What a horrible ending! Can Sophie please see that On Thin Ice therapist? And why were we forced to forgive that horrible manipulative excuse for a "friend"??? Manipulative to the end! Confessing right before dying is just so incredibly low! She just let her go through panic attacks, let her boyfriend take the fall for her, and Sophie doesn't even recognise at the end that she's been manipulated into being the version Flo wants her to be? Ughhhh I hate this book with a passion, I'm so angry about it. Even the "good" ending with high vixen points and choosing to go to Prague is completely superficial and vague??? WTF. What a waste of diamonds. Diego's path was lacklustre to say the least, too. Just, ugh. I'm seriously glad that's over.

While trying to change phones I overwrote my progress and now my account is reset. I have tried several times to get help from the support function on the app but receive no response. I'm fucking gutted.

I had a 400+ day login streak but what's more is the financial investment in diamond choices and finished stories that is now just... gone...

I know its just a game but to have to restart all these stories ive already finished... I'm just sad about this.

I replayed STW a few times the last few days. Turns out path of the vixen ending is the most disjointed (Sophie reiterates about a billion times she wants to be a teacher etc, but then in path of the vixen just.... gives it up to live like Flo aka the bitch). The wallflower path, while being weak in certain respects, was still enjoyable to play and the endings of being in NY or moving to Prague were both great. And her waiting to hear from her PhD committee literally gave me chills 😂 (I was in academia before!).

I really really dislike that the book ends on such a negative note regarding Flo, and nothing at all is resolved. Not to mention all the pain Olympics she plays with herself! And there's so much irrelevant filler crap that's really annoying having to fast tap through.

LI wise, I've tried Diego, Mitch, and Benedict. Diego was great but absent for large stretches of time. We do however know the most about him - we even meet his family. Mitch is an emotionally unavailable stranger. Benedict however is chef's kiss, although still would love to know more about him. And Haku's scene is good too. I guess basically STW is super lacking in LIs as well.
