KinnPorsche's character's name's meaning
พอร์ช - พชร กิตติสวัสดิ์ Porsche - Phachara Kittisawat
Phachara - diamond
Kitti - rumour, fame, renown, report, praise, laudation, exaltation
Sawat - happiness, goodness, prosperity
คินน์ - อนาคินน์ ธีรปัญญากูร Kinn - Anakin Teerapanyakun
Anakin - I can't find any meaning. Perhaps the author is a Star Wars fan? But nakin's homophone (นาคินทร์) meaning is king of serpents. "A" in front of words is usually equivalent to English's not/non, but I don't think that is the case here.
Teera - sage, witty, intelligent, prosperous, stable, strong.
panya - intellect, wisdom, culture, wit
kun - It might be offspring, lineage, but I'm not sure.
คิม - คิมหันต์ ธีรปัญญากูร Kim - Kimhan Teerapanyakun
Kimhan - summer
ปอเช่ - พิชญะ กิตติสวัสดิ์ Porche - Pitchaya Kittisawat
Pitchaya - sage
เวกัส - กรวิศว์ ธีรปัญญากูร Vegas - Kornwit Teerapanyakun
Kornwit - Bible says it means beloved, dear, endearing. But Korn means hand, arm, maker, the creator, the initiator, the cause. and Witsawa (วิศว), which I assume is what Wit came from, means all, entire, whole, all around. So Kornwit might mean something along the lines of the creator of everything.
พีท - พงศกร แสงธรรม Pete - Pongsakorn Saengtham
Pongsakorn - Founder of the family, ancestors.
Saeng - light, shine
Tham - doctrine, teaching of Buddha, dharma, good, righteousness, virtue, morality, truth, right principles , scruples
คุณ - แทนคุณ ธีรปัญญากูร Khun - Tan Khun Teerapanyakun
Tan Khun - show gratitude to
อาร์ม - อาชวิน Arm - Ashwin
Ashwin - honest person
พล Pol
Pol - force, general
น้ำผึ้ง กิตติสวัสดิ์ Nampeung Kittisawat
Nampeung - honey
Tawan
Sun
Other things
What is that thing Pete wai in Vegas's house?
I'm not sure either, but Build said he wai The Sanxing. That scene is an improv on his part.
Merit and the next life.
In Thai belief, sometimes we have a chance to meet loved ones because we have accumulated merits together with them since the life before this one. It is known as tam bun rûuam châat dtàk bàat rûuam kăn (ทำบุญร่วมชาติ ตักบาตรร่วมขัน). tam bun rûuam châat means make merit together in this life and dtàk bàat rûuam kăn means put food offerings into a Buddhist monk's bowl together, referring to how you make merit together in the past life. Now that both KinnPorsche and VegasPete got a chance to make merit together, they will have a chance to meet again in the next life. Well, it's a sweet concept, but when Vegas says it, it sounds so threatening lol
Their names origin
Disclaimer: I have read novels but that was years ago. I don't remember much. This is secondary data. So about Porsche and Porchay, their parents named him Porsche because they do business importing cars, namely Porsche cars. And when they have a second child, they want to tell their children that they love both of them equally and will give everything to them equally, including their names. It's quite common for Thai parents to name their children in a set anyway. Next, Khun, Kinn, and Kim. Nampeung is the one who get to name Khun, and she names him that in the hope that he will grow up and be a grateful son who will return the favour to his parents in the future. She may be sarcastic if she actually despises Khun Korn. Kinn and Kim got their nicknames based on Thankhun's nickname being Khun, and then got their first names from that, plus Kim was born in summer.
Pete's habit
You may have noticed Pete's habit of running his hands over his head and hair after wai something. It means he hopes to receive blessings from things he wai. Many people do things like that after listening to a sermon too, or even when the elder talks on a special occasion or anything that can be seen as auspicious, while others just don't. It's mostly a matter of habit.
Someone asked me in another work, so I thought I'd include it here as well.
*If you think this is similar to something you see in AO3, it's because it used to be on AO3.

i’ve been up all night? so have 1k-ish of the Kinnporsche/Saezuru fic i’m working on
because depressive episode may say no sleep for me but fuck it? i will get my dopamine in other ways. yall will validate me right lol and who needs context :P
“Kinn and I have been talking-”
“How’ve you managed that with his dick so far down your throat?”
Porsche laughs at that. A real laugh, so loud he actually seems shocked by it and covers his mouth. His eyes sparkle and he grins at Vegas like the friends they absolutely are not and slaps him on the shoulder. “Vegas.”
“Yeah?”
“Remember in the warehouse?”
“I remember a lot of things about the warehouse. Which thing in particular?”
Porsche rolls his neck on the couch away and then back. “You said you’d been talking to the Yakuza for a long time. How long?”
“Who’s asking?”
“Does it matter?”
“Yes.”
Porsche licks his lips. “What if it was Korn?”
“Back then? I’d have said a year.”
“If I say Kinn?”
“2019.”
Porsche sits up and puts his hands on his knees. “Vegas, how long have you been talking to the Yakuza?”
Vegas makes himself stay loose and relaxed, the same puddle he's been on his couch he's been in since Porsche made himself at home. He's got practice at this, making himself feel comfortable in places he shouldn't be, making it real for himself so that it can be real for everyone else. The only thing he does to give any indication of being moved by the probing is to set his laptop aside. “I don’t know Porsche. How long do you think I’ve been talking to the Yakuza?”
“Arm's got reports of you making contact with Sanwakai in 2018.”
Vegas shrugs. “Then 2018.”
“Vegas.”
He makes himself focus on how stupid Porsche's hair looks. It is fucking ridiculous gelled like that, like a kid playing dress up. It's hilarious. Ah, yeah, ha, there it is. That gets him the droll edge he needs to put the droll tone he wants in his voice. “Porsche.”
“How long?”
Oh. Fuck. He really did miss this. He gives Porsche a lazy look that is more at his hair than his face. “Does it matter?”
“Was it just the Italians and the Yakuza?”
Vegas sighs and drums his fingers on his laptop. “I’m going to be an English teacher Porsche.”
Porsche tilts his head and his hair doesn’t move. He shakes his head and lets out a sigh that is almost a laugh. “You…you’re really good at this aren’t you? You might be the best of all of us.”
That fucking hurts. It probably shouldn’t. Vegas really does love what he’s doing, working with words every day, in peace, without pressure or pain, but it cuts him that Porsche is the Head of the Minor Family and that should have been his seat. He can’t forget it, no matter how happy he is, and he is happy. There is a piece of bitterness lodged in Vegas, a small but a sharp one roughly the size of the crest in his father's ring that lives at the back of his throat behind his tonsils that sometimes not even Pete’s tongue and fingers and cock can reach on the worst days, that slices him open and some days, he thinks he tastes blood.
Because, goddamnit, Vegas was good. What’s more, he was better than Kinn because where Kinn was Fred Astaire Vegas has always had to be Ginger Rogers, doing it all backwards and in heels to less attention and no acclaim. But unlike Kinn, who wanted nothing to do with any of it but the privilege, Vegas actually had the bloodlust needed to be good at planning and hunting and ruling. He hated what his father put him through but when he was left to the chase? Fuck, he loved it. There were times when he was given men, tools and a task for days or weeks or months to accomplish his goals like the warlord he’d been raised to be. In those periods of free reign, Vegas felt like his body and blood were living music. Kinn? Kinn was an empty shell acting out of obligation and had been since about five minutes after those sickos dropped Tankhun back on the family property. The fact that Vegas was never allowed to defeat a hollow homunculus like that was fucking infuriating as Vegas found himself in a terrible tug-o-war with his father’s expectations and his desire to get closer to that dizzying high that brought him one step closer a fucking godhood, ever single time. It wasn’t sane or healthy but at least it was something real. He could feel those things and he did, in impossible, nauseating intensity. He’d take that over whatever refrigerated museum display case Kinn was living in.
It had somehow gotten him this life, where he got to take care of his brother while he finished school and he got to have Pete, drag Pete into the dark corners of their home and do terrible things to him that they both want, that they both love, or be sweet to him until they both can’t stand it, and either way, he gets to take care of Pete afterwards. And he has a future that doesn’t have to compete with Kinn.
But that sharp bitter crest in his throat scratches him now. So what he says to Porsche is a flat, cool, “Yes,” because it's true.
Vegas had been the most capable general in the divided mess that was the Theerapanyakul Army. And his father died never knowing what Vegas did or could do because Phaw never looked past what he explicitly ordered.  There are accounts, lockers and deposit boxes scattered all sorts of insurance policies and time bombs waiting to be picked up or set off scattered across Thailand, Singapore, Switzerland, the Cayman Islands, China, Japan, Russia and the US that Vegas has left behind that – as far as he knows – no one has any idea about besides the escorts who he sent on to their retirements, all people with vulnerable families he saw neatly cared for in exchange for silence and absence.Yet Uncle Korn hasn't even begun to imagine them all and hiding them from the master of information and power in the Family is one of Vegas's greatest tactical achievements but Phaw would never have thought to look he didn't believe Vegas could…anything. But he is. He was. He was the best. It feels like cold air on his skin and heat across his chest. It's like he is suddenly less thirsty and he didn't know he wanted water.
“But I don't need it to teach." He makes himself believe that. He can want this life. He does want it actually. He doesn't want to keep hurting all the time. Just talking to Porsche like this is pulling him places he doesn't want to go. "And like I said, I’m not the guy who’s dick you suck so I ask again, what do you want, Porsche?”
“The Family wants you to go to Japan.”
