The wise Ben Sira dedicated his heart to the study of the most excellent science, the wisdom, because whoever understands and practices it, more than happy, is blessed. The beatitude as taught in the Bible is not only happiness, but also peace, and the understanding of the truth itself. Wisdom is not simply something beautiful or desirable, but a science with a deep practical sense, because wisdom seeks assertiveness in decisions in a world where appearances, passions, and ignorance prevail; that is why teaching wisdom to the common and simple people is to educate to this same people to make decisions with intelligence, and teaching to anticipate problems when they are small. And with this intention, Ben Sira gave his spiritual thoughts to the readers and scholars of his book. When a wise man teaches, he does this activity not for a selfish profit, or to gain honors, or to deceive others; when a wise man teaches, he does it to inspire others, so that people become a little more similar to God every day of their lives, because as Thomas Aquinas said, no one is corrupted in the hands of a wise man. In other words, the teacher Ben Sira wanted with all his heart, as a good sage, to share his knowledge about wisdom with all people, to make the world a better world to live in; that is why with these words, he left us at the end of his book a beautiful reflection not to forget: "Wise instruction, appropriate proverbs, I have written in this book— I, Yeshua Ben Eleazar Ben Sira— as they poured forth from my heart's understanding. Happy those who meditate upon these things; wise those who take them to heart! If they put them into practice, they can cope with anything, for the fear of the LORD is their lamp." Ben Sira 50:27-29.

Fuck it, I'll say it. The fact that we learned how to self-program the way we did (yes I'm looking at you, Cyan, but I'm also looking at Lilu and Banica) is strange. Observing alters picked up tricks from hypnosis since about the start of it. I think that was in early 2015, which would place it after the incident with a very nasty entity that jumped an online connection I had made because I actually made a bracelet for her and sent it (we were... used for energy because it held a grudge against my dad (how his whole body shifted when he saw her drawing of it was alarming)). The whole thing also broke us (again, but differently). I know that before, Cyan was the one who separated us to stop us fighting constantly. Probably so we could actually focus, I guess. So it makes sense that it would pick up mind skills. But it's still strange. I really don't get it. Because all it really takes is going into a nice trance and letting any of them just... fiddle around. Cyan first, though, then I guess it taught Sammy.
Was Cyan just following tracks laid down intermittently by others when we were a young kid? Because fundamentalist Christianity is really good at putting you in an open, vulnerable state. Cyan was just kind and trying to undo the damage to our mind. As well as help us explore what we like. Our fairy godmother, indeed.

Material things
Iron and steel will bend and sway Silver and gold will fade away. Wood and stone fall apart For in the end this world all depart. Material things meet an eventual end The timing is a mystery we never know when So let them go, why hold them close You will only lose them and feel it most Spiritual things, the emotional jewels Treasures laughed at by material fools Who spend their time…

Kitchen Staples and Their Properties
If you're any kind of kitchen user, there are a few things that are usually present. Things like bread, cheese, beans, and vinegar are all things that many kitchens keep in stock. So, here is a list of some staples you may have in your kitchen, and what they mean.
Bread: health, abundance, the hearth, kindship
Beans: wisdom in choices, luck, money, divination, prosperity
Butter: peace, friendships/relationships, spirituality
Cheese: goal completion, happiness, moon magic, health
Eggs: feminine/goddess magic, fertility, mysticism
Honey: joy, love, sex, wisdom, lust, purification, health
Milk (Cow's): feminine parenthood/guidance, love, sustenance, spirituality,
Rice: fertility, protection, luck, money, growth
Salt: purification, protection, grounding, cleansing
Sugar: banishing negativity, love, affection, invoking kindness/sweetness
White Vinegar: cleansing, purification, protection
Adding some things together melds their properties! Cooking in butter for your friends can strengthen your relationships with them, and baking bread can bring abundance into your home.
As always, do your research, practice safely, and blessed be!
