The most important lesson from Ma that Wario took to heart was the endless pursuit of cold, hard cash. Unfortunately, the one lesson she could never teach him was the importance of hard work to get it.  It wasn't for lack of trying; Wario's Ma is the hardest worker this side of the Mushroom Kingdom.  Raising Baby Wario was a herculean enough task on its own, but ever the enterprising spirit, she had also set out to grow one of the most profitable crops: garlic.

Her backyard business quickly expanded into a veritable garlic empire. Wario's mother toiled away tirelessly each day from sunrise to sunset to grow and harvest as much garlic as she could possibly achieve.  Much of Wario's current strength and endurance can be attributed to helping his mom on the farm as a child, although the teeth-pulling task of getting him to actually work was almost as difficult as preventing him from eating all the garlic straight out of the ground.  Wario's nose for instant gratification has always been a thorn in his mother's side, but try as she might to instill a solid work ethic into the boy, her "get-rich-slow" schemes could never appeal to him.  Still, Wario enjoyed his surprisingly agrarian upbringing. Along with garlic, his mother also raised chickens for eggs, inspiring in Wario a lifelong soft spot for poultry.  (He also had a pet hamster named Fluffy, who sadly passed away in 1986.)

Today, Wario is still on good terms with his mother despite their physical distance, and frequent phone calls keep her updated on all of Wario's business successes.  Of course, being Wario, he heavily embellishes the amount of work he actually does at his company.  If she only knew...

Accidentally gave Pomme one of the books Ourson (I think it's this one?) gave him, immediately panicking when he realized. When Pomme asks what it was, he first tries to pretend not to understand, and is pretty serious when he tells her that it's nothing; he'll tell her about it one day, and it's his little secret garden, everyone should be allowed to have secrets, don't she think? she isn't against secrets, right?

Certain that the eggs went to some kind of other dimensions/got doubles?? I mean there was a theory inspired by Stranger Things but despite what Pomme is saying he's not letting go of the idea

After asking Pomme if she met dark Cucurucho and she talks about the Watcher: "Je crois pas qu'on parle de la même chose. Là tu me parles de l'oeil, et moi je pense que je te parle de quelque chose d'autre. Je pense que tu me parles du Watcher... là où moi je te parle d'autre chose." ("I think we're not talking about the same thing. Here you're talking about the eye, and me I think I'm talking about something else. I think you're talking about the Watcher... when me I talk about something else" again how does he know the name "Watcher".)

Knows that Maximus is dead, when all the other players seem to have decided to play the "don't know if he's alive or dead" card (bonus: Antoine and Pomme talking about telling Aypierre, and Pomme thinking she won't be able to find the right words "I don't think there are right words..." ok im sad now thanks). Since we're at it, when reading Pomme diary where she worries about Baghera and Antoine being dead, saying they can't be dead, he doesn't share that worry in the slightest, as if he knows Baghera's not dead (this one's dubious and I am very willing to put it as cc!Antoine not thinking rp)

He and Pomme are talking about what she remembers of the Watcher and honestly the whole conversation deserves to be clipped and transcribed. To go with him name dropping the Watcher, he is now only calling it the creature with one eye because that's how Pomme calls it

Pomme explains that the Watcher was observing her and Richas and there was a threatening aura to it, so they immediately fled. Antoine in a very serious voice "You were right to, you were right to, you were right to. Because I think it's this person who was at the origin of your disappearance."

The HOTD writers themselves are hardly doing anything to support that narrative, so I take this rhetoric with a grain of salt. While I think, in some way, Rhaenyra does care for Baela and Rhaena....if I had to point out a motherly figure for them that could pose as someone stepping in Laena's place, Rhaenyra would not be it.

Ok If you see john dory x Delta Dawn is Canon or not in the AU Of so what is Branch reaction to it.

I’ve been thinking about this for a bit. I might make Delta and John a couple in the future, but for now it’s unsure. Although, Branch would be strictly against it because that’s his MOM and his brother who is kinda like his father figure. It’s definitely weird to him but he starts to accept it after a while. And if John and Delta decide to have a kid Branch will see them as a sibling (he’d love that kid more than anything for sure).

on top of this being the anniversary of the most traumatic day of my life which was followed by 6 weeks I was homeless and had a variety of traumatic things happen, we also got

me being due for my depo shot which means I will cry over things that are not worth crying about (the best example is probably the time I thought we had a frozen spaghetti meal in the freezer and started sobbing when it wasn't there)

finding out my estranged sister violated her probation (it's a long story) and even though I wouldn't have expected to have strong feelings about it it's still somehow like

my mom's dad might be dying (I haven't seen him since I was very young so I don't view him as much more than "my mom's dad" and saying he's my grandpa wouldn't feel right to me even if it's technically correct) and it's like the thing with my sister where it's not something I would expect to have feelings about but still do

We went into our apartment complex's office to renew our lease and they said they'd email us all the lease stuff to sign online earlier this week and it's probably nothing but anxiety brain go brrrrrrrr they're not going to renew it and you'll be homeless again!!!!

i am making a game! it's been going strong since october of last year, i finished making the proof of concept in june and am starting to work on the first alpha build now :3

i won't say a lot about it on this blog cause i don't want to clog people's stuff up but i might link the devblog here at some point for interested parties. but it's a farming simulator set in a timeloop! (or at the very end of one, depending on...)

actually i initially got into in stars and time because i heard it was a timeloop game and i was playing a lot of timeloop games for research and then fell real deep into it, ha... thank u insertdisc5 for giving me inspiration it really did help me hammer out a direction for a couple things

anyway when i talk about "the original project" that's what i'm referring to LOL. i'm solodevving it for now, full thing's being built from scratch in godot when i'm not at work so. you know, it'll take a bit!! but it's going!!
