A Non-binary student, Nex Benedict, was murdered in the girls' bathroom by three older girls at Owasso High School; Owasso School District in Oklahoma was targeted by Libs of TikTok in 2022. Nex was Cherokee. Two weeks ago, Oklahoma appointed Chaya Raichik, founder of Libs of TikTok, to the state's education board so that the state can ban books that doesn't fit their narrow criteria.

Roommate!Simon who can't stop a smile from spreading on his face when he sees the inhumane position you fell asleep in, one leg thrown over the couch, the other partially covered by a blanket and your head hanging down in a position that's guaranteed to give you neck pains for the days to come.

Roommate!Simon who takes off his mask, gloves and tactical gear before gently lifting you in his arms and cradling your sleeping form to his chest, relishing in the rhythmic sound of your heartbeats.

Roommate!Simon whose heart skips a beat when you cuddle up into his chest, murmuring a sleepy welcome with your eyes still closed.

Roommate!Simon who eventually has to place you in your bed and tuck you in, a tender expression on his face as he watches you drift off to sleep in an instant.

More Triple S stuff yippee!!!!!!!

It's not uncommon for one of them to not be at the condo for the night, sometimes they'll go to their own respective homes to see family (though they usually need permission from Eggman first BOOO)!!

Shadow lived with Gerald and Maria prior to joining the band!! Gerald has VERY high expectations for him, hoping that he could carry on his legacy and research after he retires (SHADOW DOES NOT WANT THAT!!! ) and as a result is fairly strict with him over a lot of shit and one of the main things is how Shadow chooses to present himself!!

Shadow loves alt fashion however Gerald DOES NOT, he'd made the mistake of dressing how he'd like once at home and never again!!! Now he makes an effort to dress rather formally around Gerald to make sure he doesn't piss him off.

So yeah the first time Sonic and Silver saw him in his more formal getup they're SHOCKED. They're so used to seeing him decked out in piercings and cool outfits that it's slightly jarring.

ALSO MARIA IS VERY MUCH ALIVE IN THIS AU - still ill but definitely not dead!!! If it weren't for her Shadow would not be visiting home regularly.

Heartbeat

From outside the bathroom, Wolfwood, shrugging of his jacket, continues, "… The sand steamer leaves at dawn tomorrow so don't take all night. I'm not waking you up gently if you're late." Vash's eyes continue to look downward, glazed and unfocused. Step sound effects and a yawn sound from outside the bathroom before Wolfwood says, "'m going to bed…". In the tub, Vash sits curled up against a dark background, before eventually lifting his head and unfurling himself as the background grows lighter.

He twists around to turn off the shower and then looks at the floor, going, "Ah." He sits, thinking, before calling out "Wolfwood?". A sleepy Wolfwood replies, "…yeah?" from offscreen. "I forgot my towel!" Vash exclaims. "Ugh, look under your change of clothes… Knew you'd forget so I left it there…" a grouchy Wolfwood replies. "Gee, thanks!" Vash replies, a cartoony doodle of him saying "so reliable!".

Vash, shirtless but with sleep pants on, opens the door, towel draped over his head, to see Wolfwood, reclining on the bed. Wolfwood's smoking and holding his rosary, lit by the light from the bathroom. Vash climbs into bed next to him, towel still around his shoulders, and rests his head on Wolfwood's chest. His eyes close and then open to see Wolfwood watching him. Vash exclaims, "Oh! It's speeding up!, and Wolfwood bonks him on the head before saying, "Get on here since ya wanna be so up close 'n personal!". The two tussle briefly and Vash laughs before Wolfwood tucks the blanket around them. Wolfwood continues to smoke as Vash curls up against his chest and listens to his heartbeat, the background turning black once again as he smiles, content. /end id]

ladybug totally talks in her sleep. especially during patrol naps, when sleeping feels like a mix of dreaming and reality, and so a lot of her dreams during that time involve chat noir. out of nowhere she'll say 'chat what the fuck' and he turns around like ???? what did i do??? but she won't elaborate. or, most commonly, she'll just say 'are you okay??' out of nowhere. and he's like. 'yes??' and she wakes up a little and is so embarrassed. she was having a dream about an akuma fight and was so convinced she just saw him take a hit. when really he's just chilling on the rooftop next to her

ellie loves her sleepy girls, who can't sleep for shit! like; are your eyes burning for sleep? is your mind conceiving hallucinations? are your sentences practically just pouring out of your mouth with no logic and muffled tones? no worries! ellie and her cradlelike lap are at your beck and call— almost voluntarily. the moment you display a trickle of a nonfunctional, sleep‐deprived state, she's cupping fingers at the low nape of your shoulders and ushering you over, "c'mon– c'mon, you need rest– n'don't say no to me." gentle, cordial— yet of a stern biddance. her palm caresses like a soft, hot mist upon your forehead, bearing your sunken of sleep head in her comfy little criss-cross lap whilst she idles around in a video game lobby, mired in awe of your face framed by her worn legs. literally just sat there lulling you, cooing at you— even when you've fallen behind the curtains of dreamscapes, zonked out for good, "see how nice it is? laying in my lap.. hoggin' my blanket.. sleeping. just needed ellie to tell you to, huh?" can't even hear her, but she will unravel a tongue fit for rambles galore regardless.

Well, that was a plot twist

You know J/K/Rowling's TERF friend Helen/Joyce? Well, she was caught reading a smutty Harry Potter fan fiction on a train involving Draco and Hermione. Yet TERFs and GC scream "TRANSGENDER PEOPLE ARE PERVERTS AND ARE AFTER OUR CHILDREN!". If someone yells about "Protecting kids" it usually means they can't be trusted. Even more hypocritically, the fanfiction in question is called "Mudblood Bitch", with GC and TERFs often complaining about "bitch" being sexist
