I’ve started working on CC again and decided to start with a recolor to get back into the swing of things. I absolutely love this collection by javabeandreams but I tend not to use texturized walls so I wanted to make my own recolors using the base game texture. They were kind enough to let me post these so without further ado, here they are! 

Inspired by the HGTV HOME™ by Sherwin-Williams collection and javabeandreams original wall recolors. For a better look at the swatches and design inspiration, you should definitely check those links out! 

Take the guesswork out of coordinating colors throughout your home. Each collection highlights 20 colors that are designed to work beautifully together in any combination (quoted from the SW website linked above)

I tend to go crazy with cc so I made myself a rule that I could only download cc that was made from items in game which helped a lot.  100 Follower Sim Dump!!

It’s finally here!! Thank you all so much for sticking around to watch me ramble to myself and pull shenanigans every four seconds; it’s been a really awesome change in my life getting to interact with you all.

There are two versions of this dump:

1. All outfits finished + changes in hairstyles between outfits included! (”Sim Dump 1 - All”) ~ 267 mb

2. Only everyday outfits finished + no changes in hairstyles! (”Sim Dump 1 - EDO”) ~ 143 mb

You will need to download a few files from the cc creator’s sites for either version (unless you want the sims missing certain items, which also works I suppose lol)

Sim information: All I ask with this dump is that you don’t change sim gender, orientation, or body shape, but otherwise, use freely! :)

So I decided after realizing that people were interested in them to share my default eyes. Just to be clear, I did not create the textures used in these eyes, all credit goes to Remi and Leh and the original texture I used can be found here. All I did was make a version that was the EA Default colors.

These are my favorite eyes and I’ve been looking everywhere for a heterochromia version so I finally decided to make them myself. This is my first cc item so they’re not perfect but I’m happy with how they turned out.

@maimouth if you’re in that Alpha/MM limbo she’s one in your team. Posts adorable pics of her sim family, does great sim makeovers, creates the most original recolors of clothes and shoes and if you ever need someone to help you in regards of finding a cc item (she also runs a cc finds blog @love4sims4) or if you just need a shoulder to cry, she’s the person to go to. The bigger sister you wish you always had.

@blogsimplesimmer too mature for her age, frenetic cc maker and too kind to everyone. Makes the best mm clothing and hair meshes. Non judgemental, someone you can tell everything about anything and she’ll keep it a secret. If you need help she’ll go out of her way to help. A sweet little angel.

@buttersim White boy trash but in a good way. Funny, quirky and sassy but with a huge heart. He makes some rad edits of sims and makes some of the most original hairs and clothes.

@simqt The sweetest thing. Makes eye cc, plays a cute little legacy and is a great listener and a great person to get advice from. We’ve met not too long ago but we’ve been connecting so well. She’s superb.

@sockboats Literal trash. Cutest bean. Her blog is a mess just like mine but she has a heart of gold, can hold a convo about anything and will make you piss yourself from laughing. Learning how to recolor stuff (I think). Makes lots of cute sims but struggles keeping up with saves.

@ddeathflower Cc for ts4 and ts2. Introverted but such a sweet person when you get to meet them. Reason why I got into the simblr community in the first place.
