I'm quite the fan of your art, the way you manage to capture emotions and facial expressions and paint idols with such accuracy and attention to detail is so admirable to me.

I'm an artist as well and I've been wanting to get into making fanart myself(although i don't paint digitally yet); do you perhaps have an advice on how to get started?

aHHH first of all thank you!!! ur compliments really mean a lot because the part i try the hardest when i draw idols is to capture resemblance and emotion 🥺

i think for getting started motivation is key ! and what motivates me to draw is picking a subject or image i'm super interested in at that moment that i think would be fun to draw (maybe the subject is really pretty, or the colors are pretty, or the lighting is neat). it really makes a big difference in my drawing quality if i have that inspired feeling 🥰 (though i draw pretty sporadically as a result because it can be a pretty elusive feeling lol).

if u're looking for more technical advice from me (tho idk am i rly good enough to be giving that 🙃), i have a #my questionable advice tag that u can check out 😅

It didn’t happen often, so he’d take what he could get.

He rummaged around for clothes once he decided he had everything else that was important; passport, wallet, phone, Vongola gear, all that kind of stuff.

While wearing suits made the clothes portion incredibly easy, he still hated the process of folding it all up and putting it into a suitcase, and making sure it would actually close. He wasn’t one to pack more than what was truly necessary.

Unlike another Guardian... He’d probably have to reprimand him when they finally got to their hotel in Spain, then, but for now, he would focus on his own wardrobe.

After the annoyingly long process of folding his dress shirts, he moved to pair up his pants.

It was a long process.

“Che, I’m missing a pair...”

Olive eyes scanned his room quickly until they landed on his desk chair, and his eyebrow twitched.

“Son of a bitch... Hey, Uri.”

Uri remained still, and silent. She didn’t care, and had no reason to worry about whatever it was he was whining about now–

She jerked awake when the chair was spun around once, and she addressed him lazily.

She yawned.

He actually got a soft ‘brr’ at this.

“Why the hell do you have to sleep on my clothes...? Isn’t there anything more comfortable to sleep on?”

As he’d gotten older, he’d made it a plan to learn more about cats to avoid his own box animal from ambushing him whenever she felt it.

So he wondered if it was simply because the pants were softer than the chair, or if it was because they smelt like him and perhaps that comforted her more than any other soft surface.

That was probably hopeful wishing.

“Come here for a minute...”

Uri meowed out in protest when she was lifted up and the pants were taken out from beneath her, but showed mild confusion when she was set back down on a different clothing item of his.

Hayato pet his hoodie off before tucking the hood into the neck. “Use this for now, because I need these pants. This should be fine, right?”

He crouched down to stare at Uri, and they were both silent.

Uri sniffed the hoodie, and Hayato was worried just a tad she’d jump off and maybe even find refuge in his actual suitcase. But she turned around, and laid down, content with her new makeshift bed.

“Good. We’ve got a flight soon, so enjoy it while you can.”
