I will... I’ll be there... Her words reverberated in Prunella’s head, a calming echo that could deafen any of her unbecoming anxieties. It was a shocking feeling. Both of being so soothed, and what needed to be soothed in the first place. It was still so odd to feel so much, but she has never tried to shy away from it, no matter how scared it has made her. All the unease has been met with honest questioning; all the fears have been met with confusion that led to admittance, until at last there’s a solution...But, at the very beginning, there was no resolve like this. At the beginnings of her awakening, there were no warm holds and soft tones. There was only the harsh reality that the world had changed too much in what felt like such a short sleep, and no comfort...Until that fateful someone took her hand.

My friend... What friends do... She nodded and listened on, even as tears pushed towards the surface, and thought how odd it was that she wanted to hide those tears away from her friend; a strange pull to bury her face into her. She had seeked Crystal out kind of urgently, tugged the primal away from...She didn’t even remember where. Her blooming emotions made the whole trip a blur, and suddenly there’s a knot of guilt forming in her chest once she comes to her senses about her selfishness. But this sudden fear could grip her heart if she shut her eyes for too long, or a sudden stab that struck her when overlooking her cataloged thoughts. Amethyst had comforted her in those times, in the beginning of her travels, stating that it was natural to hurt like this and to want simple comforts...She was glad Crystal thought the same.

“Thank you...” Her voice was shaky yet at the same time so calm, as if her being still didn’t know how to properly sob, hugging Crystal tighter. “I’m sorry, again...For taking you away...You were having fun.” The knot got slightly tighter in her chest at her own words, a slight choke voiced, circles instantly being rubbed into Crystal’s back with her index finger. Why she picked up such a practice, she still wasn’t sure...But, combined with Crystal’s presence, there was such an ease to it. “You are my friend, too, Crystal. I want...This for you, too...Should you ever...Feel as alone.” A foolish feeling, when the love and company was so present. She can’t help but choke again on the word, nuzzling into her loving companion, “You make me feel...Less that...You always help. So let me help...More, in the future...For forever, if possible...” Her own confession, filled with the truest desires and love, yet it feels muddled by her current needs. But she knows she’ll say it again later, and hopefully repeat it in the future, so she doesn’t mind it being mixed with cries in the present.

This is Koui when he’s in his actual angel form (or seraph form for OnS) and that is what he’s actually supposed to look like, but instead he takes on a much younger looking appearance but still retains his age (or at least what he claims his age is since he’s truly ageless). A majority of people chalk his age up to be about twenty-eight, but as I said, he’s ageless (big credit for his look goes to @amberenigma​​ for suggesting the face claim)! He’s one of six angel-hybrid children and due to the fact him and his siblings were born from sin, each of the children were cursed to become fallen angel-hybrids that represent the seven deadly sins. Koui, just like I listed in his OnS verse, is cursed by the sin of Lust. On the day of his birth, the Goddess Heiliger was made aware of his existence (due to one of her angels notifying her, though she is unaware of who his father is) and discovers that he is half mortal (which is against their laws). Not only does she discover Koui is half mortal, but she also discovers he has more siblings that were all born in secret as well. This, of course, angers her and causes her to send angels down to the human realm in order to find and kill the hybrid children in order to keep order in the heavens (because it turns out there’s a prophecy about hybrid children being born to take over the heavens and rule over all realms within the universe, mainly because the Goddess is corrupt and stole the throne).

Though when Koui was born, he was cursed with the name Eros (which is the name of the Greek God of love, passion, and physical desire), and is branded with the symbol of a hybrid (found on his right hip) in order to make it easy to identify him and his siblings; yet in order to help protect him and his siblings, his mother renames each of them and dons Koui with the name “Koui” (which means very strong commitment towards values, family or habits). Along with renaming the children, their mother creates three rules they must always follow: 1) To never use their powers against anyone in the human realm/never allow anyone to see them use their powers, 2) To never allow anyone to see their hybrid marking, and 3) If things go wrong, they must all stick together and protect each other no matter what happens.

Due to the fact Koui’s father is one of the most powerful angels in Heiliger’s army, Koui actually has strength that is close enough to rival the Goddess’ alongside his other siblings (though since they’re all half-siblings in canon, some children are stronger than others. Such as Nikusui and Inori due to them being full angel-hybrids instead of being part mortal, thus is due to the trickery of Myth and Rain’s father impersonating a woman via his shapeshifting abilities to give birth to powerful offspring with Koui and Yuuela’s father, making them possibly stronger than the Goddess herself). Alone, Koui would be able to fight the Goddess if he actually put some kind of effort into it, but together with his siblings, the six of them would be able to absolutely destroy Heiliger. 

All I can say now is this: look at your boyfriend now Crystal. }

It was not strange for others to wish to find the promised island, but for the Primal Beast who was working along with Primarchs (Gabriel) after hre creation, she understood that even the promised land didn’t make her feel anything towards it. No curiousity, no wish, no passion. Oh how she wished to feel any sort of interest in anything. Boredom was her biggest enemy, she spent so many centuries on that island while watching people, so small and easily killed, yet they won the war against Astrals, her creators and her masters. Ah, she missed the time with Gabriel, even just a bit. At least, Europa was alao present, someone to remember old times with.  “Judging by the fact that you wish to know if I wish to go there, I assume you want to get there.”

|| 明莉 || :: ah ... it hurts. the PANTHER tried to hold back a pained groan from her lips, the taste of BLOOD coated her tongue as her back was rested against the bricked wall of EMPTY alleyway. this was unexpected. having tracked down the VOICE of the dead, following the scream of rage and witnessing that soul SWEARING VENGEANCE, the exorcist felt the need to free them from the binding of past regret. they were killed --- or betrayed ? she couldn’t exactly make out the string of words in the midst of their SEETHING ANGER. despite her being able to force them to cross the BORDER to the afterlife, their leftover malice backfired upon her, leaving her with a spiritual BURN and the internal wound causing her to spout blood.

                sounds of FOOTSTEPS made her lift her gaze tiredly towards the stranger, feeling her breathing hitch as a fit of coughs tore from her lungs.
