I discovered this little gem at one of my favorite bookstores in the world, @eighthdaybooks. Kabir is a religious ecstatic poet who I hadn’t previously known much about. This is a lovely collection with helpful contextualization and notes on previous translations. . . My November wrap-up looks more like my November TBR than I would have expected! I started out this month *so strong* (most of these books I finished by the 19th), then was completely derailed by preparations for a Holiday Ornament Party I threw. Ah, well. . I enjoyed all of these — probably Trainwreck the most (one of those books that is great for learning the kind of anecdotes you’ll just have to repeat to everyone you know for weeks) and World of Wakanda the least (I was not prepared for how much territory it would retread from Black Panther).
