Alright, I’m making this clear right here and right now that if I say something or someone is antisemitic and you can easily look up why or how yourself, I’m not going to do that work for you because 90% of the time it just turns out the person on the other end is looking for a Jew to pick a fight with and isn’t interested in learning at all. With how extremely antisemitic so many goyim have become, I could provide evidence of genocidal intentions towards Jews, and I would still have someone try to goysplain why that isn’t antisemitic. Quite frankly, it’s inconsiderate as fuck to expect me to expose myself to antisemitism and do the work for you when I know there’s only about a 10% chance you’ll give even the slightest fuck about my and other Jews lives or well-being, especially when you could easily look it up yourself without exposing me to antisemitism but didn’t bother to. There are people out there who personally want me dead because I’m Jewish; many of those people are in my own communities. Put yourself in my shoes for literally five seconds and think about how it feels for me to continuously have to expose myself to this sort of thing. It’s fucking traumatic. I’ve already made posts explaining antisemitism to the best of my abilities. If I didn’t cover everything, I can almost guarantee there are multiple other Jews out there who have. Take a few seconds to look it up yourself if you actually care, because I have every reason to believe that you don’t.

i really don’t think it’s “typical dragon age fandom nonsense” for people to be genuinely upset about the world state choices. combat, level design, art direction, gameplay gimmicks, those have all varied across each dragon age game. the one thing that’s remained constant are nods to our previous choices.

I hated poetry until I was 13

Do you know what made me stop?

I sat next to this girl in English. We did not get along. She threatened to kill me a few times, standard stuff.

She hated it when I recited the poems we learnt. So I started memorising them. (We did not have to. We had to know quotes for our GCSEs)

And in memorising some of the poems to annoy this girl I hated, I gained an affection for them and started to understand them

And then when I was 15 and in my English GCSE I:

1) Did much better than I thought possible because of how much effort I put in, all of which stemmed from a petty hate

2) OMG FUCKING HELL THIS POEM IS SO GOOD SEAMUS HEANEY HOT DAMN (unseen poetry)

I’ve started riding Fjara to help my dad with her tripping (read: he likes to ride with a long loose rein and Fjara ends up tipping forward).

The first two times we were still getting used to one another, she’s still trying to gauge why the heck I’m asking her for turns and to do a few steps backwards and walk sideways a little.

Today I decided to take a different path around the farm and Fjara was particularly high in her energy, so when we turned to go back her back curled a little and her tempo went up…

And I’m sitting on her all impressed at the energy but also please don’t do a happy buck, I’m still getting used to how different you are from my regular horse 😅
