Why only see manifesting as oh I can only manifest this, but I can’t manifest that? Open your eyes. You finally know how to get everything you want, just by your thoughts. You finally can get that dream bod, or the long natural 40 inch hair you always wanted, or that A-List Celebrity, or that job EVERYTHING. You’re now finally spiritually awake. So see the world from a different view. You can’t know about the law and still look at the world the same. You don’t get passed around by awful circumstances because you now know you are god, and you’re in control. So why aren’t you using your power to your advantage? Your reality, your rules. Why not fulfill every.single.one. of your desires you always wanted? Life is not suppose to be miserable, especially for someone who controls every aspect in their life. SO WAKE TF UP, AND STAND TF UP. We aren’t being a victim, you been in that state way too long before you even knew about the law. Wouldn’t it feel good getting everything you ever wanted, instantly when you want it?? Manifesting is such a cheat code, it’s not even fair. There is nothing outside of you stopping you from getting what you want. There’s only you. There’s nobody deciding, saying β€œno you can’t have that” and this is where start seeing manifesting from a different view. How I manifest

Hey guys! I’m gonna be sharing how I manifest personally πŸ’—
Now I use SATS/Lullaby method to manifest, as I find using β€œsleep” methods much easier.
THE STEPS:
1. I choose my desire. It can be anything because I am powerful! For example, let’s say I was manifesting a new phone.
2. Get οΏΌcomfy and relaxed. You can relax in any way that you please, me personally I like to do deep breathing, imagine myself in a serene jungle or forest, and just think of scenarios in my head. It can be anything! Maybe drink some hot beverage, β˜•οΈ or watch a movie?
3. Get into SATS. I like to vaunt about my desires rather than visualize, because vaunting is more β€œfulfilling” in my opinion rather than visualizing.
4. Do the method. Then, I just vaunt about my desires like I am having a conversation with someone! Example: β€œI love my new phone, I got a cute phone case too! It works so fast and it’s such a good phone!” And I really feel it real, I feel as if I have it because I do. Then, I fall asleep in the state of wish fulfilled! πŸ’—
Then I have my desire the next day! Yay!
How I use the lullaby method for the void state:
1. I do the vaunting method that I stated above. And I vaunt about how I am a void state master and I really feel it real.
2. I stop vaunting. When I feel like no longer vaunting, I start affirming for the void state. Here are some affirmation ideas:
I am a void state master
I am in the void state
I am aware of the void state
I am pure consciousness
3. I fall asleep saying those affirmations. Then BOOM! I’m in the void state!

technically this should be step zero. but it's important to get clear on what you actually want. there are a lot of ways to do this. below i've compiled a small list for you!
- look into archetypes + system. they are patterns and associations based on body type, facial features, and personality traits. (i know there's ones that exist for feminine presenting people, i'm not sure about masculine presenting people. you are obviously not obligated to follow these, but they can be fun sometimes, especially if you're looking to curate a specific image of yourself.)
- observe the people you admire. this is a great way to try and find patterns in the people you look up to. (for example, i tend to gather inspiration from celebrities who have very youthful, sweet, and angelic faces. this helped me realize what my desired face was.)
- get creative. use faceswap and apps similar to blend together people you want to look like! if the beauty you're going for is more conceptual, make a collage board of things that visually describe your beauty. (for example, my collage board included things like cats, bunnies, deer, angels, dolls, etc.)
- you can also look at pinterest and save images of bodies, body parts, and facial features to help you know you want. this is especially useful if you're a person who has trouble keeping track of things you're manifesting.
- write a list of all the features you want. (notion is a great app to make lists and sort things if you don't enjoy using paper.)
- if you just want to become better looking overall, your subconscious knows what you truly want, so don't stress about specifying it if you're having trouble doing so.
β™‘- knowing that we are limitless can be a very freeing feeling, but it's important to remember that just because we can do something, doesn't mean we should do something. remember to be critical of what you want, especially when it comes to manifesting appearance changes. society has taught most of us what we are supposed to deem beautiful and healthy and what is ugly and unhealthy. do not allow indoctrination to control you. read this for more clarification.

fulfilling yourself is the most important part of the process. you must do it continuously until you feel as if you no longer need to do it because your desires are truly yours. you do not engage in methods to get anything, creation is finished. this post focuses specifically on fulfilling yourself using the state akin to sleep. there's many tutorials that already exist, explaining how to get to the state. here's a few of my personal favorites: 1, 2, 3, 4.
i personally have trouble quieting my mind down and getting into the state of thinking about my desires, so i like to either listen to music or do a meditation beforehand. here are some mediations i enjoy using: 1, 2,. while i relax my body, i sometimes listen to soundscapes to calm myself down (1, 2, 3,). depending on how i feel, i will either use the lullaby method or visualize. below, I've listed some ideas for imaginal scenarios.
- people asking you if you're [insert celebrity/person] because you look just like them!
- overhearing people gossiping about you, and accusing you of having work done when you're really just a natural beauty
- people constantly asking you for makeup tutorials or what your skincare routine is
- seeing yourself on thumbnails of subliminals/seeing yourself all over pinterest
- getting showered with compliments everywhere you go, people give you things for free and do you favors bc of how beautiful you are
β™‘- you don't have to fall asleep in the state for it to work. it's beneficial, but not essential. i personally like to do sats visualization midday, and the lullaby method at night.
β™‘- try not to make your scenarios too convoluted or have too much going on, especially if you're going to fall asleep looping it. it will be more difficult to keep track of what's going on as you slip farther into sleep. (from personal experience, the people in my scenario start slurring their words when i get too sleepy during a complicated sats scenario.)
β™‘- sats also works for revision. just imagine scenarios working the way you wanted them to, or an event in the past, and imagine you had your desired appearance then.
as for the lullaby method, here are some phrases you can repeat.
- it is done.
- i am stunning.
- i am beautiful.
- it is finished.
- i am free.
- it has been this way.
β™‘- remember that while doing this, you don't have to feel any particular emotion. you don't need to feel happy, grateful, sad, or peaceful. if you do that's great, and if you don't, that's also perfectly fine. knowing isn't this wise, specific feeling, it's just being aware and accepting what you have as truth. the device you're using to read this post now exists, right? you know you just have it. that's how it should feel to you while fulfilling yourself. it is also okay for the scenario/phrase to not feel natural at first. just keep doing it and eventually the sense of realness will begin to set in.

the art of detatchment is an essential one. detatchment doesn't refer to completely neglecting 3d responsibilities, shutting yourself in a dark room, not going to the bathroom, or not showeringβ€” it means do whatever you need to in the outer world, but don't identify with anything that doesn't align with your desires. if you find yourself crying about how ugly you are, seek comfort in imagination and remind youself that the true you, the inner you, doesn't cry over their appearance because they are confident in how they look.
detatchment includes stopping yourself from controlling things that don't manifest, like thoughts. stop thought flipping, forcing yourself to think positively, and putting yourself on these super strict mental diets because they don't solve the real issue. thoughts stem from states, and they do not manifest anything. you have the power to reject thoughts that don't align with your desires, and accept the ones that do. anything you think that aligns with your desire say "i accept this thought." and anything that doesn't, simply say "i reject this thought." as soon as you fully fulfill yourself, your thoughts will begin to naturally flow from your new dwelling state (the wish fulfilled). you should not be burning yourself out, take it easy.
detatchment also refers to letting go of the how. logic and law of assumption absolutely do not mix, they're oil and water. you have to let go of logical limitations and focus only on the end result. obsessing about waking up with your new appearance or revising it is not going to help you. how you get your desires is not your problem, nor your job. you do not need to take any sort of 3d action, like working out or eating well (although this is a great thing to do, of course!). mental work is the only work you need to do. everything else will simply fall into place, that's the law.

persistence is another important aspect of manifestation. you cannot manifest anything without some degree of persistence. once you decide you have something in imagination, you have to remain faithful to the idea. you can't continually go back to wanting your desire when you've decided it belongs to you in imagination. persisting in the idea that you truly have what you want will end your hunger and allow you to feel free and fulfilled.
a good way to continually fulfill yourself is to set up a sort of routine, like entering sats before getting out of bed each morning, or doing the lullaby method as you fall asleep. as neville said, we are creatures of habit, and habit acts as law, even though it is not. changing your negative habit of remaining in an undesired state into a positive one of consistently remaining in a desired state is very beneficial in solidifying persistence. your routine doesn't have to be extremely convoluted or detailed, it just has to be consistent, like skincare. you don't see results if you only wash your face once a day, you have to persist in your assumptions for them to become facts.

the sabbath is the rest period in which you are completely aware that you have your desires, and know that they absolutely must materialize. although the experience of the sabbath can be slightly different for everyone, what typically happens during this stage is:
- feeling no desire to use any methods (why would you need methods if you know you have your desire?)
- not feeling anything towards your desire (in the same way you feel nothing towards objects in your 3d, you just know they exist)
- thoughts naturally flow from the state of having your desires
- not spiraling or wavering

question: is the lullaby method just vain affirming?
answer: according to neville, it is not. i am aware some blogs say you can just affirm, but he has always suggested to add feeling to your words, as feeling acts like glue, connecting the imagined reality to the physical one. (again, the feeling is not an emotional one, but rather a feeling of knowing.)
question: minnie, i'm always reminded of my 3d appearance by my family/friends, what do i do?
answer: i think this ask would be helpful!
question: what if i am unable to visualize?
answer: use your other senses (smell, touch, taste, hearing). you can also try studying images of whatever you want to visualize to make them stick in your mind.
question: i can't get into sats on my own, i need guidance, any suggestions?
answer: this meditation is absolutely perfect!
β™‘οΈŽ- stop overconsuming information! you know everything you need to know. there are no more new discoveries to be made. the law is easy and simple. get off tumblr if you're using it in hopes of finding some kind of life-changing information, because you will not find it.
β™‘οΈŽ- stop procrastinating. no, that youtube video you're choosing to fall asleep to isn't going to fulfill you, but doing the lullaby method will. that video will always be there to watch later. what is more important: your happiness, or your momentary entertainment?
β™‘οΈŽ- forget about time. time is not real. focusing on time is focusing on lack- which isn't what you should be doing. continue to fulfill yourself in imagination. what you experience there must be expressed.
β™‘οΈŽ- don't stop persisting. do not let the lack of results in the outer world deter you. if you really want your desires the way you say you do, is persisting really that much work? if your answer is yes, you probably didn't want it that much in the first place. what do you have to lose by visualizing every night or saying an affirmation as you fall asleep? the law is universal, it does not discriminate. no matter how "long" it takes, it shouldn't be worth giving up if you truly, truly want it.

SATS: State Akin to Sleep Guide
I've mentioned that the SATS method is one of my preferred methods for manifesting and shifting, and as such, a lot of people have asked how I use it. So here's a little guide on what it is, how to do it, etc!

Before I start this guide I need to clarify some things because I often see confusion regarding this matter.
The state akin to sleep is just a state of consciousness. It's not a method.
The SATS method that most people talk about, refers to one example of using this state to manifest. This specific method does include visualization however, there are tons of other SATS methods that don't. I'll be going over the visualization method as well as the lullaby method and mentioning a few other options for you in this guide.
Now that I've got that out of the way!
First, what is SATS?
You sit down for the purpose of creating a state akin to sleep, as though you were sleepy, but do not push the drowsiness too far, just far enough to relax and leave you in control of the direction of your thoughts.

The State Akin To Sleep (ie SATS) is a state of consciousness where a person is completely relaxed, and often somewhat drowsy, yet is still aware of and in control of their thoughts.
This state can happen at any time of the day, however, people are most often aware of it right before they go to sleep and right after they wake up. It's still important to note that you can get into this state whenever you want, not just before sleep!
Now, remember what I said at the very beginning, SATS is just a state of consciousness. There are multiple different methods one can do while in SATS. There are also other things you can do in this state, not just methods! I'll talk about this more further down.
Now that we know what SATS is, let's get into some SATS methods!
Neville Goddard explains one of his personal methods of using SATS to manifest as such:
Get into a completely comfortable position and start to relax
Know what you want to manifest and decide on it beforehand
Decide on a scene to visualize that would imply you have your manifestation (ex: manifesting being rich and visualizing seeing millions in your account/counting money/etc)
Once you've decided both of these things, allow yourself to fully relax and enter sats (try not to think too hard about this - just relax)
The moment you enter this state, visualize your scene on repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.
Another version, the Lullaby Method, is extremely similar but uses repeating affirmations in place of visualizing. So do go through the first two steps and then instead of visualizing a scene, pick one or a few different affirmations to repeat until you fall asleep or decide to stop.
The Vaunting Method is another method that can be done in the state akin to sleep. To do this method, simply pretend to have a conversation with someone of your choice, and then talk/brag about your manifestations. This one is popular with people who don't like repeating the same aff over and over again and prefer their affirmations to sound more natural, hence the conversational tone of it. This method doesn't need to be done in SATS but it is a fun option.
"Feeling it real"
In this feeling, it is easy to touch anything in this world. You take the simple little restricted action which implies fulfillment of your prayer and you feel it or you enact it. Whatever it is, you enter into the action as though you were an actor in the part. You do not sit back and visualize yourself doing it. You do it.

Neville repeats quite often that "feeling it real" is very important to this method. I want to make it clear that 1. you don't need to feel it real and 2. feeling it real is actually a lot easier than people think it is and most people are able to do it.
"Feeling it real" in regard to visualization or affirmations usually refers to that feeling of confidence or assuredness that you already have your manifestation. Say you're manifesting your desired face; feeling it real would come with a feeling of just knowing that you have your DF and the scene that you repeat would actually feel real, not necessarily in a physical sense, but in a way that you know it to be true and you're not just imagining/wishing for it to be. So again, it's not about feeling physical sensations, it's more about feeling the emotions and thoughts that you would feel if you were actually experiencing your desires in the 3D.
For example, if you're manifesting being rich, imagine the emotions and feelings that being rich would give you. Would you feel happy? Comfortable? Secure? If you're manifesting a partner, what emotions would you feel being with them? If you're manifesting a vacation or a new phone or getting accepted into your desired university etcetc, imagine the emotions, thoughts, and feelings you would have if you were experiencing this right now.
Try not to be worried if you can't feel it real or it doesn't come easily to you at first. Tons of people manifest without feeling it real, myself and a lot of other loa blogs here included! It's not necessary, it's just another option that can help. It's another facet of knowing your desires already belong to you. Which... they do! Regardless of your doubts and fears, they belong to you. You already have them. This is partially why feeling it real works and also why it isn't technically necessary. It works because you're acknowledging that you already have it but it's also not necessary because you quite literally already have it, regardless of how you're thinking.
Common Questions
How do you use the SATS method to shift?
It's basically the same thing! Instead of visualizing/affirming something about a manifestation, you would just visualize/affirm your DR/WR.
Is visualizing necessary for the SATS method?
I answered this above but I want to say it again. Yes and no. Visualizing is one of the methods. That specific method is a visualization method. However, there are other methods that use this state that don't include visualization.
I know a lot of people like to say you don't need to visualize for the SATS method, and they're like... partially right. The state akin to sleep isn't a method itself, it's just a state of consciousness. There are hundreds of different things and methods you can do while in the state akin to sleep. However, the specific SATS method that most people talk about in loa and shifting circles is referring to one of Neville's methods which does include visualization as a major component. So no, you don't need to visualize while in SATS, but yes, visualization is part of that specific SATS method. I know it can get confusing, which is why there's so much debate about it. It's mostly semantics though and once you know that difference, it's a lot easier to understand these conversations and figure out something that works for you.

How do I get into SATS?
You can let yourself enter it naturally by sitting/laying in a comfortable position and calming yourself down. I have a post that gives a few different options for getting and staying relaxed.
Again, try not to overthink this! The state akin to sleep is literally just a state where one is completely relaxed (and could drift to sleep) but is still awake and aware of their thoughts. That's it! You don't have to be getting ready to sleep to enter SATS. If you've had one boring class, you've probably gotten into SATS during the day!
Is the SATS method necessary to manifest/shift?
No.
Can I move while in SATS?
Yes. This isn't the military - do whatever you want. No, you won't get knocked out of the state if you move.
What are other methods that use SATS?
Besides the ones mentioned above, one of Neville's other methods was feeling thankful; essentially feeling thankful for your life and for already having your desires while being in SATS (this one also employs the feeling of the wish fulfilled). I'm not sure if there's a name for it, but another one is to listen to music, subs, and/or waves that remind you of your manifestations/desired realities while in SATS. Again, there are other options, these are just some of the most common ones!
Do remember that the state akin to sleep is simply just a state and you can do literally whatever you want in it. You can make your own method that works better for you! Don't be afraid to just lie there and try something out.

so this is a cute little method i made up while showering(i know, so random) but i just wanted to share with ya'll.🍡
remember that methods dont hold power, u do. this is just for making manifesting fun <//3
anyway, here's the method. basically, imagine a scene of eavesdropping on popular kids gossiping about you.
for example, if i'm manifesting a bf, i will picture being in one of my school's hallways that i walk in every day. in the scene, i overhear two popular girls gossiping about how that guy(my bf) and i are dating now.
"did you hear, he now got a gf? omggg πŸ˜’"
"he SOOO in love with her its getting obvious 🫒"
and i loop that scene over and over again. i try to use my senses and make it vivid, like its a memory i'm recalling. you can do this whenever u want like during sats, lullaby, or throughout the day. do it for however long u want 🀍
tips:
- try to keep the scene short snd simple if u want it to be easy to loop
- u can use a more familiar setting to make it natural
- if u doing it throughout the day or morning, u can use it to get in state of wish fulfilled and afterwards, live in the end the whole day and stay in the state of the wish fulfilled

how do i manifest having always living my desired life that's set ina fictional world? it's just that i don't want it to be a gradual thing to appear in the 3d, because that's how most success stories about these kinds of things unfold
the physical manifestation will materialize in the best, most desirable way possible. if that’s how you want it to be then that’ll happen. other peoples experience(s) with the loa has nothing to do with yours. other peoples success stories don’t determine your manifestations.

A GUIDE TO SATS: MAGIC POTION TO IMPRESSING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS

What is SATS? State Akin To Sleep is a method of manifesting where you use the most active brain waves to impress your subconscious mind.
When is our subconscious most active? According to me, it is the most active when you’re in that drowsy state right after waking up or before falling completely asleep.
How do I get into that state? I personally use this audio to stay awake during that drowsy state, right before falling asleep. For me it works so effectively and i have manifested a ton of things from the help of this audio itself. Neville had another tips too, like sleeping in an unusual position, etc, but they didn’t work for me.
Do I have to absolutely use SATs to manifest? No, you can use any technique. But to me, SATs feels the most convenient and effective way to manifest. It impresses my subconscious fast and gives me what I want. Again, this is not the word of oracle so do whatever fits you.
Do I have to necessarily visualise during SATs? No, you can just affirm a short phrase too, like β€œthank you” or whatever seems fit to you. Repeating affirmations during drowsy states is called Lullaby method.
Do I have to imagine first person in SATs? No. But IMO, first person gets in the feeling of having it easily. And it’s okay is your visualisation is a little blurry at first. Whatever comes to you naturally do that. But I would still recommend practising your imaginal acts in first person. You’ll know the difference yourself.
What should I visualise? Visualise something sweet and simple. Take a day or two to figure out what act seems most simple to you and also gives u the feeling of having it. DO NOT OVERCOMPLICATE YOUR IMAGINAL ACT OR PHRASE.
Any last tips? Sure, SATs may not come to you naturally at first because like anything new, it requires practice. Don’t give up on it just because it feels uncomfortable at first. It might take you some while to get accustomed to it. I know to me it did. Practice as much as you can and use the audio I linked in this post. Good luckkk✨

Feeling vs Repetition in Manifestation
Hi lovelies!
This is just a really quick post regarding two types of manifesting because some LOAss blogs/ coaches seem to argue about it.
Simply put, both work.
Feeling
Feeling in manifestation is something that was heavily promoted by neville. Whether via visualisation, scripting or whatever else, the idea is to really feel like the person who has their desire. To feel fulfilled, worthy and like you have your desire and no amount of 3D can change that. Feeling this (nearly) impenetrable way that your desire is yours helps rewire your neural pathways as your brain cannot tell the difference between whether you feel fulfilled from your desire in your imagination or your 3D. It just knows you have it. In turn the 3D will reflect you having it.
Feeling often uses forms of repetition from the methods used, such as in SATS, and with looping imagined scenarios, or repeating the same sentiment back to yourself when scripting. You may even just plain repeat affirmations back to yourself as a way to feel like the version of yourself who has your desires.
Repetition
Saturating your mind with the same statement/ idea over and over again will also rewire your neural pathways. Repetition is done usually with affirmations - and since i am talking strictly repetition and not feeling let’s say robotic affirming. By feeding yourself the same sentiment over and over it will also become fact. This also follows the idea in LoAss that where your focus lies will manifest. E.g. if you focus on your SP having a third party and not wanting you, their relationship will flourish // you will be forgotten. On the other hand if you focus on how much your SP loves being in a relationship with you, you will have a wonderful happy relationship.

For the past 2 nights I was doing the Neil Goddard SATS method, how can I stop worrying if I did it correctly? And also stop worrying if it will work "since I might have done it incorrectly"? I'm almost 100% sure I fell asleep imagining my desires (I don't remember), so now I worry it won't work in case I stopped imagining before I fell asleep and also I worry it won't work because I worry about it

SATS = state akin to sleep. doing SATS is simply visualizing a scene in ur head that implies that u have ur desire, over and over again, while ur in the state akin to sleep. the state akin to sleep is when ur pretty drowsy (right when ur about to sleep, as soon as u wake up, or just when u feel a little drowsy). when ur in this state visualize a scene that implies u having ur desire and play the scene OVER AND OVER AGAIN. if ur not a visual person you can affirm something over and over again too.

Looks comes from a way you speak about yourself. Being attractive is a mindset. So affirm and freaking persist!! I can’t stress this enough your mind, your thoughts is all you need ever and more. As your keeping a good mindset and good mental diet, play this like a game. Everytime a negative, doubt, or intrusive thought comes to mind that is from the old story pop a bubble🫧 it’s as if the bad thoughts are bubble and your popping them to destroy them. in the drama of manifestation, there exists four major roles that are essential to the materialization of any desire. each one plays a different role, much like plays have different roles. in this post, i will be explaining each one in detail. (information comes from here: πŸŽ€ )

One: The Producer. The producer does nothing other than suggest an idea (a desire). This is your I AM speaking to your conditioned level of conciousness to suggest something that you're lacking.
Two: The Author. The author has a significant role in the drama of manifestation. It "writes" (constructs) a scene that implies the wish fulfilled. For example, if you wished for a specific type of hair, you, as the author would write a scene of you getting complimented on your hair, or you brushing it. The author puts together the skelton of the show so that it is ready to be brought to life on stage.
Three: The Director. The director's job is to keep attention on the show that's playing on stage. It stops the actor from wandering away from their job by keeping their attention focused on the task at hand. You, as the director, should always be gently redirecting your mental focus back onto your imaginary scene whenever your mind starts to wander during SATS.
Four: The Actor. Arguably the most important part of the show, the actor brings everything to life. The actor is your imagination. Remember that nothing can exist without being animated by your mind. For the play to begin, you must start it as the actor. Place yourself in the shoes of the main character of the scenario which implies your wish fufilled, and play the role to the very best of your abilities. This acting is essential because it is what makes manifestation actually happen. Your desires will remain dead unless you, the actor, breathe life into them, using your imagination.
