Okay, so can we just notice the fact that in 11×15 "Beyond the Mat" first we see Dean complementing his childhood idol and being very very awkward about it like it was with dr. sexy AND THEN Sam is talking with this woman telling her that she was his first crush

I didn’t think the episode “Baby” was that great.  The concept was good, but I guess watching Dean get his ass kicked for the last half hour and very little Sam was just not entertaining for me.  And Sam having sex in the back seat, but him not actually being in the scene was just weird.

Insane amount of hero worship for Cas going on after Casifer reassures Dean about Amara. Dean is like OF COURSE I'LL LET HIM TRY TO FLY ME ANYWHERE TO ANY TIME

SAM: Yeah, I'd say so. I mean, tides took the wreckage, submersibles have been trying to locate it for years. I mean if James Cameron and his Avatar billions can't find it… DEAN: Yeah, but - we have something James Cameron doesn't have. (Cas.)

...

LUCIFER AS CAS: It's perfect. And I can get you back there. SAM: Without wings? Cas, you can't even teleport. LUCIFER AS CAS: Time travel, is a, it's a whole different system. DEAN: Told ya!

'Yes, Dean is desperate for a weapon to defeat the Darkness, but he also felt so comforted, so reassured by his last interaction with Cas that he's full-on faith in believing Cas can and will do everything to protect him. Cas makes Dean feel safe. Protected.

But then, heartbreakingly:

LUCIFER AS CAS: I won't let him out of my sight. SAM: You'll stay by his side the entire time? LUCIFER AS CAS: I will. ...

[DEAN stands in the middle of a submarine, LUCIFER nowhere to be seen. He is surrounded by sleeping soldiers.] DEAN: (whispering) Cas? [DEAN backs up slowly, unsure of what to do, taking in his new surroundings.] DEAN: (whispering) Cas?

people being like: "there were plenty of other people who played Lucifer well besides Cas/Misha". Yes, I do agree, but I fear Misha was absolutely amazing when taking on the characteristics of Lucifer, as he was possessing Cas during that portion. LIKEEEEE

season 11 tries SO HARD to convince the audience that dean and amara have a connection when they don’t have even an ounce of the chemistry of dean and abaddon have in season 9. abaddon is like “i want to wear your skin i want to live inside you i want to use your hands to kill and make you watch” and amara is like “we have matching tattoos”

never felt closer to dean winchester than when he came up with some lame excuse to go for a beer run with cas at the end of s11 and then worked up the courage to actually say nice things to him and then BAAAAM words started to run faster than brain cells and he yapped about best friends and brothers and family ???? and honestly? this one time interrupting!sam really saved him cause god knows what he was gonna say next trying to come out of this mess.
