just wanted to let all the mentally ill girlys know that “starvation mode” is a myth. it is literally impossible to gain weight while being in a caloric deficit. if this was true we would never see anyone die of starvation😹😹😹 also if you ARE gaining weight it is either because you’re simply overeating and your in a caloric surplus or you’ve lost so much body mass/weight that the amount of calories that once made you lose weight are too high now and you’re no longer in a deficit.
