Mam czas do konca wrzesnia, jakies 6 tygodni. Jesli bede chudla po 2 kg na tydzien to na wyjazd bede wazyc 12kg mniej zostanie mi 8 kg do mojego ugw. Zebym osiagnela ugw do wyjazdu musze na tydzien chudnac 3,6 kg. 2 kg na tydzien to malo o 3,6 to srednio ale uznajmy ze duzo wiec gdybym spalala 3 kg to na wyjazd wazylabym 2 kg wiecej niz moje ugw.

Moi drodzy dawno mnie tu nie było

W skrócie to musiałam jeść normalnie przez to że w wakacje bardzo szybko schudłam co było po mnie widać i przez to że moja mama była ciągle w domu i nie miałam jak unikać jedzenia. Ale powoli chciałabym wrócić do zwyczaji bo zdrowe jedzenie zaczyna mnie już wkurzać:) póki co spróbuję jeść jak najmniej ale dopiero w zimie będę mogła tak naprawdę się w to wkręcić. W ciągu wakacji trochę schudłam (-5kg w miesiąc) ale do Ugw brakuje mi jeszcze -5kg i nie zamierzam poddać się póki nie osiągnę celu. Narazie zaczynam spokojnie. Zapisałam się na siłownię więc regularnie będę spalala kalorie na bieżni 😍 w szkole nie jem też śniadań i rzadko kiedy jem obiady. Nie wiem kiedy na dobre wrócę do any ale oby jak najszybciej (:

Potrzebuje rady, no wiec sytuacja przedstawia sie tak: Chodze na karate (2h tygodniowo) do tego dochodzi wf (4x tygodniowo) i sama cwicze w domu (okolo 0,5h dziennie i zamierzam to zwiekszyc do 1h) i oprocz tego chcialam sie zapisac na kick boxing (2h tygodniowo) ale nie wiem czy to juz nie za duzo. Na pewno byloby mnie mniej w domu wiec tez mniej bym jadla i wiecej spalala ale na pewno tez wyrobilabym sobie miesnie bardziej i nie wiem czy tego chce. Mam z czegos zrezygnowac?
