Here's introducing the two current characters for Shiftfell Magnolia!

Information may end up changing as the AU is being worked on.

I have yet to type out much for them currently, but this is the general gist

Shiftfell! Magnolia - "Chara"

Shiftfell/Storyfell Asriel & Chara headcanons

Am I the only one who always reads Shitfell and not Shiftfell? No? Only me. Okay then.

Anyway, here are headcanons for Shitfell Asriel and Chara.

This Chara uses she/her pronounces and her nickname is Cherry.

Cherry favourite Chocolate is spicy Chocolate. Like she always puts something spicy in her chocolate...even in hot chocolate. 

Cherry: She is taller than Storyshift Chara. Cherry is the ultimate tease, she is the worst. She somehow always knows how to make one flustered, and she is going to use it. She doesn´t get flustered easily herself, and anyone who tries to make her flustered falls right into her trap. Besides, that she also loves mocking people and pranks.She especially enjoys mocking short people. But she also can be very protective, and surprisingly gentle. Cherry likes to listen to hard rock, metal and heavy metal. And she is going to play it as loud as she can only to piss of her neighbors or her parents...or both. She and Asriel are the best and the most dangerous duo. She also likes to tease him since he is actually shorter than her. Her Hogwarts house is probably Slytherin or at least this is the house that she wants to be in.

Asriels nickname is back Star.

Black Star: Similar to Cherry he also likes to making fun of people. But he only “bullies” other bullies. He is the more mature than Cherry, and he is more chill than her. He is the one that notices when they are going too far, and he stops Chara. And he is also the first one to apologize. Basically, he tries to be a mean, and pretends to be a bully. But he is actually a very kind Monster. He is very charming, and surprisingly romantic. While he is not such flirt as Chara he also has a talent for making people blush. Although he himself also blushes a lot.  He is also usually very polite. But he hates people that discriminate others, judge other or bully others, and not in the way Cherry does, because she´ll never make someone upset on purpose and if she does upset someone she always tries to make it up, no he hates those bullies that enjoy hurting others. That´s when he gets furious, and he will definitely beat up this kind of people. (Cherry will gladly help him). He looks like he could kill you, but he is actually a cinnamon roll. And he is also a Slytherin, but only because I think that he and Cherry would be the Ice Princess and the Ice goat Prince of Slytherin.

You're precious to me.

That's what Chara had said to him. He yelled at them to run away – to hightail it out there, to get out of Dodge, to just GO for star's sake while he holds the kid off – but they stayed there. Chara stood their ground and fought alongside him. There was a burning rage in their eyes that sharply contrasted what he had known them to be like ever. They weren't strong enough to kill that younger human apparently, and Chara didn't believe he was either. (He couldn't blame his sibling either; this kid hit their mark every time, and they dodged with practiced ease.) They used the last of their magic – the last of their energy, the last of their SOUL, the last of their life – to use a shortcut on him.

And the last thing he had seen was tear-stained cheeks, the biggest smile he'd ever seen them make, and blood leaking down their chest. The last thing he had seen was them dead. They died.

Chara is dead.

He appears on the other side of the shortcut – the shortcut that killed them, he killed them, it's his fault – right back on that path right past Snowdin and just before Waterfall. Except there is no human trying to kill him and no human trying to save him. There is nobody because he is alone now. There is nobody because Chara saved him. There is nobody because Chara died. There is nobody because that other kid is in the other world, in his world, in his home. Chara had decided this place was safer than his home. He can at least be decent enough to give it a chance.

He casts his crimson gaze back towards Snowdin Town. He isn't sure he wants to head back and see his home. He doesn't want to know who took it in this variant of the world. And he would hope it still exists in this Underground. He doesn't know which would be worse. He wants to know he can come home to find Chara lounging on the old couch in the living room. But that's an impossibility. He watched them die, and they sent him worlds away. Any Chara he'd see would only be a cheap imitation of his own. He isn't sure he wants to see some weird alternate version of their dead sibling.

But as he squints his eyes and sees a figure meandering forward, he feels that his luck has run out. Of course, it has. It went out long ago. If he was lucky, his home wouldn't be a literal Hell. If he was lucky, Chara wouldn't be dead. If he was lucky, he wouldn't even care about Chara. His SOUL seems to be trying to do some acrobatics in his chest because it hurts as he watches the figure walk closer and closer and closer. A smile is growing on a familiar face. The outfit is different, and the way they walk with grace is unfamiliar. But the smile is all Chara. They have the same nose and eyes as Chara has-- er, HAD.

“Asriel!” the not-Chara calls out once they are mere feet away from him. He hates that he wants to hug them, and he hates that he wants to yell at them that they're an imposter.

“You're not my Chara,” he informs them bluntly, baring his teeth at them in hopes that they'll be discouraged and go away.

“That's alright. I know you're not my Rei, but if you're here, that means your sibling is gone,” they tell him, their smile faltering and eyebrows furrowing. “I don't need to know what happened, but I'll help anyway I can.”

He looks down at his boots and can only think of those last moments before he was sent here.

“It's not fair. I told them to run, and they didn't,” he hisses out. “They're so fucking stupid! They should've ran like they always do! Why didn't Chara run this time?! Why did--?”

He voice cracks, and he takes a deep breath. He releases it out shakily and tears run down his cheeks. He immediately feels arms around him, and he can't find the strength nor the will to argue against the hug.

“Because you were precious to them.”

He knows. They said that. Chara had told him that. But what does it mean. What does it mean to be precious to someone? And what does it mean to find someone precious?

Asriel doesn't ask these questions, because he already knows the answers. He just doesn't want to think about it. It hurts to think about it. Thinking about it is painful because

“They were precious to me too.”

I realized that there isn’t any Storyfell take that doesn’t use the generic red aesthetic from Underfell and doesn’t stays stuck with Chara only, and even less based on the canon Storyshift so here is my take
