Doing daily 12/13hr fasts the rest of the week (to get used to everything again)
After that, I'll do three 18hr fasts followed by a 24hr one (or as close to 24hrs as I can get away with). I'll do 18hr fasts after for the rest of the week.

I just finished a 12 day fast I really pushed myself I’ve never done a fast longer than 5 days here’s some things I’ve experienced during that fasting period
The first 4 days were the hardest I had a little dizziness dry mouth after that it went away
The cravings were intense but on day 3 they went away
It was hard to sleep so I drank lots of decaffeinated green tea it helped me sleep better somewhat
After day 4 the weight started dropping faster I was loosing 2-3 pounds a day I lost a total of 18 in 12 days
Journaling and watching videos helped me take my mind off food which helped ALOT
I mostly do fast to help me over come my binge eat I find it very helpful if anyone has any questions or tips about fasting feel free to ask (I am not a coach)!!! If anyone wants join my next fast I’d love to do it with someone dm me
