How to jumpscare Eclipsa

....I hate to say it, but while the audience knows that Eclipsa and Globgor would have never hurt anyone and just wanted to be left in peace with their child....I honestly can somewhat understand the perspective of everyone involved with the whole thing of covering up Meteora’s existence and even, to an extent imprisoning her parents...or, at least, Globgor.

I mean, with Globgor, it’s not even speculation that he was someone who apparently killed Mewmen with what seems to have been no remorse, and according to Eclipsa, he stopped “just for her”. Which, to be blunt, doesn’t necessarily mean he realized it was wrong. And even in the present, Eclipsa, the person who had the most faith in him....still seems to be genuinely afraid he’ll go back to his old ways. 

Now, imagine being the MHC, and learning that this person who is known by basically everyone as a figurative monster as well as a literal one, had a child with one of the most powerful magic-users in Mewni’s known history. Not only do you have no idea if or when this monster will try and attack innocent people, but you have no idea what this child will be capable of as she grows up, especially if she gets access to magic.

And I’m gonna be blunt - while Shastacan is supposed to be seen as a hate-sink for how he talks about and treats baby Meteora....The man was in no way obligated to care about her, much less raise her. If your partner has relations with someone else, and ends up with a child from it, you are in no way, shape, or form, under any obligation to love that child. You shouldn’t intentionally mistreat them, but you don’t have to love them, and especially shouldn’t feel completely obligated to raise them, particularly in a case like this where the child is a literal infant and normally wouldn’t remember anything about what happened before they were put up for adoption (because obviously if you can’t or won’t raise the kid for any reason, you shouldn’t have flat out abandon them).

And, when it comes to putting Meteora up for adoption....I really don’t know if I can really blame anyone for what happened to Meteora? Because, really, the only reason her first life turned out horrible was because of how she was raised by St. Olga. And we have no idea if any of them knew how she was going to be raised, or if they gave St. Olga any instruction beyond, presumably, keeping her away from Mewni and making sure she didn’t learn her original identity. 

I mean, the MHC weren’t even present during the scene where Meteora is given to St. Olga. They say they swapped her out with a peasant girl when confronted about it, but that could just as easily mean they gave the baby to Shastcan to decide what to do with her and once that was handled (and especially once Shastcan was dead, though I still don’t know the timeline for that since it makes little sense), they found Festivia and claimed her as Eclipsa’s child and the new Queen. We have no idea if they had any clue as to what actually happened to Meteora, especially since, from what I remember, nobody ever talks about St. Olga or Miss Heinous and none of them see her as Miss Heinous, throughout the whole series.

(Name) Butterfly is the Second Princess of Mewni and the Younger Sister of Queen Eclipsa.She has long red hair ,light Turquoise eyes and red round shaped marks on her cheeks.

Being the second Princess she didn't experience using her Family Relic,the Magic wand of the Butterflies that was pass down to generations to generations. Ofcourse she already knew from the beginning she wouldn't wield it. However her late Mother Queen Solaria the Monster Carver requested that she would given a replica of the family wand.

When her Mother was alive she would always want to protect her two daughters,so when she reigned Mewni she requested to the Embodiment of the Magic Book of there family to make a replica for her Protection.Just when her sister turned fourteen she received it.

She was thankfull for her mother's gift even though it was the last gift she ever received from her.

When she touched her wand it turned to a key like wand.She also found out that she can turn it to a necklace,she expect what would happen next...

She was mourning her mother's death and wanted someone to comfort her, suddenly her tears fell from her eyes to her wand and it lit up.

That surprised her very much and watched as the one ascend through the air and watch it transforms to a cat?!

This was the best thing that happened to her in weeks after her mother's death, a cat that was loyal to her and comforted her in hours mourning. It felt she felt and she decided to name her KeeKee.

Timeskip

You were currently having breakfast with your sister and her husband, yeah you never did like Shastacan or what's his name. You see him as rude and so full of himself,so you really don't how your sister survives him. If you were her you would rather feed yourself to monsters.

"So n/n how's your lesson with Glossaryck been going?"Your sister Eclipsa asked you, you stopped eating and looked at your sister "well, to be completely honest sister?poor Glossaryck is having a hard time"i giggled and Eclipse joined in"my,my sister don't give him a hard time"

You saluted and she laughed again, You and Your sister were always close but sometimes you feel like she hiding something from you.

As Breakfasts came to an end, you said goodbye to my sister and well except for Shastacan.

You removed your necklace and let transform into a cat " hewo Keekee"you said in a baby voice and she rubbed her head on your hand.

"should we visit another dimension?i think Glossaryck is going with sister today"You told her" and i may have stolen a portal scissor , don't tell anyone okay"

You went to your room to change into something comfortable, you put on a cloak and gotten everything you need ready.

Keekee transforms back into a key necklace as you put the hood of the cloak on. You cut the air to open a portal.

Earth

You visited here multiple times cause you a curious Princess.

Here it was so different from Mewni,its very interesting to say the least.

You explored more around and Keekee already transformed earlier as she guide you through the paths,she was given to you like she was your babysitter as some people joke.

You were to busy looking around you didn't noticed Keekee to be distracted to something.When you finally noticed you ran try to find your beloved pet.

"Keekee?where are you girl?" You shouted and looked around until you saw her in the hands of a blonde short man with a top hat he was sitting down by a tree.

It looked like Keekee was comforting him like she comforted you..

You walked closer to get a glimpse of the man he had the most beautiful face you ever seen and you were shocked to see he had similar marks on the cheeks like yours.

"hello?"you said which made the man jumped in surprise.

He looked at you and you remove your hood"hi?"he replied voice hoarse.

Was he crying?

Keekee saw you and rubbed herself on your leg"oh is this your cat?"you nodded.

"well I didn't know sorry..."

"it's alright,it seemed like you needed it..."you said"can i sit down with you?"he looked confused but nodded.

"hasn't anyone told you about stranger danger?"he asked and i laughed.

"well i like danger and it looks like you could use someone to talk to...my cat doesn't usually comfort any other people... she's like a detector for people who need a little help" you trailed off looking at Keekee.

"how can you be sure i need someone?"

"well,Keekee does and i trust my feline companion"

He laughed and it was like music to your ears.

"I'm (Name) by the way , what's yours?"

He froze and looked hesitant in telling you his name.

"it's umm.."

You looked at him with a confused face

"it's Lucifer..."he fully expect for you to run away.

But you didn't and smiled.

"nice to meet you Lucifer"

Lucifer yet again had to suffer his punishment. Only seeing the bad of his doings, he was summoned by a bunch of people devoted to him. They had sacrificed a lamb , baby lamb.

He can't endure this.. he only want people to have freedom and this is the consequences he got.

He teleported out out of that part of the forest and sat by a trying to maintain his breathing.

He sobbed for this retched cursed upon him.

Until he heard a meowing and saw a cat walking towards him at first he was scared to harm this little creature.

But It seems like it wasn't scared of him and for awhile it comforted him.

"KeeKee!"

He heard a luring voice but didn't moved an inch.

Until the girl greeted him,he was hesitant in interacting with this girl.

For some reason this girl is giving a source of good energy, not only that she was also gorgeous.

At the end he thought she would ran away from his name. But for some reason this girl seem confused at my hesitantion

A/n: i know Keekee is the embodiment of the hotel but for the sake of this story and it's an alternative universe

Here’s a scene I imagine, that was cut off from SVTFOE Cornonation.

After, Globgor tells Star to stay away, saying he must leave in order to protect his family, and River tells him Star is his family. After, letting go of, Star he explains that he has to go far away or they’ll take it out on his family.

Still, a little skeptical Star asks him about the Spiderbite Kingdom incident.

“What about when you attacked Spiderbite village, and ate Shastacan?”

“Shastacan, had his knights break into our castle and kidnapped our daughter, and imprisoned my wife.” Globgor said.

Remembering that The MHC, nearly got crushed when they refused to tell Eclipsa what they did to Meteora. Star face palms for forgetting what total hypocrites The MHC are.

Globgor shrinks back to his normal size, as Star explains to him that Eclipsa and Meteora are already in danger, and she convinces him to come back to the auditorium with her.

Significant Changes;

Instead of going to war after Shastacan dies, there's actually the war ongoing throughout the majority of her childhood. Festivia doesn't do anything direct to stop it until a few years after her Coronation.

Speaking of her Coronation, Festivia puts her foot down and expels Shastacan from the kingdom once she's properly crowned. Considering she can't do the same to the Commission, she simply refuses their advise and when called on it points out their suggestions are Not commands to be followed. She also takes more advantage of their absence with less fear of consequences.

While in her default verses she's still unaware of the truth of her heritage, she eventually comes to the decision that she needs to figure out a way to find and confront Eclipsa and seeks out discreet ways of doing so.

There is an attempt to rehabilitate Solarians with varying success. Mina is not anywhere under the success category

She is interested in the advancement of Mewni, particularly as a patron of the arts.

The Canon timeline does not happen. My Festivia may or may not be the mother of a new Butterfly Lineage or may eventually yield the throne to someone more deserving, but unless discussed and requested Festivia is of this time period and Mewni is a few hundred years behind the hype.

I do plan to do a separate post about Mewni/Mewman changes on their own but if you have any specific questions about that or even something that seems amiss about Festivia's changes my inbox is always open!

Summary:After Aurora finds out about her family,she's looking for real answers from them,but things don't go out as planned

"Mom...destroyed the magic?"

"Oh she did,and your grandma and aunt helped her,and your mom was going to be the next queen of Mewni,but turns out that it wasn't as they expected"

"How do you know all this..."

"Aurora!"

I could hear my mom screaming in the background,I don't know where she was or how they found out I was here,but now I was in problems,and it wasn't good.I panicked and started running to some stairs that led to a big hall upstairs,but it was too late,my parents already found me.

"Aurora,we need to leave,this place is dangerous"

"No!I want answers!What was that woman talking about?You destroyed the magic?!And you were part of a royal family?!What were all those paintings?!"

"Aurora listen,we'll explain it to you outside,it's dangerous to stay here"

"But dad,I-"

I didn't knew what to say at this point,I exited the building with my parents and went home,the whole way back was very quiet,I was in very big trouble.When we arrived my parents made me sit on the couch,oh no,no no no.

"Aurora,we need to talk"

"Yes mom,I escaped to see the castle and scared you,grounded for 1 month?2 months?"

"What?No Aurora you´re not grounded"

"Oh"

"We...want to talk about what you saw there.Yes,we were part of the royal family,the Butterfly´s,I was the princess back then,and your grandparents were the king and queen of Mewni,then,Mina,one of Mewni´s biggest warriors kinda lost herself and decided that she wanted to destroy Eclipsa"

"Well not kinda,she was determined to destroy her at all costs and leave your grandma as the queen"

"She-she wanted to destroy aunt Eclipsa?why?"

"When your aunt became queen,she learned dark magic,and for everyone that was seen as evil and dangerous,even though she never commited any kind of crimes.Well maybe also the part that she fell in love with your uncle Globgor when she was supposed to be with Shastacan"

"I understand,so why did you destroyed the magic?"

"Because it was too powerful,we couldn´t destroy Mina with magic,so destroying the magic was the best choice"

"But- I´m sure there could have been a better choice! You´re telling me that if nothing like that ever happened,I would be a princess now,and you and dad would be the king and queen,and I could do magic and-"

"Aurora,no,I don´t want to hear anything about magic again,we almost died with it.Your aunt is now the queen,the crown is hers now"

"Marco,without magic we wouldn´t have met,do you remember?"

"Star! Aurora literally escaped the house and went to the castle,and now you´re saying that?"

"Sorry sorry,you´re so cute when you get mad"

Uhh,well,the situation was definitely scalating quickly.

"Fine,sorry for escaping,I just wanted answers,why did you hid this from me?"

"Because we wanted you to grow safe and sound,we didn´t wanted you to get hurt if you discovered all of this"

"Aurora,you have to understand that we did it for your own good"

Well,maybe they were right?But if aunt Eclipsa could do dark magic and also mom and grandma,what was the problem?

"I understand...sorry for escaping"

"Apologies accepted,but you´re grounded for 1 month"

"What?!"

"Marco!Don´t punish her,she just wanted answers,leave it for today"

"Alright...why do you have to be such a good person?"

"Let´s just forget this and continue with our lives,alright sweetie?Go to bed now,it´s late"

No,I wasn´t going to bed,I had to do something about it,they destroyed the magic because of some crazy girl? That´s stupid! There must be a way of bringing the magic back,but I don´t know it...

"If they destroyed the magic,it must have been with a spell?"

That´s when I had an idea,in mom and dad´s room there is a hidden compartiment in the closet that mom always told me to not open,maybe there is something related to the magic there...maybe she didn´t destroyed all the magic and saved a bit?But I couldn´t do nothing now,they both were asleep,I had to wait til next morning.

When I woke up next morning,it was 12 am,wow,how come I slept so much? I got out of bed and put one of my favorite dresses on,brushed my hair and went downstairs,my dad was on the kitchen table reading something

"Dad!Can I ask you something?"

"Don´t you say good morning to me now?"

"Sorry,good morning"

"Good,what did you wanted to ask?"

"Well,now that I know almost everything,there is no reason to hide the rest of the secrets right?"

"I guess you´re right...what do you want to know?"

"How did mom,grandma and auntie destroyed the magic?"

I hugged my mom and went running to my aunt´s castle,there were a few guards around,but they knew me

I knocked on their door and waited for an answer,that´s when uncle Globgor opened the door

"Yes?Oh Aurora! Hi honey,what are you doing here alone?"

"I came for a visit and to ask auntie Eclipsa something,is she busy?"

"No,you can come in,I´m happy you always visit us"

"Yeah me too,I mean we live very close"

My uncle guided me through some rooms to my auntie´s garden,where she was resting

"Eclipsa,we have visitors"

"Oh? Aurora my baby! How are you doing? How come you came alone? Where are your parents?"

"They are at home,I came to visit you and to ask you something,can I?"

"Sure honey,anything"

"I´ll leave you girls alone then"

Uncle Globgor left the room,leaving me and auntie Eclipsa sitting on the soft grass

"What is it?"

"Well,uhm,yesterday I found out our family history and the past..."

"Oh...I´m sorry honey,we all thought it was better for the new generations to hide it..."

"No no it´s alright,I understand,but I wanted to ask,mom said you helped her and grandma Moon to destroy the magic,how did you do that?"

"Well,we casted a spell called The Whispering Spell in the magic dimenssion,it destroyed all the magic forever"

"Mhm,and what was the spell like?"

"I think it was something like break the bond,tear the fabric,cleave the stone,stop the magic,it was many years ago so maybe I´m wrong"

"Wow,that sounds very cool"

"It wasn´t cool at all..."

"Oh,sorry..."

"No it´s fine honey"

"And...how do you go to the magic dimenssion?"

"You had to enter through one of the waterfalls that were at the sanctuary"

"And where was the sanctuary?"

"Wow,you can tell that you´re Star´s daughter haha,it was close to the forest of certain death I think?The magic came from the magic dimenssion and to the sanctuary,I don´t remember very well Aurora sorry"

"No it´s fine!Thank you so much"

"You´re welcome sweetie,do you want to stay for lunch?"

"Sure!"

I stayed with my family for lunch,were me,uncle Globgor,auntie Eclipsa,and my cousin Meteora had a lot of fun.When I got back home I knew there would be something I had to do.

"Hi I´m back"

I entered the house running upstairs,I had no time,I had to search that sanctuary,I had to bring the magic back

Some OC's i'd like Saturn to meet...but it'd go badly.

Ok so this is gonna be a list because I wanna rant on Saturn The Insane and some people i'd like him to meet....but would end or begin badly. 1. Juno Sagina (@full-moon-phoenix) The Mother of his adoptive daughter and wife of an alternate version of his frenemy Toffee, kind of a mindfuck for him but he'd make it work for Festivia after learning the truth. Then they'd probably do joint custody. 2. The Misfit Crew (@meteoratheopposed ) This ones kinda three in one. An Alternate peasant Festivia, An Alternate Meteora and Shastacan's son, who he'd call Randy. Festivia would be hard for him, he wouldn't know what to do because no one would be to blame and it's his little girl in another life who struggled. I think he'd be shaking the whole time uncomfortably. With Randy they wouldn't have much in common, he'd call him George Washington the whole time and then get in a pissing contest with Shastacan ending in Saturn beating Shastacan up and Saturn getting arrested. Randall would probably be frightened a little bit by the professional wrestler Juggalo from another dimension. And Finalllllly, last but not least, his multiverse sister. Your post reminded me of something I read in the book of spells. I couldn't help but reread the book so many times after it was released. So many people think Eclipsa despised Shastacan, but in reality she understood they both got roped into an unfavorable situation and she knew the marriage was out of his hands. I do think she genuinely did care for him, even if she wasn't in love with him and he was "dimwitted". I know so many people think he's a POS, but the two of them did get to know each other and remained civil with each other, it just wasn't her fault he did eventually catch feelings. Ok sorry for ranting, I think people just don't look at how the whole situation wasn't black and white.

I do think it was pretty clear she never liked him, but she was willing to put up with the arrangement especially since they originally had an agreement that was basically that they'd be legally married and basically put up appearances for everyone, but would basically leave each other alone since neither loved the other. Eclipsa only really seemed to have an issue when Shastacan revealed he'd started falling for her, and especially when he said he wanted children....Which, to be fair, is an issue that needed to be addressed.

I mean, as Queen, part of Eclipsa's duty was to produce at least one child to be her heir - or at least name a successor or adopt a child if she really didn't want to have a baby of her own. But it really seemed like she hadn't even considered that fact and was appalled at the idea.

Shastacan (and a few characters, but especially him) suffers a lot from the fact that a lot of the information about him that gives him any sort of depth is in a book that not everyone is going to read. And the only thing the show gives us is him looking like a pompous grump and being a jerk to a literal baby.

SVTFOE headcanon lore update

Hello everyone! I started writing the doc for all my SVTFOE headcanon lore. So basically, every character in the doc has a list. And that list is all the headcanons I have for them. Here are a few of them:

1: Jushtin once hired a Solarian Warrior to try and kill Solaria. But just before he was going to transfer the money, King Styneworthe’s goody two shoes ass was like “iT iSn’T rIgHt MoRaLlY.” And then King Styneworthe fired the Solarian Warrior without Jushtin’s knowledge.

2: Glossaryck never knew that Festivia was an illegitimate heir, and he genuinely believed that Eclipsa and King Shastacan were eaten by monsters when Festivia was a baby.

3: Festivia was bought. And Jushtin actually bought her for King Shastacan. Then he told King Shastacan that he could have Festivia if he made the Spiderbite Kingdom the richest kingdom. That’s one of the reasons why in my personal headcanon, Spiderbite Kingdom is the richest kingdom.
