I made an effort to look at the Tinker family's personalities, likes and dislikes, bios etc. for this makeover. And I kept some of the house's original wallpapers and furniture if I could (aka if it wasn't too ugly).

Stephen Tinker's bio claims that he was the mascot for his college's football team hence the football memorabilia.

I kept the dark, modern theme for Melody's room and since it's suggested she's an artist her room has some hand made paintings. She has high interest in sci-fi so she got some alien posters.

She's active so she has a basket ball and gym equipment in her room.

The home gym of the original house turned into a art studio for Melody.

Both Stephen and Wanda want more kids so they have a spacious nursery.

Tinker household - part 3

Since Wanda was so close to giving birth, and Stephen didn't want to accidentally miss the labour, he asked Melody to work a shift at the store. They really needed money for a nursery. She agreed, only on one term - she would not make any toys or do the restocking. Just show up, sell what's available and leave. But even so, Melody had a hard time, since she had no experience with a cash register. Lots of angry customers (all male for some reason).

They had just enough money to decorate the nursery. Soon after, Wanda went into labour. It's a healthy girl! They named her Harmony.

Get it? Because their first daughter's name is Melody? 🫠 i'm sorry 🤡

That concludes their round. Which is a shame, because knowing me, I'll get to their second round maybe in the next 10-20 IRL years. They were really fun and wholesome.

Wanda got a job in the culinary career. She'll be moving to bigger and better things soon, but for now there just aren't many restaurants in the area, so she's stuck with fast food hot dogs. She also brought Cati Roche home from work. They're eating mac and cheese that Melody cooked (and wants to cook all the time these days.)

"Thanks. My parents worked hard for it."

"Good good... I like how colorful everything is. And young Melody's essay on Jupiter's moons was quite well-researched and creative."

Wanda cooked dinner, and the headmaster was too busy enjoying it to care about conversation. Melody got in.

"Stephen, my feet are killing me from work, carry me to bed!"

Gilbert married Florence (horrible decision) after she had Oleander. Haha, punny flower names

Denise moved in with them to be a mother-in-law in the attic. She's been having an affair with Stephen Tinker. They haven't been found out yet.

Gilbert and Florence both work in the Oceanography career and run the businesses as side jobs. Denise usually runs to the bakery to sell things but today she was at home.

Olive's Mission

Olive bides her time by sucking skills from her neighbors.

Poor Stephen Tinker is her main victim.

He's such a good-natured guy that he sticks around to compliment her after the second time.

But after the third time, he finally loses his temper.

When Circe dares to come around asking for money for medical costs, Olive zaps her, too. There was no way this woman wasn't preying on her son's affection for her.

Circe doesn't take it well.

How do you suppose you would do that if you spend all your evenings staring at the sky?" ”I really need to leave for school,” Melody muttered, turning her back to them. ”But we haven’t-” Wanda started, but was interrupted by her husband Stephen's calming hand on her shoulder. ”Let her go,” he said quietly. ”We can discuss this later.”

They watched as their daughter left the lot.

”I don’t understand her,” Wanda sighed. ”Very few are lucky enough to just be given a business, a plan for their future. It's the perfect opportunity for her. Why can't she see that?" ”She might have another plan for her future,” Stephen suggested. ”What plan? Staring at the night sky? Looking for aliens, or whatever it is she's doing? It's dangerous. It's-" she stopped herself, sighing once again. "Listen to me... I'm starting to sound like my father. Parenting used to be my thing, but now..." "You're being too hard on yourself," Stephen said, giving his wife a comforting hug. "You've been under a lot of pressure lately. First, with the move from Bluewater Village, and now the business. You need to give yourself a break," he let go of her and gently stroked her cheek. ”Let’s go back inside and get ourselves ready, shall we?”

Tinker household - part 2

Both Wanda and Stephen really wanted another child, but their many attempts were unsuccessful. Then they tried adopting a baby, but didn't have enough money to meet the criteria. And right after that a miracle happened - Wanda got pregnant!

I reroll LTW for most of the premades, and Wanda rolled "to marry off 6 children"…There is no way she'll get to have that many babies at her age, so I think they'll adopt once they roll another baby want and have enough savings.

Melody had the day off from both school and work, so she went Downtown to look for her first victim boyfriend. She a Romance secondary. She met a cute townie and they had a good (but not great) date.

Meanwhile, at home, Webster waited impatiently by the window for Melody to return home.

And Wanda is so close to giving birth!

I am loving the pregnancy morph in the chubby body type. I need more round sims
