Sis went downtown to shop and dine with her friends. On her way back, she went to Johan Paris, a Japanese bakery with French origins located at Isetan Scotts to buy the Fluffy Cheese Bread (S$12.40 whole or S$6.20 for half loaf). Do take note that this limited item is not available around the clock but only at these two timings – 3pm and 7pm on a first come first serve basis.

The footlong Fluffy Cheese Bread is filled with three types of cheese, Cheddar, Mozzarella and Gouda, then topped with more red cheddar cheese. You can see the cheese oozing out when slicing into a freshly baked loaf. When you get it home, remember to heat it up again, it’s deliciously addictive! Or better still, eat it on the spot like I did. :D
