preferred if things had been more private.
“My Lord, it is pleasing to see you in good health!” Alphinaud mercifully stepped up to the plate, unknowingly releasing the two of them from their stalemate. He held out his hand without hesitation and Edmont grasped it in turn with both of his own.
“Alphinaud, my boy! It does me good to have you all here tonight. And you're all still in one piece, I trust?” Alphinaud and Edmont walked off together to another end of the room, their chatter fading into the clamor of dishes and guests and song. Chiteni smiled, watching Tataru off in the corner conversing with Honoroit as Emmanelain sputtered something in his defense.
“It's a bit too loud in here,” Chiteni murmured, wandering to the door to stand outside for a brief moment.
It was a clear, cold Ishgardian night - all in all not much colder than the hundreds before it, but frigid still at this time of year. The miqo'te wrapped his wings around his arms like a cloak as he stood in the quiet cobblestone street. He cast his eyes skyward. The heavens stretched out above in the twinkling expanse; some stars caught in a hazy celestial fog that gently wrapped around as far as the eye could see. His breath created small clouds of vapor as his mind wandered. To places he'd been and even more vistas yet unseen. He hardly noticed the door open and close behind him.
“A bit chilly out, isn't it?” Chiteni turned his gaze away from the sky. Artoirel stood in the doorway a few steps behind him, a friendly smile on his face. In his hands he held a fur-lined coat. The young Lord walked up to his friend, placing it over Chiteni's grateful shoulders and burying even his cold-tinged feathers underneath.
“It's a bit big - I hope your father isn't inside without his coat because you called in a favor?” he mused. Artoirel rolled his eyes in good humor, shrugging while Chiteni shoved him gently. “Thank you.”
“I'm glad you came, to be honest. You reject my father's invitation every year. I had half a mind to use your status as a ward to order you here this time.”
“It's Master Kha now I'll have you know,” Chiteni pointed out obstinately. He and Artoirel weren't especially close, but the young Lord respected and deeply appreciated what the Scions had done for his brothers and father. And he held Chiteni in the same familial regard as the rest of them.
“Yes well, you'll freeze before you eat if I know anything about you. So maybe come inside and spend Starlight…closer to home, this time?” he gestured towards the doorway.
   “I suppose…the sweets did look passable…”
The doors closed behind them. The stars twinkled down brightly from their place in the firmament - but not so bright as the warm lights and laughter coming from the manor on this particular night. Were this the very last day, mayhaps it would not be such a bad one.
Author's Note: I'm not really one to write very happy stories, but I DO appreciate a good shoutout to food. I'm not as good at talking about it as my hero Brian Jacques, but I hope you'll indulge me at least this once. Morsel is just such a food-coded prompt to me, it'd be a shame not to try and emulate a writer I really admired growing up since the opportunity is staring me right in the face.

Stir-fried liver and Chinese chives (prose, cooking)
Tumblr media
A simple dish of stir-fried pork liver and Chinese chives. Highly nutritious.
Pork liver is rich in vitamin B1, which, combined with the allicin in Chinese chives, helps to relieve fatigue. Pork liver is also rich in vitamin A, which helps maintain eye health. (The wolfberries added are also said to be good for the eyes. There is also a meaning of the coloring)
Put sesame oil in a frying pan, heat it, add pork liver, stir fry, add Chinese chives and wolfberries, and add soy sauce to taste. Don't overheat Chinese chives.

may we have the bread recipe? 👀
Absolutely! It's from this article.
Flotsam and jetsam flatbreads
(Makes 6–8)
It’s easier to make these flatbreads than it is to go to the shops and buy some. This recipe will literally help use up the flotsam and jetsam of the fridge and pantry: milk, cream, yoghurt, nut milk, buttermilk or a mix. The flour should be wheat, but it can be white or wholemeal plain (all-purpose) or self-raising. When cooking in this way, you do need to be prepared to make adjustments. Not all flours are created equal: what you buy in the supermarket is different from what you buy at the health-food shop, so our instructions are a good solid starting point, but you may need to experiment and add a little more of this and that to get these flatbreads perfect.
Remember that the dough needs to come together in a ball with a slightly sticky but not at all wet surface. Dust the ball with some extra flour if it seems too wet. If too dry, dampen your hands and knead the dough. Use these flatbreads to make burritos, or serve them with curries, falafel, koftas or ful medames.
In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups plain (all-purpose) flour or self-raising flour, 1 tsp salt and, if you like, 1–2 tbsp seeds such as poppy, nigella, sesame or fennel. In a small bowl, mix ¾ cup (185 ml) liquid (milk, cream, yoghurt, nut milk, buttermilk or a mix, or just plain old water) with 2 tbsp oil of your choice. If you’re using wholemeal flour, you’ll need a little more liquid – start with an extra ¼ cup (60 ml).
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry and knead the dough for about 2 minutes, until smooth. Wrap in a clean tea towel (dish towel) or beeswax wrap and set aside to rest for 30 minutes. Don’t skip this step. Resting times are important to let the gluten relax, otherwise, your flatbreads will be like leather.
Divide the dough into 6–8 equal pieces. Roll each one into a ball, flatten it, and then roll out to about 12 cm (4½ in) in diameter.
Heat a medium dry frying pan over medium-high heat and, one at a time, cook the flatbreads for about 2–3 minutes on each side. Keep warm under a clean tea towel (dish towel) until you’ve cooked all the flatbreads. Serve warm.

Bae Goals as Bagels
Yoosung is a good ol' egg bagel. Reliable, simple, and fluffy.
Jaehee would be a pumpernickel bagel. A distinct flavor and good for your health, but some people don't appreciate it enough.
Zen is a sea salt bagel. He's honestly a straight-forward guy, and he's a safe option. He is, however, a bit salty of those trust fund bagels.
Saeyoung is an everything bagel. He can be anyone and anything you need him to be. His strong flavors can be a lot for people. But... he remains a crowd favorite despite his boldness.
Jumin is a blueberry bagel. A little sweet, a little tart, a little fruity. Nothing too extreme, but you know it's there.
V is a sesame seed bagel. He's kind of seedy. /j In all seriousness, sesame seeds are used in all types of cuisine! They're not only put on breads and bagels, but sesame seed oil can be used to cook or flavor food, and sesame seed candies exist too! V tries to handle everything himself instead of asking for help, taking on the role of a sesame seed himself....
Ray is a cinnamon raisin bagel. Looks very sweet, is very sweet, might punch you in the mouth with a sour raisin when you least expect it. A sin-namon raisin bagel, if you will.
Suit Saeran is a garlic bagel. He hopes to keep people away with his strength, or in this case, strong odors and flavors. He doesn't realize that strength and kindness are not incompatible.
GE Saeran is a multi grain bagel, made up of his parts and experiences to create a somehow cohesive whole. A healthy bagel for a healing boy.
Unknown is a poppy seed bagel and I'm begging you not to ask me why. You know why.
SE Saeran is a sundried tomato bagel. He's exhausted. He's a rare favorite. He's garden fresh?
Rika is a chocolate chip bagel, but she's a mix of milk chocolate and dark chocolate chip bagel. You thought it'd be sweeter. You are hit with bitterness and melancholy, but then you hit a normal chocolate chip. You still retain hope. If you give her warmth, she will melt.
Vanderwood is an English muffin. /j

A Simple Guide to Maintaining Oral Health
That many people face, but the good news is that there are effective ways to address and prevent it. In this article, we'll explore simple strategies to get rid of tooth decay and promote oral health. Additionally, we'll introduce you to a product called Steel Bite Pro, which has gained popularity for its potential benefits in supporting dental hygiene.
1. **Brushing and Flossing: The Basics**
- **Brush Twice a Day:**
Make it a habit to brush your teeth at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste. This helps remove plaque and bacteria that contribute to tooth decay.
- **Floss Daily:** Regular flossing is crucial to reach areas between teeth where your toothbrush may not effectively clean. Flossing helps prevent the buildup of plaque and reduces the risk of cavities.
2. **Healthy Eating Habits: Watch Your Diet**
- **Limit Sugary Foods:**
Sugary snacks and beverages are notorious for promoting tooth decay. Reduce your intake of sugary items, especially between meals.
- **Include Calcium-Rich Foods:**
Calcium is essential for strong teeth. Incorporate dairy products, leafy greens, and fortified foods into your diet to support dental health.
3. **Regular Dental Check-ups: Prevention is Key**
- **Visit Your Dentist:** Regular dental check-ups are vital for catching dental issues early on. Your dentist can identify and address signs of tooth decay before they become major problems.
4. **Hydration and Saliva Production**
- **Drink Plenty of Water:**
Water helps flush out bacteria and acids from your mouth, maintaining a healthy environment. It also promotes saliva production, which plays a crucial role in preventing tooth decay.
5. **Steel Bite Pro: A Potential Ally in Oral Health**
Tumblr media
- **What is Steel Bite Pro?:**
Steel Bite Pro is a dental health supplement that claims to support oral hygiene. It contains a blend of natural ingredients, such as herbs and minerals, believed to promote gum health and combat harmful bacteria.
- **How Steel Bite Pro Works:**
According to its proponents, Steel Bite Pro works by addressing the root causes of dental issues. The ingredients in this supplement are thought to have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
- **User Reviews and Testimonials:**
While individual experiences may vary, some users claim positive results after using Steel Bite Pro. It's essential to consult with a healthcare professional before adding any supplement to your routine.
**6. **Limit Acidic Foods and Beverages:**
- **Acid Erosion:**
Acidic foods and drinks, such as citrus fruits, sodas, and certain juices, can erode tooth enamel. Limit your consumption of these items to protect your teeth from acid-induced decay.
- **Rinse Your Mouth:**
If you do indulge in acidic foods or beverages, rinse your mouth with water afterward to neutralize acids and minimize their harmful effects on your teeth.
**7. **Chew Sugar-Free Gum:**
**Stimulate Saliva Production:**
Chewing sugar-free gum can help stimulate saliva production, which aids in neutralizing acids and promoting a healthy oral environment. Choose gum with xylitol, a sugar substitute that may also help prevent cavities.
**8. ** Quit Smoking:**
**Impact on Oral Health:**
Smoking has detrimental effects on oral health, including an increased risk of tooth decay and gum disease. Quitting smoking not only benefits your overall health but also significantly improves your oral hygiene.
**9. **DIY Remedies - Oil Pulling:**
-**Ancient Practice:**
Oil pulling is an ancient practice that involves swishing oil (usually coconut or sesame oil) in your mouth to reduce bacteria. While scientific evidence is limited, some people find it beneficial as a complementary oral care routine.
**10. **Consider Professional Treatments:**
-**Dental Sealants:**
Dental sealants are protective coatings applied to the chewing surfaces of molars to prevent decay. Consult with your dentist to see if sealants are a suitable option for you or your children.
- **Fluoride Treatments:**
Professional fluoride treatments at your dentist's office can strengthen your tooth enamel, making it more resistant to decay. Your dentist can recommend the frequency of these treatments based on your oral health needs.
**11. **Stay Informed and Educated:**
- **Keep Up with Oral Health Information:**
Dental care is continually evolving, and staying informed about the latest developments in oral health can empower you to make better decisions for your dental care routine. Follow reputable dental websites, blogs, and consult your dentist regularly for updates and advice.
Remember, there's no one-size-fits-all solution for preventing tooth decay. Each person's oral health needs are unique, so it's essential to tailor your routine based on guidance from dental professionals and your own experiences. By combining these tips with a commitment to regular dental check-ups, you can take significant steps towards achieving a healthy, cavity-free smile.
Conclusion:
Maintaining good oral hygiene is essential for preventing tooth decay and other dental problems. By following simple practices like regular brushing, flossing, and maintaining a healthy diet, you can significantly reduce the risk of tooth decay. While products like Steel Bite Pro may be considered, it's crucial to do thorough research and consult with your dentist before incorporating any supplement into your oral care routine. Remember, a combination of consistent dental habits and professional guidance is the key to a healthy smile.
