You were standing in front of the stove inside the big communal kitchen of the Avengers compound; baking your world famous chocolate caramel cupcakes. Everybody loved the sweet treat. Even Nick.

It was a little gesture from you - and Loki - who actually wanted to help you, in order to show your gratitude towards everybody who helped you organise your wedding. With Natasha leading the way as your maid of honour and of course Thor as Loki's best man.

Currently you were preparing the caramel cream; humming along to the music which blasted through the over-ear headphones on your head. Since turning sugar into caramel took its time, you definitely needed some entertainment. If you only knew where your soon-to-be husband was...

Once you had added the cream to the caramel and kept on stirring the mixture inside the pot to Taylor Swift's '22', you couldn't help but move to the tones. But once the next song came on, your heart skipped not just one beat... With your eyes widening and lips parting into a big, dreamy smile, you immediately recognised that Spotify just decided to hit you with one of the two songs you were going to have your wedding dance to with Loki - wonderful memories to me made.

The coordinated stirring turned into aimless scratching across the bottom of the pot as your thoughts drifted off; reminiscing in the past and creating the future.

"Which constellation is that over there, my love?" Your gaze followed the direction Loki pointed to. "Uhh..." You frowned in concentration, "I think that should be Cassiopeia - but..." and squinted your eyes. "Something isn't right..." "What do you mean, love?" "There's a star in the constellation that shouldn't be there... Cassiopeia looks like a 'W', but... there's a star too much. It doesn't belong there." Loki let out a short gasp of realisation. "Ahh you mean that one star on the top left corner?" "Yes! Can you see it? Why is it there? This actually can't be..." A knowing smile crept up Loki's face. "Well, about that, I think I have an answer for that." You blinked at your boyfriend in confusion. "You have?" He nodded and sat up, before he summoned some magic. "Look up, my love." You were still confused, but did what Loki said, looked back at the wrong star constellation - and gasped. "W-What is happening now?" The extra star had started to shine brightly all of a sudden and with a snap of Loki's fingers, it... sunk down? Straight towards the two of you. Your eyes widened, as you grabbed on the God's forearm. "L-Lokes, what's... What's that? What's happening?!" Loki just smiled, with the star getting closer and closer. "Lokiiii!" The closer it came, the smaller it got, which left you even more confused. But you soon noticed, that it actually wasn't a star... It was something different... Something shiny... You watched with awe, as the 'star' flew straight into Loki's opened palm. It was a... ring with a shining green emerald on top? You had been so utterly fascinated by the spectacle above you, that you didn't recognise that your boyfriend had gotten on one knee beside you, neither that he was dressed in an all-black suit now. Your brain tried to process what was happening and when you had connected the dots, your eyes widened... A ring. Loki, wearing a suit, kneeling in front of you. This was a proposal.

Your smile even widened as the song led you down memory lane; causing you to experience Loki's proposal all over again.

Loki smiled softly and gave your hand a gentle squeeze. "That was the start of everything... We talked a lot, met up in the library to read together, went on dates and at some point... You just kissed me. The rest is history. I had never been happier in my life, than I am with you now. I spent my whole life searching for a meaning - a glorious purpose... And then I realised, that you are what I was always searching for. You are my glorious purpose, Y/N. You showed me a whole new world. A world filled with love and kindness. You have given this new world to me and now I want to ask you, if you'd like to become my world..." The God took another deep breath, before he popped the question. "Y/N Y/L/N, would you do me the honour to make you entirely and for always mine? Will you marry me?"

You were sunken so deep in the song and the memories, that you didn't notice Loki entering the communal kitchen.

"Apologies, my love, I know I am late, but Rogers-" The god already rumbled out an apology, only to freeze in his motion as he realised a few seconds later that you were totally lost in your thoughts. He could tell. Must be some very good thoughts, Loki noted and decided to approach you gently.

He tiptoed over to the stove and kitchen counter; coming to stand behind you. Loki lurked over your shoulder; gazing from your smiling face down to the almost burnt caramel cream and back up to you. He hated to rip you out of your seemingly wonderful daydream, but he had to, right?

Slowly wrapping one arm around your waist, Loki lifted one shell of the headphones. "I apologise for interrupting your daydream, my love, but you should really keep on stirring this sugary treat."

His mouth so close to your ear; the hot breath leaving his lips and his deep, but gentle voice did the trick and ripped you out of your thoughts.

You flinched slightly; blinking rapidly, "Loki?" before your brain managed to caught up. "Oh shit!" You yelped up and quickly stirred the caramel cream, all the while reducing the heat.

Loki chuckled from behind you; wrapping both his arms around your waist and pulling you closer against his body. "Apologies, darling, but I just had to..." You sighed; blushing. "Thank you, babe... I-I, uh, got lost in my thoughts." Loki's chest vibrated with another chuckle, "I noticed." before he pressed a kiss against your neck. "What were you thinking about? You looked so happy."

The mere mention caused you to smile again. "You, of course." "Me?" "Mhh..." You manoeuvred the pot from the stove and turned in Loki's embrace. "Spotify decided to hit me with 'Can't Help Falling in Love' and well... Since our wedding is still yet to come, it took me to the very evening you proposed to me."

The god couldn't help but smile as well. He pressed his forehead against yours; thumbs caressing the clothed skin of your lower back. "I love to return to this memory of ours. I could swear that I still see the sparkle in your eyes. The beautiful look on your face when you said 'Yes' will be forever carved into my mind."

You nodded. "Just like I will never forget the way you asked the question. You in that suit, with the ring resting in your palm..." You quickly glanced at your hand, which was laying on Loki's shoulder; your engagement ring shining in the sun. "... and you down on your knee in front of me..."

Mischief suddenly twinkled in your fiancé's eyes, as the corners of his lips lifted. "You can have me down on my knees for you anytime, love." You gasped at his very ambiguous comment, "Lokiii!" and gently slapped his shoulder. "I was being so romantic and then you just pull it on the dirty side!" The god just giggled, "Apologies, my love, but I couldn't let this opportunity slip." and dipped his head to kiss you.

"No, but honestly, darling... I meant what I said. I love to return to this moment." You smiled; kissing him again.

"Remember when we told my parents?" Loki asked then after a short moment of silence. "Oh, yes, of course. Frigga was so happy..." Loki snorted out a small, happy laugh. "She cried of happiness." You nodded. "She did."

Another beat of silence passed.

"I can't wait to marry you, Prince Loki Laufeyson of Asgard."

Loki lifted a hand to softly cup your cheek. "And I can't wait to marry you, Y/N Y/L/N, queen of my heart." He gazed into your eyes; smiling, before he abruptly stepped out of your embrace. "But before I make you my wife, I'm going to help you bake those delicious cupcakes."

There are so many more but I tried to not complicate it too much. But in summary, I love him very much.

This is kind of complicated because technically, Loki confessed out loud first, but, he only confessed after he read my mind.

When we were around 12/13/14 in human years, Loki was talking about how he learned mind reading magic and me being me, was like “you can’t read my mind”. Then Lokes was like “watch this”, and he read my mind and saw that I thought he was cute. I tried to run away embarrassed, but he didn’t let me and said it was obvious that I had a crush on him, but he just had to make sure because he likes me too 😭😭.

Me being 12/13 at the time and how we grew up as besties, I thought he was being an ass and trying to do a prank, so i told him it wasn’t funny. After he saw that I was actually upset, he let me leave. Then Frigga found out and had a talk with me and one with Loki and then one with both of us together.

We started “talking” when we were 15/16/17. So not long after the confession. The only reason it was “talking” instead of dating, was I was still being stubborn and didn’t believe him. Even though, he kept making it abundantly clear that I’m the only girl he ever wants.

Finally, when I was around 18/19 and loki around 20/21, he took me on a really cute date and officially asked me to be his girlfriend 🤭

Lucy Headcanons:

Nonbinary Aro-spec Butch Sapphic/Dyke*, She/They pronouns.

Extremely polyamorous, but she stumbled into this fact after so many girls in the guild flirted with her. She has a crush on so many guildmates it's crazy.

I'd describe her build as a bit chubby, she's about 5'6", and has a lot of freckles.

She has Autism, ADHD, and OCD. Celestial Spirits are one of her biggest special interests, Fairy Tail as a guild developed as a SpIn for her as a child and remains as such even as she is within the guild. Her ADHD results in impulsive behavior and fixations on books for periods of time, along with bouts of extreme restlessness and sensitivity to light at times. Her OCD often manifests very internally (meaning it can be hard to notice unless she is stuck in compulsively completing a task), including a large degree of intrusive thoughts regarding magical malfunctions.

Natsu is her life partner, unlabeled as to in what way. They might be queerplatonic they might be romantic they might be some third thing. It doesn't matter, they're together for life.

They are rather proficient in horseback riding and they had a horse back home who she eventually rehomed to a family-friend after leaving. The horse's name is Merak after the star within the Big Dipper. She was surprised to find Merak still living after the timeskip, and even more so that Merak recognized her despite the years.

Knows fencing and archery due to her rich upbringing but has fallen out of practice with both. Sagittarius has taught her some archery over the course of their time together.

Knows both violin and piano but has entirely fallen out of practice with them. They recall bits of songs but that's about it.

Aquarius is basically a second mother to her, Cancer is like an uncle to her. Capricorn is also like an uncle to her and she values his advice a lot.

Taurus, though a huge perv, is one of the most reliable spirits she knows and can be called on at any time (as stated in canon). Because of this she often calls on him for helping with lifting heavy things, and physical labor she struggles with.

She's always had low stamina and energy ever since she was a kid, it's why she preferred horseback riding over walking. Horologium is essentially a disability aid for her.

She has very bad cold tolerance and has a condition called Raynaud's (a condition which causes veins in the extremities to tighten, cutting off blood flow during cold weather or immense stress. It can be painful if blood flow is cut off for long enough.)

Loke is always there for her when she needs it and if she was to call anyone her partner in crime it would be him, especially after the 1 year gap where she developed the Stardress technique.

Her main relationship partners are: Natsu, Juvia, Cana, and Erza. She has a casual relationship with Gray, that isn't really based in attraction more just is a commitment due to being in the same polycule.

Levy is her best friend and they have a tendency to write short stories to throw at each other and can be found constantly talking about some new concept. Additionally they are friends-with-benefits and thus have been known to have casual sex from time to time.

She experiences mild psychosis as a result of her lonely childhood and had childhood experiences with Maladaptive Dreaming Disorder due to the same thing. Her psychosis is at times exacerbated by traumatic events but her MADD has improved since her time joining the guild.

Doesn't like wearing long sleeves or pants for very long periods of time (something that we see frequently in her outfits in canon).

Loke/Laxus has me intrigued actually, any headcanons for that?

As with all things, I can give it my best shot!

Loke was furious with Laxus, to a degree above the rest of the guild, when he had the nerve to show his face after leaving the guild to fight Phantom Lord on their own. He attempted to fight Laxus 1v1 for it, but rather than get his ass summarily whooped as anyone else would have, Laxus just let Loke wear himself out trying to hurt him. It wounded Loke's already low self-esteem much more than punching him outright would have.

Any grudge over that disappeared after Tenrou Island, because Laxus was there when everyone needed help and Loke wasn't.

Loke was the one who referred Laxus to Master Bob, having previously been contracted to a Blue Pegasus wizard, thus facilitating Laxus and the Thunder Legion's stay there during Fairy Tail's year of disbandment.

Laxus and Freed (and Evergreen) were all immensely popular among the women there and hoo boy, did that rile up Loke something fierce. Loke was immediately on 100% power, and did everything in his power to try and make his 'turf' his again.

It didn't work.

Because some of these headcanons have to be funny and unserious or I'll eventually run out of steam, this made Loke so pissed the he decided he'd just date Laxus himself so as to keep all the ladies from migrating into his pocket.

Laxus literally agrees for shits and giggles.

Loke is in a pickle because none of his usual so-cheesy-it-actually-works flirting strategies work on Laxus. For that matter, Loke can't fulfill the role he usually prefers to take in relationships, which is the knight in shining armor and the guy who keeps the other party swooning and blushing at all times.

Loke: I'm unseduce-able. You could never meet my high standards. Laxus: puts on an RnB song Loke:

Because I admittedly had trouble concept-ing this ship as Fairy Tail characters, I'm gonna replace the usual NS/FW section with an AU section:

Loke is the real name of a veteran competitive gamer who goes by the online handle Leo (and yes, he can be a furry if you're the type to stan SonicFox or whatever).

He's serious stuff--your friendly neighborhood gamerbro jocks who think they're hot shit at video games would find their asses virtually nuked if they tried to 1v1 him. Games are his life.

He has just started to really build his empire online and translate the world of success in video gaming into something resembling a celebrity-style dating life, when he's challenged by a newcomer only known by the handle "Thunder God". No pfp, no information known, never speaks over voice chat or types messages. He thinks he'll whoop him like all the rest.

You already know what happens--the shocking upset, and legendary gamer Loke is summarily beaten (probably while streaming in front of like 3,000 people) by this mysterious no-face.

This starts up a very public debate wherein Loke is at risk of losing his title and status if he loses again, should Thunder God show his face--because Thunder God is now out there, casually destroying other gaming legends like some silent, deadly assassin. Loke does some investigating all the way down to hiring white-hat hacker Lucy Heartfilia, and decides to find out who this guy is.

When he finally meets up with the guy, he naturally thinks the guy who answers the door is Thunder God's older brother--actually, what he asks is "are you Laxus' dad?" and the death glare he receives induces f e a r.

For reference, Laxus is a 6'3" masc4masc built like a power lifter. His jawline has probably killed people before and his broody vaguely unhappy stare is more suited to indebted college students than pro gamers. Loke flat-out does not believe him when he says he's the Thunder God.

Admittedly, Loke doesn't look much like the picture of 'pro gamer' either--he's handsome and popular and those stylish blue glasses are now an official part of his merch line.

It doesn't take much convincing, though--one round at Super Smash Bros with the most embarrassing joke of a character Laxus can find, and the proof is right there. From there on out, a rivalry is cemented, with Loke swearing to beat Laxus in an upcoming tournament and Laxus basically going "yeah, whatever".

Said rivalry starts to turn to affection when Laxus actually...asks Loke to hang out some time. It turns out Laxus is kind of lonely, and Loke basically won't deny him attention if it comes with an attempt to finally beat him at their preferred game. Loke takes it as an opportunity to try and figure out Laxus' tricks, while Laxus uses it to get a cute guy to talk to him.

When Loke actually starts to see Laxus in a different light--as opposed to some upstart asshole threatening his throne--is when Laxus shows him his garage. It's basically a merch display except instead of merch it's priceless gaming arcade memorabilia, all working. You turn off the lights, and the whole place lights up in flourescent and neon lightning like some arcade-hopping teen's fantasy in the 90s. Laxus' dad (Ivan) was a deadbeat who gamed all day instead of finding a job, which is why Laxus is a missed bill away from being destitute...but he left Laxus some killer gaming instincts.

It turns out Laxus is kind of an 'ex-con' of the gaming world--information Lucy and her hacker friend Levy manage to dig up. He was banned from several gaming tournaments because of violent behavior and threats, rendering all his skill at gaming virtually irrelevant. Lucy and Levy recommend using this for blackmail's sake--either Laxus throws the tournament so Loke can keep his title, or Loke can expose his identity if he wins, thus rendering the victory null.

Loke can't go through with it, obviously. It turns out all that time spent with Laxus resulted in *choking noise* actually liking him.

The tournament happens, and predictably, the last two to make it past all the brackets are Loke and Laxus. The two major differences between this match and all the others is that a) Loke actually sort of holds his own, having practiced against Laxus so many times and b) Laxus actually makes use of text chat. They send messages back and forth throughout their fight.

It's long-winded, but Laxus wins, effectively becoming the Rey Mysterio of the gaming world. Loke, however, gets to keep his reputation intact by taking his career off in a new direction. After the courtesy 'good game man' messages left in chat, Loke types out 'wanna go out to dinner sometime'.

Laxus accepts in front of like a million viewers and boom, they're a power couple now.

after way too long, Act 1 is finally fucking done, yet the more I read it, the shorter it feels. I can’t tell if it’s because I don’t need to absorb the tutorial stuff due to being familiar with the comic already, or because I’m anticipating when shit really goes crazy later on. maybe a bit of both. it certainly preps me for the art style, the flowery language, the weird humor, and so on.

I can say that Act 1 is

nothing groundbreaking and not the best,

I get that it’s a bit slow and nothing really happens, but I’m able to entertain myself with the page to page shenanigans and good character interactions.

Loke, Uthorim, Jelani and Angelus all sitting around a campfire in the wooded part of Egret Tours Marina overlooking the Red Rocket filling station turned diner. Loke and Uthorim recently married and both still feeling that tingling happy feeling in the pit of their stomachs. Neither of them able to stop smiling.

Jelani happy that he only had one but small panic attack that day and glad he felt okay now, the teddy bear Angelus gave him sitting comfortably on his lap in case he needs it. Angelus giddy that Lo, Uth and Jela spent some time that day trying to teach him how to read and train a little.

Dagny, Ayo and Bloodfang circling the four of them as they playfully chase each other. Dagny yipping at her two pups to encourage them to keep chasing her.

The four of them sharing snacks, tea, coffee and soda while warming themselves up by the fire and laugh as the pups keep running after Dagny. Occasionally looking at the rest of the settlers, some enjoying dinner, others on the dock dancing to songs they've heard over a hundred times, some on the side doing some night fishing.

Eventually Dagny and the pups get tired of running around so they lie around Jela and Angelus. Loke still confused as to how Jela managed to just get one to follow him home let alone get another for himself and one for his boyfriend but ever so grateful he did because that derpy little weird coyote-snake-dog thing had saved son's life more times than he cares to admit. Smiling as he sees Jelani sleepily lean on Angelus and Angelus wrapping an arm around him to make sure he's comfortable. Loke's smile getting bigger as he noticed Uthorim gently leaning on him as he wrapped both arms around his waist and Loke resting his head on his.

You sat in your office, in one of New York's skyscrapers, staring at the computer in front of you, highly concentrated. You wouldn't say you loved your work from the bottom of your heart, but it was alright. A good way to earn money.

Suddenly you felt your phone vibrate in the pocket of your jeans, alerting you that someone had send you a message. Your face lit up. Probably it was your boyfriend. You had told him to text you as soon as he would be back from the mission he went on with a few of the other Avengers. You fished for your phone, quickly checking the message - and indeed, it was from Loki. But the text he had send you didn't seem happy at all. It was a simple 'I'm home'. Nothing more. You got suspicious immediately. This wasn't Loki's usual text style... He loved to use emojis and therefore texted you a ton of heart and kissy face emojis... Something was definitely wrong - you could clearly tell. You gazed on the big clock, hanging in your office. Almost 4 p.m... You would've clocked out in thirty minutes anyway, so you decided to clock out a bit earlier today, to get home as fast as possible. After all, you didn't know what happened - or well, how bad the thing was which had happened.

After saying goodbye to your colleagues, you left the office and stepped out of the big skyscraper - into the pouring rain. Great, you thought, before you quickly ran for your bus stop. To your luck, the next bus came ten minutes later, driving you back home to the Avengers compound.

The bus ride went by uneventful, except for the still heavily pouring rain clattering against the big window panes. Arrived at the bus stop you had to get out, you made a quick run for the compound as well, storming almost completely soaked through the big doors. "What a shitty weather..." You mumbled to yourself, before making your way up to the thirtieth floor, greeting several familiar faces on your way. Once you made it to the apartment you shared with Loki, you cautiously opened the door, stepping inside. "Lokes?" You called out for him, taking off your shoes. "Babe?" You received no answer. Frowning, you made your way into the living room, noticing that all the lights were out. It was dark in the whole apartment. "Babe?" You called out again, searching for your boyfriend. The last room you checked was the bedroom - in which you finally found him. He laid on the bed, arms crossed behind his head, staring up to the ceiling. You could tell that he had just taken a shower, since his raven curls were still wet; clinging to his neck. He wore some casual clothes. A black t-shirt and some grey sweatpants. "Lokes?" You spoke up again. "Why didn't you answer me? I, uh, called out for you..." "Sorry, love." He simply answered, without looking at you. You lifted an eyebrow, before you sat down on the bed beside him. "Okay, what happened?" Loki sighed dramatically. "Don't say nothing. I know you, so... Spit it out." With a deep breath, the god sat up, looking at you with troubled eyes. "Nothing really drastically. I just... feel out of place from time to time, you know? Especially when I'm on missions." Loki started to explain with a heavy voice. "Sometimes, I have the feeling they all still look at me like I am the biggest war criminal they ever met. They still don't trust me; probably thinking I'd betray them as soon as they turn their back on me. I wouldn't say they hate me, but... I am not the person they want to be around. I can feel it. I am a burden for them, nothing else." He finished, looking down, before he huffed out a sad laugh. "I guess that's all I ever will be... A burden."

Your heart ached at his words, feeling the emotional pain run through your veins. "Hey, hey, hey, Lokes... Look at me, please," you said, now squatting down in front of him. The god merely lifted his head, just enough to look you in the eyes. You raised your hands, cupping his soft, defined cheeks with your palms. "You are not a burden. Not to me anyway. I know exactly how you feel. I was in a quite similar situation, back when I was at school, but that's another story. What I want to say is... I can understand you. I know this sucks and I know your mind is trying to pull you into those deep, dark thoughts, but... You need to fight it. I just talked with Cap yesterday and he told me how impressed he is of you on how much you changed. On how helpful you are for the team." You started to trace your thumbs over his skin, trying to reassure him. "I know, sometimes it feels like nobody accepts you or trusts you or likes you, but... It's not how your brain tells you it is, if you know what I mean. They do accept you Loki. They might not fully trust you yet or know how to interact with you, but they will. Just give them some more time. And let me remind you again... You are not a burden. You'll never be. I love you, Loki. I'll be always here for you." The god looked at you, his lips slowly, but surely curving into a small smile. "I'll try to fight these thoughts. Thank you, my love." You smiled as well, moving your hands to grab his hands. "We'll fight them together, come on." You pulled him up from the bed and dragged him towards the living room.

Arrived there, you switched on the speakers, connected them to the music app on your phone and put on really silly music. Loki frowned, causing you to giggle. You took his hand once again and started to dance. The way you moved was completely silly and bad, but it made Loki crack a big smile - exactly what you wanted. "What is that now, darling?" You giggled once again, before shrugging your shoulders. "You know, whenever you feel bad, I wanna hurry home to you, put on a slow, dumb show for you and crack you up to make all your worries and fears go away." At your words, Loki looked at you with so much love and adoration. "I love you, darling. So, so, much... I don't know how I ever deserve someone kind hearted as you are." "Oh shut it, babe. I love you, too. Now come on." Your boyfriend chuckled, shaking his head and joined you dancing.

You obviously are familiar with Mr & Mrs Smith and the ICONIC Morticia and Gomez dances. However, may I suggest;

"Cell Block Tango" - you know I had to include it.

"Take the Lead" - there's a tango in a detention centre with two people (which is what I was thinking of), but there's also a lovely sandwich tango (iykwim)

Zoro (Capoeira):

I love this. When I heard(read) "dance series" I immediately knew a dance fight style would KILL. I never knew Capoeira before this so I have to thank you for introducing me because *chefs kiss* muah.

I couldn't find many Capoeira scenes in movies or shows, but from what I did see there's a lot of break-dance-esque leg action. So I gotta suggest the Eggsy vs Gazelle fight from Kingsmen. (Side note: the kingsmen movies are actually so camp).

If you don't know, Gazelle is an antagonist with prosthetic legs that are basically spears and she fights with a lot of slashes. The scene is beautiful. Lots of legs swinging, lots of fists flying, very lethal. Lots of physics defying and frankly reality bending moments that fit into the drama of anime fighting, specifically one piece.

Now idk where it would fit but I would kill myself if I didn't mention the Naacho Naacho dance scene (essentially a dance battle) in the movie RRR (seriously good movie, it is v long tho). It's an Indian movie set during the war of the English colonisation. One of the main characters has a crush on a white girl who invites him to a party, and his friend tags along for moral support. They use the power of friendship and dance to defeat a racist white guy who thinks that they're not sophisticated bc they don't even know how to dance any of his fancy dances (which aren't even english dances, by the way) by dancing a dance that gets everyone to join bc it's so fun, and they manage to continue dancing as everyone falls around them bc of the pace and stamina needed. If you watch none of the scenes I've suggested, please watch this one.

Idgaf abt the violent femmes cause i heard their four songs so much as a kid and my mom would act loke theyre the greatest band ever like theyre the vu or some shit but ive acquired a cd of their first album w/ those four songs bcuz some1 on ebay was selling it along w/ the velvet undergrounds self titled album for like only 6$ and i messaged them for more pics and felt like i had to get it after they responded w/ pics so yeas and today felt kinda like some character listening to violent femmes while driving to target to run errands in my short shorts so yeaa.
