A pic I drew last year of my characters Gavin and Amira. I love them so much. 😭  He’s a technomage from an affluent family and she’s country girl alchemist. I was drawing a ton of mushy art last year, but this year I’m actually working on the stories.  I think the last time I posted them together she was in her human form, but she has two forms that she (and other animal folk in my stories) shift between depending on magic use. They are decedents of cursed humans and are considered a sub-species of human. Gavin’s just a pureblood human, though.

But I don’t think it would solve it. From my read of Shen Jiu, there isn’t a whole lot of difference between “being abandoned deliberately” and “being abandoned because they are so bad at cultivation, yet somehow better than you.”

i was gonna make a joke about how origins!jordan probably eats redstone, but then i realized that mianite!jordan would 100% do the same. any and every iteration of captainsparklez gulps down redstone like it’s protein powder. even cc!jordan would probably try it at least once just to “see what it does”

Have you seen the trailer for ‘the villainess is a marionette’? It’s a Korean isekai webtoon that’s getting a live action adaptation now.

i wasn't aware it was getting an adaptation! i probably won't watch it because i'm primarily reading it for the art
