RECAP PART 3: Generation 2, Calathea and Alejandro.

It was soon evident that the next disaster to befall the Solis family was the Heiress herself, Calathea Solis. She showed early signs of lacking empathy, growing up wild and destructive, before finally blooming into fully evil. Once she aged into her teens, she very appropriately developed a werewolf aspiration to fit the bill (yes, I am randomizing this).

Calathea became something of a favorite. After somehow completing her college education - majoring in Villainy -whilst also completing her werewolf education - where she majored in Maximum Damage to Society - she set out to look for a partner. I wasn't sure who would be insane enough to marry this woman. Even I fear her. Luckily for Calathea, my game gifted us Alejandro.

Alejandro was perfect. He had been awkwardly following her around throughout her high school years, and once they both hit adulthood he was quick to start inviting himself over and taking nude showers around her house. I took it as a sign and after a quick and awkward courtship they married. When I looked closer at his personality it all made sense:

Of course, this image is a recent one and so he has some accomplishments and fears added into the mix, but the kleptomaniac erratic combo felt like a perfect fit for the direction the Solis family was beginning to take. In fact, Alejandro keeps developing fears for absolutely everything he encounters (relatable, anxiety king). He and Calathea do not always get along - in fact they are on the verge of breaking up like at least once a week - but so far it has not been unfixeable. They stay together, but maintain a somewhat professional distance:

DAVIDO - FEEL

This song is balm to my soul. As a person who has been kind of mentally deranged re: refugee camp and the conditions there, I loved the cinematography, the setting, the poetry, the story, the poetry, the acting or just going there again (thank you. We appreciate!) and the fact that DAVIDO used his supermodely hot sister to tell this story.

Star quality. Aw, djy moe' mos bega... Not for toerag duties but for all the public friends and fans who didn't get enough the first time around. and now we conclude this amazing experience! my sincere gratitude to all who sent me their sims, it was so nice taking care of your pixel people and i really hope i treated them alright! i grew very fond of them all <33

a big thank you to all who interacted with this crazy challenge. it was so fun to play and to edit! we'll hear more about billie and xavier in the (very) near future, don't worry!

harper bachelor challenge will publish more 2 posts in the next couple of days because this story is to be continued... in a way.

like i said above, i plan to include all contestants in my future legacies and generations because they're part of the family already, hehe!

hum... and a piece of advice *whispers* think twice before starting a bachelor challenge with a mean and high maintenance sim... dear me, it's the key to (un)success! 😂😂😂

RECAP PART 2: pretty regular progression

After a grueling couple of weeks on rock bottom, Luna crawled her way up the career ladder until she had a small shed. No longer subject to wandering blood suckers, disturbing lightning strikes, or malicious freeloaders, Luna's mood, will to live, and funds began rising exponentially.

This part has like 0 pictures, and it was honestly pretty boring. The Solis Mansion 1.0 was built, and looked like shit. Luna found an unsuspecting NPC named Nasir Chaney who she lured into a marriage. Two children were concieved: the first born daughter Calathea Solis and her spare brother Pothos Solis. At this point, I was still thinking this would be an aesthetic and pretty cute run, so plant names felt appropriate. However, it was soon evident that Luna's genes bore a mechanism for attracting disasters.

I need to explain that this happened three times. Three times the toilet caught on fire. I can only explain two of those times.

Nasir battled a very logical fear of fire for most of his life, and I think it was somewhere here that the Solis family began their journey towards the hellish theme. Some deep, evil spark had been lit in the toilet forge.
