It was no secret Oliver was extremely skeptical on all things Supernatural. In fact, as much as he thought himself an open-minded individual, he’d inevitably hit a brick wall when confronted with ‘other worldly’ things. Meta humans, sure. They had their explanations. But lore that was in fiction books for centuries? C’mon. Shaking his head slowly (disapprovingly) at Dinah, he rubbed his brow looking at her from the side. “To be fair, psychos are real, and vampires are not. I’m sure they were probably dosed with something that reacted badly to the sun’s exposure. Wouldn’t be the first time the sun affected something it shouldn’t.” Like Clark.

Horror Media (Mostly Movies) Starters

The pretty bird was right, as usual. It didn’t help quell the unease that was sitting in the pit of her stomach. She’d done questionable things before. Why did this feel any different? There was an inkling of course, but she was too stubborn to admit it. She was putting down roots--something she’d vowed not to do. Even with Dinah, she’d gotten to rely on her, to want for her company, her opinions.

“But that’s just it, right? Either decision is a bad one.” Against her better judgement, she decided to keep her walls down for now, and laid her head on Dinah’s lap not liking what she was going to have to do, but a lot in her life she didn’t get to plan. She was just hoping things would change now that she had this ‘alter ego,’ in place. It’d been the most she’d ever been in control of her life. Ironic, given the circumstances.

No one ever said Ollie wasn’t the romantic type. In fact, he always found ways to make moments linger, longer than they probably should. With Dinah, he chose to do that each and every time. He was dropping her off at her apartment after a trip to a local festival. A festival that miraculously went off without a hitch --no need for their alter egos to make an appearance (which was a tremendous relief).

But, since they were taking it slow, he wanted to make the night memorable for her. He went through his phone, and put a romantic song --one they both loved from watching Back to the future reruns together when they were younger. He blasted it on the speakers, and went outside the car, leading her onto the sidewalk. He smiled, feeling the gaze of questions lingering in her eyes.

“We did everything but dance tonight. I thought I should remedy that.” he placed his han on top of her head, sliding down to her side.
