Sith Darév (and his master - the shadowy figure)

I finally came with an idea for his sith design and his lightsaber :). He is inspired by grunge and warcore aesthetics.

I'm starting school soon and it's my final year (I'm a senior, woohoo) so I'll be very busy and wouldn't have much time for my hobbies. That's probably my last complete drawing (well, until next summer).

Wasn't feeling too well today so instead of working on anything serious i did a fun lazy little draw the squad to pass the time of Nihlus, Aida, and Jet

I like to think of it as the informal version of the master/apprentice portrait that she never would have gotten in the order because she was going to fail out. Since Nihlus agree'd to train her as a Mandalorian (since he wont torture her into a true sith) She decided to have their portrait done in the traditional jedi style in celebration. Captain Jet is technically the leader of Nihlus reforged Eldar clan, so he get's the center spot in both, for better or for worse

Anyways those artists that line shit in a similar but darker color are stronger than ill ever be. My ass is going back to black outlines that shit took way too long (except maybe around their faces. much to ponder)

June leads a more than peaceful life on Naboo where her mother's business thrives. She lacks nothing and her future seems all mapped out as well as those of her friends. Well, all of this was before one of his friends decided to rob a cartel and put a target on their backs. Although she had always dreamed of adventure, June would have done well without this kind of trouble. Forced to run away, their ship crashes on Tatooine where they find a strange jewel. In contact with him, the young lady will realize that she is perhaps not so normal and that her universe could end up upside down forever.

REALLY big apologies for disappearing here, I just had no idea what to draw nor contribute that is based around the fandoms I usually draw.

But I'm back! And a little bit too invested in Star Wars now, albeit still new to the fandom. So here, have my definitely not a Sith Padawan as compensation. Her name is Vayne, please treat her well. <3 (Sith variant below cut)

I finally found the motivation to draw him

Anyway, his name is Darév Roh, he's a zabrak (dathomirian), former sith apprentice, trained in the ways of the darkside by the same master as Zaya (my other sw oc) but also redeemed so he becomes a jedi.

More info about his story below:

He is supposed to appear first in esb (yes, it's another original trilogy oc) at 14 years old. During a mission Zaya is sent by the rebels, he is chasing her, and trying to kill her, but it's defeated so he has to retreat.

The two eventually meet again when Darév gets Zaya to her former master. There, Zaya discovers a conspiration and at first Darév doesn't believe her. Then the evidence start to pop out and they make an alliance to defeat the sith. (this would happen after rotj)

Later, during a fight (more like a duel), Zaya is supposed to kill Darév but she refuses to. After realising he was wrong all this time (and that he was just a tiny pawn in a bigger scheme) he asks Zaya if she could teach him the ways of the jedi and she accepts to take him as her padawan (actually he's the first student in Luke's academy and the first to succeed).

I haven't figured out how he would die but I'm considering it.

At first he would be a bit of an angsty teenager (think of Zuko from atla), but at least he becomes wiser with time.

He is portrayed above after he becomes a jedi (age 18-19). His sith design is slightly different.

Anne V’Torr grew up along side the young Jedi Knight Ben Solo. At a young age she would often do tasks for her mother. In a hurry she ran into the young Prince, knocking the times from her small arms onto the floor. Ben Solo chuckled and told her everything is okay and helped her with gathering her things and helping her back to her home. 

Ben would often spend time with young Anne, finding excuses to use her Force to do little tricks to make her smile. Years passed and Ben comforted her in the loss of her parents when they were out working as Resistance Fighters. She would spend most of her remaining days quiet and with Ben. It wasn’t until the day he left for Jedi training that she felt like she lost everything.

It wasn’t until years later when she joined The Resistance to get revenge for her parents. There she met a young pilot by the name of Poe Dameron who encountered a similar fate of losing his parents. They bonded together as pilots and the burning fire that raged within them to get the revenge they craved so badly. Every night a man in dark robes plagued her dreams. Something was familiar about him. After a few years of being with Poe they decided to stay friends, allies in the Resistance. Work became their main priority after all. 

Years after joinign the Resistance a bit after her 23rd birthday she encountered the very man who plagued her thoughts and dreams at night. Before she could call for backup the man placed his hand up and forced her into slumber, carryign her limp body onto his ship.

When she woke she struggled against her restraints, panic taking over as she noticed her surrounds were of not Resistance but First Order. The sound of the door wooshing open made her freeze in place as the masked man stepped foot into the dark room. 

“I finally found you.” He spoke sending chills up her spine. 

“Who are you and what do you want from me?” She snipped. 

“A friend.” He answered softly, stepping closer to Anne. 

“I am no friend of The First Order. You’re a monster!” 

“That may be true but there is no denying that you easily let me into that head of yours, Anne” 

The man before her moved his hands up to his helmet, a wooshing sound as the front plate moved upward before he removed it, revealing who he was to her. 

“Ben?” Tears filled her eyes at the man she thought she would never see again. 

“Not anymore. Ben Solo is dead. I am Kylo Ren and I am going to show you how to embrace your powers so you dont have to hide them anymore. Let me show you that path.” A smirk appeared on the dark haired prince’s face as she nodded. “Good... From this day forward you shall be known as Rayvin. My apprentice.”

NPC Profile: Lerrek Serrus

Standard intro, 101.

Uli is logical like that.

Spoiler: He is not proud his family are slaves.

I mean... even the Imperials call it an occupation.

This guy is having a bad day. (Don’t worry, dude. Zenith is about to shoot you.)

We all have to accept when we’ve made poor life choices.

Serrus only gets 45 seconds of screen time, but he leaves an impression. Even as a Sith Apprentice, he realizes that his actions are not going to work out. His semi-independence - he’s out on assignment guarding Imperial officers while he should probably kept on a shorter leash - is a rare mis-step for Darth Lachris, one of my favorite Sith from the game.

Its also telling on how the Sith Empire actually operates.

Unfortunately, we don’t get any follow-up concerning Lerek Serrus, and that’s a pity.

The Jedi Consular story is full of NPCs who get interesting introductions, and then are tossed aside without follow-up.

Honestly, things like this are one of my biggest issues with the J.C. story.

you know what i don’t think ensign temple has ever met another miraluka, before lyde. i don’t know that she’s ever heard of a miraluka. miss born on dromund kaas, raised an imperial fugitive and then gone to work for the chiss for ages. it certainly adds another, funnier dimension to all the dialogue where she’s like “sir pwease don’t tell anybody i’m force-senstive q-q” while lyde is looking at her like.
