playing Persona 4 Golden, already love the game way more because it doesn't begin with 5 hours of cutscenes with nothing for you to do but hit the x button to advance dialogue, i'm in the classroom introduction scene rn (adore the rain ambience here btw), and i have played more of this game than i did Persona 5 in like 2 hours.

also just enjoy the setup of this way more like loving the efficiency at work here, like Persona 5 is like 90 minutes of melodramatic cutscenes in the opening and then 4 hours of nothing in the gameplay and the story moves like barely so. this is already way more exciting, i'm so interested to see how the father's detective job plays into the main story stuff and how i get to interact with the social sim elements here. also, the world design is so incredibly goofy, why is every character's head so proportionally bigger compared to the rest of them, it's so funny looking. but i kind of love it?

4. Longest consecutive hours you’ve played a game?

That's an excellent question! It was probably the time when I played Breath of the Wild for the first time, I couldn't put it down. I was house sitting for someone who had it, and I'd play all day, then go to bed, get up, and play more, stopping only to eat occasionally. I don't know how many hours I played in a row, but it was a lot.

5. Game with the best soundtrack?

Hmm, that's a tough one. Maybe Chrono Trigger? Final Fantasy X? Persona 3? Hades? Hard to pick.

21. If you had to play one game for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Another tough one! I feel like Breath of the Wild has a lot to offer that I haven't gotten to yet, but realistically, I'd probably pick Stardew Valley (because it's fun to play with friends) or the Sims, both of which I can play for hours/days/weeks at a time.
