Not gonna lie, I didn't like Shazam 2 that much but when Billy called Rosa "Mom" I tear up every time. I think it fits the message of found family, Billy's mom was right, he deserved better

My spoiler free thought on Shazam 2 is that while I had a lot of fun and laughed a lot (and knew it wouldn't be quite as good as the first one) my main issue with this one is the Asher Angel to Zachary Levi ratio. It's actually kind of bullshit. Yes ZL does a perfect job of acting like a teenager but to hardly ever get to see the ACTUAL teenager makes me mad. I love Billy and I LOVE Asher's Billy. He's just so good and the scenes he did have were GREAT but I needed more. There were multiple scenes where everyone was just sitting around talking as the adult versions where they didn't need to be. The whole point is that he's a kid but then we never get to see him???

Found the the Shazam 2 ending in potato quality and all I can say is James Gunn can try all he wants but he cannot replace Diana no matter how hard he tries
