Eternithaus - a cc-free lot for Oasis Springs

When I was working on Baumgarten Estates I looked into other buildings the architect Paul Baumgarten did and found this gem (2), which I accidentally stumbled across during my visit to Berlin last October. Of course, I had to recreate it in the Sims and I am so happy with the result. It certainly looks different from the original, but it's a gorgeous mid-century house that fits quite perfectly into Oasis Springs.

Eternithaus is a 30x20 unfurnished lot placed in the Mirage Canyon neighbourhood of Oasis Springs, specifically on the Futures Past museum lot. It is designed as a residential rental lot, but I've uploaded it as a normal residential building to the gallery, in case you're not actively playing with the For Rent pack/gameplay yet.

It has a total of 4 rental units, which are all on the smaller side, perfect for a couple without children or a single sim.

Brothers Salvage

Salutations kindred, and welcome back to Sims 4: Bloodlines!

Sims 4: Bloodlines is a fun little side project i started, where i want to recreate some of my favorite places from Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines in Sims 4 WITHOUT using any mods or cc!!

Since my last post the project has grown a bit and i have decided to make it into a full save file! However it will be a while before im ready to share more about that, but you can follow along on the blog i made for it @bloodlinessave (still a work in progress)

BACK TO THE BUILD! As you might be able to see i have build the hideout used by the Southland Slasher, Brothers Salvage! I decided to split it up into two builds the hideout/office and the scrapyard itself. Which still needs some work before its ready to be posted!

I made the build as close as i could to the game + some extra added stuff to give it more details and look better in Sims 4!

Small Victorian Home (no cc)

I find building Victorian homes very very enjoyable and I thought this one was cute enough to share! In case someone else also adores them and wants one in their game. 🌳

I thought that the perfect spot for this one was on the Little Falls Nook lot (Copperdale, 20x20), but feel free to place it wherever your heart desires. It has zero CC but I did use quite a few packs. It has 2 bedrooms on the second floor and 2 bathrooms. I also included a sun room where your sims' little garden can thrive. 🌱 It's kinda furnished, since it's Victorian and quite old I did decorate it in an abandoned and run-down fashion, but feel free to renovate it! 🦔

Early 2000s Home 02 - Download Here

Hi again! I'm continuing in Newcrest with another home inspired by the 2000s. I decided to go more vintage looking with the furniture. I imagine much of the house was decorated in the 90s or earlier. This house has 4 bedrooms and is intended for a big family. I had so much fun doing the 3 kids rooms. My fav parts of the house would have to be the kitchen, dining, and back patio areas. I'm going to continue building in Newcrest. I'm not sure if the next house I do will be as intentionally nostalgic but we'll see. For now i'm enjoying that vibe.
