I have been pushing shapes and trying out many styles for short form comics. It's out of my comfort zone and it's not as easy as it looks. I already respect comic makers but that respect is ratcheting up the more I do this; there's so many parts. The character's design. How they move. What to leave out what to keep in. What to write in the dialogue boxes. WHERE to put them. How big should the text be? I have no magnum opus planned but sometimes I want to express things and they come across better visually than in text.

Can I share something a bit non-art related and more about what I’ve been doing while not at my computer? I got into raising chickens this year, and I’m gearing up for a breeding program in the spring for my English type orpingtons. I hatched all of my current birds from eggs and it’s been amazing watching their development. I would love to find more chicken people out there. I love my tiny dinosaurs so much.

Haven't been posting much, haven't been taking lots of pics either if I'm being honest! Russel is doing great, still as goofy as ever. I def want to start doing more things with him but I'm working so much lately. Such is life!

AH it's the puppy king himself! Oh I love it, the regal cape and halo. I'm impressed how accurate you got all those asymmetrical markings, it must've taken some studying. What a nice gift, thank you!

Spent a couple days at the beach with my best boy. I’m so glad he’s not scared of the waves anymore, he was actively jumping and playing in the water!
