I was walking quickly through the rain, pulling my coat around me desperate to get home. That’s when I heard the boisterous laughter. Slurred compliments were thrown my way. I walked faster but they sounded like they were getting closer.

“Please no,” I said to myself.

“Bitch! Why aren’t you answering us!” One of the shouted. I took out my phone, risking it getting wet.

“Hey dad, yes I’m just on my way home,” I said.

“We know that trick,” said one of the men. My phone was yanked from my hand. I was pulled around.

I was terrified as I was faced with five people. Not just any type of people, men. The looked like wolves with their gleaming teeth.

I tried to run, but I was caught instantly by one of the men. I let out a scream but a hand was slapped over my mouth. They were dragging me into an alley.

Fear made my heart pound in my ears. I was squeezing my eyes shut, trying to disassociate. I remembered all the tips people gave women who were in situations like this. But that was for one assailant, how could I possibly fight my way out of this?

Suddenly, there was a shout and the hands let me go. I opened my eyes and saw him, my hero. Spider man had stuck one man to the wall. He was aggressive kicking and punching the others. I’d never seen him be so aggressive. It must’ve been the nature of the crime. Soon enough they were all fought off.

“Thank you, this is the second time you saved me,” I smiled at him. He was hanging upside down from a web.

“Just being your friendly neighbour hood Spider-Man,” he said.

“Could I maybe, thank you?” I asked, taking a step forward and and biting my lip.

“Good ahead,” he said slowly. I stepped forward again and rolled down the bottom of his mask. I pressed my lips to his. He deepened the kiss. Rain water mixed between our lips and I sighed happily into the kiss. I stepped back with a grin.

“That was a pretty good thank you,” he said, and I could now see his smile.

“I enjoyed it too,” I said.

“May I swing the lady home?” He asked.

“Absolutely,” I said. He got down and gathered me in his arms. I clung to him as we soared through the air, smiling hard into his suit.

“Have a good night,” he said as he swung into the distance. I ran into my house to update my blog excitedly.
