in the psau's social media world, there is an account dedicated to Santiago.

and it's not the cute, "oh, look at him protecting the spanish crown prince!🥺", glittery rainbow-colored unicorn, sweet kind!

no, no!

that account is gods forgotten land! the " I want to be the one he's pinning down while holding my hands behind my back", the h-word type!

they go from editing Simon out of photos ( which I don't understand why, they have a clear 2for1 deal right there ) to incredibly well-made thirst traps!

now, nobody knows who's the acc admin and i'm not assuming Simon follows that cursed account but, that's exactly what I'm doing!

is this thought relevant? no, it's not, but why not share it with you and know your opinion lol

yeah sure i can talk about that hahah. well i first started learning it like agesssss ago idk i think i was probably sixteen or something? when i started attending a course with my mom and we did like three or four courses of that i think? so i had very basic knowledge when i started doing my apprenticeship as a trilingual assistant where one foreign language besides english was required, so i also chose spanish instead of french. so i did that for two years, actually learning business spanish as well (that was from ages 16-18) then after returning from a year abroad in the states i went back to school to do my a-levels, again, one foreign language besides english was required so i did spanish again bc at that point i was technically fluent (more so in writing than speaking unfortunately) and that was my chance to brush up on it. unfortunately after those two years of school, i haven't had more chances to speak spanish and actually use the language so i think i forgot a lot of things

i think in total, with actual teachers i studied spanish for about 6/7 years?

these days i'm just doing duolingo lessons, and for fics i rely on what i remember of my knowledge, google translate and the good souls who help me out if i don't trust google translate lolol

i can't even really tell you why spanish. i think my mom one day was just like. would you be interested in learning spanish with me? and i was like heck yeah lesssgooo and honestly i'm so glad i did bc spanish is such a beautiful language

i was actually thinking recently that i should watch more shows or youtube videos in spanish bc that played a big part in learning english. so if anyone has any suggestions (with subs available or i'll die jddj) let me know!!! i also wouldn't be opposed to book recs! (idk if that won't be too hard though. maybe i should start with books i have actually read in english before)

Where do I even start? Honestly!

You have a real way with words. Your prose is just gorgeous.

The way you explain a complex topic, feeling or situation in an easy-to-understand way is really impressive.

It's really hard to find something to read that is this good. Not only good, but it's also respectful, caring and kind.

I love everything, but the part where they are at Santander? This dialogue in chapter 12?

""I can’t lose you, Wille,” Simon eventually rushed out, all breath. His fingertips pressed harder against Wilhelm’s cheeks. “I can’t- I- I can’t,” he sobbed, “I’ll get better. I promise, I’ll try so hard. I don’t know how but- I cannot lose you.”

“You’re not a burden,” Wilhelm whispered because he knew that that was what Simon was actually thinking, why he’d think he could ever lose Wilhelm. “I want you to get better, god, of course I do. And I- I wanna support you in any way I can but… I can’t shoulder everything. As much as I wish I could, I- I can’t take your pain away.”"

As someone with BPD, the way you wrote Simon, at that moment, felt so so real! The desperation, the fear, the helplessness! I feel that every day! You articulated it so well in just a few sentences.

I keep those beautiful, tender words and moments in my heart!

And the research? *chefs kiss* The details about gastronomy, architecture and history are simply amazing.

You’ve created a masterpiece of a Universe that is full of incredible writers.

Hey, new reader here! Kinda!

Just discovered Prince Simon Universe for about 4 weeks now and it's been an obsession! Re-reading right now!!!

Not very good for my Borderline, full of emotional rollercoasters! You will hear from my therapist, just so you know!

Anyway, I want to tell you that you created something so beautiful, so precious with " I don't think our love is brand new ", and that you made me laugh, cry and sob.

They love each other so much, that it hurts. And when they are not together?!?! It breaks my heart, bestie! Wille feels so much saudade de Simon!! I can't!!

Honestly, it was very difficult and tough to go through the chapters where Simon was so depressed, it hit a little bit too close to home.

So, I took a break, that is why I didn't comment sooner, sorry.

But, I came back and got through it, little by little and I have to say that I am amazed.

The care and respect that you displayed on the subject brought tears to my eyes. Really!

It takes a very gorgeous human being and a talented writer, to put down into words such heavy, raw and vulnerable situations with that care.

I'm struggling to find the words to say everything I wanted so, thank you for this glorious piece of FREE work! You really should be paid for all the hard work!!!
