• Wash face with cold water (Hot water should never be used on skin)
• Avoid touching your face ( but if your going to wash your hands throughly)
• Change your pillow cases
• Watch what you eat and drink ( I recommend eating fruits, drinking water and Cranberry juice)
• Read the products ingredients! ( Look them up to see if it'll irrigate your face)
• Try avoid staying in the sun
• Moisturizer your face
• Don't exfoliate to much (probably once per week)
• Try using a gentle face mask
• Get enough sleep!
• Reduce stress (Stay happy! ♡︎)
• Try retinol
• Take your vitamins! (Vitamin C also helps the skin)
• Take your time (Give your skin time to adjust to new products before changing them around)
• Last but not least, love your skin! Don’t get carried away with new skin care products. Normal skin tends to require less maintenance. Adding unnecessary steps may cause irritation.

More than happy to see my skin care routine actually working! It's slowly fixing my hyperpigmentation and my skin is much lighter and glowie! Smooth soft and healthy, also I fixed my eating habits and started to actually eat rather than relaying on whatever junk infront of me.
I hope I can stay like this for a long time and improve even more ^^
