8. Out of the really popular pairings in your fandom, what’s your nOTP?

I don't think I have a nOTP. But if it's just a popular ship I don't care about, I'll say... Reylo.

10. What’s something you really hate seeing on your dash that seems to be popular with almost everyone else?

I haven't seen it happen in this RPC yet but, since all my rp blogs are sideblogs and everything ends up on the same dash, it counts: using multiple icons/gifs in a single reply to show setting, character appearance, the emotion the character is feeling, etc. It just shows the person is too lazy to actually write.

13. Who is your least favorite character in the fandom you RP in? List three admirable traits about them.

Sequel Trilogy versions of OG Trilogy characters. Han, Leia and Luke deserved much better than that bullshit writing (like REALLY?! Luke "saved the galaxy by redeeming his dad with the power of love" Skywalker tried to kill his nephew after ONE bad dream?!). Can't think of anything admirable to list, but I'll try. Good for Luke to finally get prophetic visions (even though that was Leia's thing), good for Leia to find a career as a general even after they ruined her chances with the Senate, and good for Han to try to step up as a father at the end of his life.

Din  wasn't  calling  anyone  a  liar,  but  he'd  realized  at  some  point  that  his  knowledge  about  Mandalore  came  from  either  the  Armorer,  who  had  clearly  left  some  details  out,  or  from  Bo-Katan,  who  was  clearly  in  position  of  some  strong  opinions  herself.  Neither  of  them  were  likely  to  give  him  a  clear,  neutral  answer  about  anything  and  Din  wanted  answers  from  someone  that  wasn't  going  to  push  an  agenda  down  his  throat.

Or  at  least,  he  wanted  to  hear  the  truth  wouldn't  being  shocked  when  someone  gave  him  an  alternate  version  of  it,  always  feeling  foolish  and  like  the  last  to  know  something  that  he  should  have  been  aware  of.  It  made  him  angry  without  direction,  and  the  Jedi  may  have  been  infuriating  in  his  own  way,  but  no  one  could  deny  that  the  man  knew  how  to  talk.

So  of  course,  this  was  something  he  wouldn't  talk  about.

"You  can't  tell  me  anything  about  Mandalore?"  Din  repeated  in  disbelief,  not  understanding  how  the  man  could  admit  to  having  been  there  during  wartime  and  then  not  talk  about  any  of  it.

Anakin is glad that Obi-Wan thinks he’s good enough, he could also go with some platonic kisses on the cheek from his Master and brother figure.

YOUR AMBITION

You know what you want (money, power, endless appetizers at TGI ), and there’s nothing wrong with that. There’s nothing wrong with setting reasonable and realistic goals. There is, however, something wrong with going to great, possibly unscrupulous lengths to achieve them. You’re like a Machiavellian Icarus flying too close to the sun of your objectives, and if you don’t want to end up being a villain hell-bent on world domination, then take stock of your life for a second. Make better decisions.

YOU'RE IN LOVE WITH THE IDEA OF A PERSON

You’ve got a crush, but the other person is simply incapable of living up to your expectations. You love the version of them that you’ve created in your mind, and not the person they really are. Yikes. You’re going to Gatsby this up so hard. You’re going to wind up dead in a pool. Also, two other people will also die. Everyone will be disillusioned with the American Dream. It’s a messy situation all around

Still  breathing  heavily,  Din  stared  at  where  he'd  thrown  the  darksaber,  the  handle  seeming  to  mock  him  with  the  way  it  was  just  resting  there  on  the  ground  like  a  plain  little  cylinder.  That  lasted  only  until  Din  turned  the  thing  on,  then  its  weight  started  to  grow,  changing  in  a  pattern  that  Din  couldn't  understand  and  fighting  him.  He  was  trying  to  learn  how  to  compensate  for  it,  view  it  like  it  was  something  unpredictable,  an  ally  that  he  wasn't  used  to  fighting  with  and  needed  to  constantly  monitor  so  that  they  didn't  get  in  each  other's  way.  It  was  the  best  way  to  fight,  but  he  hadn't  died  yet,  and  it  was  working  -  sometimes  Din  even  forgot  about  the  weight  and  he  liked  to  think  it's  because  for  a  brief  time,  the  darksaber  was  agreeing  with  him,  that  they  were  in  sync.

And  then  he  started  to  wonder  what  his  life  was  that  he  thought  of  a  sword  as  a  living  thing  that  could  agree  or  disagree  with  him.  Somehow  it  didn't  seem  farfetched  at  all  to  picture  the  sword  trying  to  spite  him,  but  the  idea  of  it  intentionally  agreeing  with  him  was  one  step  too  far.    

Would  it  be  arrogant  to  say  that  he  wasn't  used  to  not  being  good  with  a  weapon?  

He  missed  his  beskar  spear.  That,  for  all  that  it  was  illegal  in  the  eyes  of  the  covert,  had  felt  easy  and  effortless,  fighting  with  the  spear  was  fluid  and  Din  still  missed  it  even  if  he  knew  it  was  serving  a  grand  purpose  in  protecting  Grogu.  

In  a  flash,  Din  realized  he  resented  the  sword  for  not  being  the  spear,  and  wondered  if  the  sword  could  feel  that.

In  the  next  heartbeat,  he  dismissed  the  thought.

"Doesn't  matter."  He  muttered  mostly  to  himself  as  he  moved  to  pick  up  the  darksaber  from  the  ground,  loose  gravel  beneath  his  boots.  "Again."

Two things: one, he’s just picked up his comlink and launched into this rebuke without even so much as a hello. It’s a continuation of an earlier semi-serious argument. And two, he’s mispronounced ‘explain’ as ‘esplain’, which is an indication that he’s a little bit drunk.

“But you’re wrong. I do know how to have a good time. I am having a good time right now, as we speak. So, stop calling me.” Had Quinlan contacted Obi-Wan? No, it was the other way around but, due to the inebriation, that fact seems to have evaded him.

For once in his life, Quinlan had actually been trying to go to bed at a reasonable hour. It wasn't often that he got to sleep in the Jedi Temple, in his own room that he used so little nowadays it always felt like just a guest room that was assigned specifically to him.

And just when he was about to fall asleep, Obi-Wan called him. Didn't even say hello, just went on a rant about something that Quinlan's mind didn't even register as the continuation of their previous argument at first, until Obi-Wan mentioned knowing how to have a good time- his good time sounded more like a drunk time, if his mispronunciation of words was anything to go by.

"Obi, where in the Force's name are you?" he asked, deciding to ignore the technicalities of who called who, as he got out of bed.
