do not underestimate the power of cleaning your space, meditating and journaling your thoughts. especially journaling cause once you start brain dumping your thoughts you actually release them and once you do your higher self starts to show up in your writing. whenever I need ideas I start brain dumping all of my thoughts, tasks and things I have to do and it’s like I empty my mind and my concious mind and my subconscious mind takes over and I get these amazing downloads come through.

How to re-programme your subconscious mind…(tried and tested)
When the retreats don’t seem to have a lasting effect, you’ve done therapy, prayed, been to see healers, meditated… but for the life of you, stilllll have wounds so deep that they might appear to be resolved but the moment you meet someone who is wow you suddenly feel unworthy. Maybe not even suddenly, but your relationship wounds are running deep. Relationships trigger you. You end up feeling the same 90% of the time. Unlovable, unwanted, and rejected. The key to remember is that it started with you. With the mind, with your thinking. At whatever point in your childhood (or even later) you took on the belief that you're not worthy, your needs were not met. You took on behaviours that play out still to this day. Maybe it was hiding yourself, maybe it was lashing out? Whatever it is, the same way it started with you, with your thinking, with your processing of events. Is the same way you heal your self. Here are some steps: 
1] Forgiveness. Forgiveness is going to free you from your past. Write a list of all the people and situations that caused you pain from your earliest memory to this very day. Whatever pains are etched in your mind, write them down. Once your list is collated, start going through each scenario, sending love and forgiveness to yourself and whoever was involved. Imagine yourself as a loving carer healing the parts of you that were vulnerable, hurt and not safe. Visualise giving yourself love in each scenario. Creating peace. Once you’ve been through a scenario and feel truly at peace with the situation scribble it out and once you are completely done with the papers you can burn them and set yourself free. (this process can take weeks / months depending how long your list is but it's not to be rushed).
2] Whatever is still lingering, use your journal to clear this out. For example, if I asked you right now if the man of your dreams was to appear.. would you feel worthy? Right now as your are? It might not be a man, it might be a job, a salary. Whatever it is, start challenging your old beliefs. You might not feel pretty enough, you might not feel like you are deserving… whatever it is start questioning old ideas you have about yourself. Challenge them..
3] This is the most important step… Once you’ve done the above. You’ll start to see some themes, maybe in your forgiveness list you realised your voice didn’t matter as a child, and that you were silenced, and that you hid yourself as a way to feel safe…whatever you uncover. 
3.1 - You are going to write a script, in simple terms - something a child would understand and make sense of and you’re going to write out new beliefs to re-programme your mind. Example ‘I am willing to forgive those who hurt me, I am willing to forgive myself for the hurt I went through, I am no longer hiding myself from the world, I am choosing to be seen , to be celebrated, I am allowing my voice to be heard, my true voice, I matter’ - you want to cover all basis. Every old belief about not being enough, you need to re-write.
3.2 - Record yourself on your phone in a very slow peaceful loving tone reading your script. 
3.3 - You need to listen to this recording every single night for at least 1-4 weeks. (It’s usually 21 days, but I did a recording for 1 week on feeling safe and I felt truly healed as if it was a miracle). I was able to LOOP the recording using Mac...I sent the voice recording from my iPhone to my MacBook using airdrop and then opened the sound file in iTunes and pressed repeat. This allowed a short recording to loop all night as I slept. It’s really important to play this on a loop as you want to IMPRESS your subconscious mind with the new beliefs. It’s your own voice, its your own re-wiring. 
I hope this helps! The deeper healing work is crucial if you really want to remove those old wounds that seem to be stuck and not budging!

Welcome back to my cozy cottage! Relax, and sit back, I'll provide you the best effective routine that I have ever made, by using my whole knowledge of 3+ years in the field of void state and the subconscious and conscious mind, dabbing in subliminals and finally finding the key, this routine is for anyone, I personally used it for a couple of days and I can assure you, it works wonders, it soothes the mind, helps you realize what the void really is, and how it doesn’t matter how much you tried and failed, this routine is something special I'll share ♡

This routine/guide I made is just a simple bearing way to help you let go of the void and let it come to you, a guide i made that has some helpful information to anyone needing it, remember, you control your reality, you decide how to enter the void, and you decide when to, with that being said, lots of love ♡

Chapter one// an introduction to the void, what is it?
“the void, merging nothing and everything at once, sit back and relax, the void has no hurry”
A state of awareness, where an individual is at it's most calmest point, a point where you feel an extreme wave of calmness and peace, with the feeling of reassurance, hope, and positivity, in this state, nothing that you have not intended for it to happen, will simply not happen
Why? Because you, are the void, you, hold the control over the void, you have the key, you turn the way the key should turn.
One might argue, but how can I reach it?
Reach it? You have already reached it, it's within you, it's you, you enter it every night.
The void state is a state of awareness ,it's not something you have to achieve to get the benefits, the void itself is you, your consciousness
The void is recognizable once being aware in it, it's a place where you are detached from being the one you are binded to in this reality, you'll feel weightless, formless, some report they feel like a “slime-like substance”, as to what it looks like, it depends, some say it's a certain color, yet most have an established idea that it's a dark dark place, some could say they are surrounded by stars, it's up to you and your consciousness
So, what makes it so popular and special in this community?
It's the sole fact that the void cannot block the desires you give it, it will manifest instantly the moment you intent to, nothing, I repeat, nothing, is impossible in this state, bending the fabric of reality can happen so easily as a human who had detached it's consciousness from it's being, that what makes the void special
Now I made it sound so special and such, we'll get the catch here, it's completely something easy as special as it sounds, and no, I am not saying this as a way to make you be positive or such ever, it's simply the hardcore truth, that this? Is the easiest thing
The void is within anybody, regardless of anything with them, it doesn't matter, it has no boundaries, no limit, nothing, but you are everything there

Chapter two// The switch
Now that we truly understand what it is, how about we go through methods? Surely you have seen such thousands of methods and tips, sometimes might overwhelm you
This is completely alright, it's nothing bad, take a seat, keep calm, understand you'll eventually enter any time, so why panic?
You can choose whatever you want to your liking, however, many report they feel more motivated when they follow a routine
Let it be, I have come up with a challenge x routine for you, and please please understand, this DOES NOT mean you have to use this to enter the void, no, in fact, you can snap your fingers and enter the void, the void doesn't need concepts or such, but concept had helped those with desperate mindsets, so it can help
In short, go with whatever your guts tell you, because the subconscious mind sends you these subconscious messages through gut feelings, and for sure your subconscious knows your body way more than anyone, trust it and follow it's instinct
Let's start shall we now?
( The void switch routine )
This routine will be heavily insisting upon reprogramming the subconscious mind, and before you say anything, no, it won't take 21 days or 4 or anything- it takes how many days you assume, in this routine, there is no deadline, simply do this until you reach it, it's easy and very simple, I'll teach you to effortlessly impress both the subconscious and the conscious mind for the void
- Use this one affirmation only for the rest of the routine
“Subconscious mind, ensure me to enter the void at will”
Or whatever else you choose, to, just remember, please use the term “subconscious mind ____”
- Upon waking up, tell yourself this affirmation, tell yourself as though you're just saying some fact, repeat it for some time while you are groggy, because in this state, it's a state of the theta mind, it will pick up affirmations easier
- Now I highly suggest this, to listen to [Lotus Mi’s pure affirmation tape], doesn't matter how long or when, minimum amount of time you have to listen is at least once, you can loop it through the night if you want to, it's completely optional, the pink link above will lead you to the subliminal
- Now, this here is extremely important, whenever you get a thought of the void or anything related, feel that have already reached it and have it, feel like you're a master at the void, repeat your affirmation and believe in it
- Now, comes the important part, before sleep, I want you to lay in bed, get comfortable, and just actually prepare yourself to sleep, do something that you'll get sleepy with, a state where you are so groggy and so sleepy but not sleeping yet, in this state, command your subconscious mind, tell yourself that chosen affirmation over and over till you sleep, I swear, it's extremely important and it's the highlight of the journey, you are reprogramming your subconscious, just like how Joseph Murphy said “give your subconscious a problem before you sleep, and let it solve it for you while you fall in sleep”
That's it! That's the routine that I've been taking literal two weeks to test it off and it's extremely efficient, it worked so so well for me, I'm sure you'll immediately see the difference once you try it, the subconscious mind is a treasure
(for more detailed way about the “command your subconscious mind before sleep” technique, here you go)
1. Get comfortable in bed, just be like other days and get yourself to sleep
2. Stay awake until you get physically so tired, and I know some might say they would have problems with that, you can count until you feel groggy, or daydream, or listen to music, do anything that makes you go sleepy but not sleeping yet
3. Now comes the important part, close your eyes for sleep and simply command your subconscious mind over and over again, tell yourself that affirmation I told you about, do that till you fall asleep
Good luck for anyone who tries this! I made it extremely easy and fun, it doesn't require that much energy at all! DISCLAIMER: this was written before a series of realisations, the main point still stands but the subconscious mind does not exist. it is simply awareness. let go and let god.
one thing i have noticed, even in myself, is that we have this need to keep doing something. i need to keep affirming, i need to keep forcing myself into a state, i need to keep focusing on my thoughts or else it won’t manifest. all these thoughts have a common link, a fear of not manifesting, or rather, the 3D not conforming. 
it’s not our fault. we have been primed to think this way. work this hard and you’ll get (x). this is not the way it’s supposed to be. with the law, we break free. 
i need you to know that it’s okay if you’re consciously not thinking from your desire all the time. it’s okay that you don’t feel okay with entering another state if this one is too traumatic for you. relax and know the you on the outside, does not manifest.
who manifests then?
our inner self; our subconscious mind. our subconscious mind is us, but unlike our conscious selves, it is also the Universal Mind, meaning it knows all, it has all knowledge and power stored inside it. our job is to give the subconscious mind a job. as the conscious mind, we hold the key to decide to let what the subcon should manifest and not. we are the guard, we don’t manifest. 
all we really have to do is be still and let God, and by God i do not mean some external being, i mean our subconscious mind; our true self. letting go and detaching doesn’t mean you will stop caring about what you’re manifesting, it simply means that you know that the subconscious will handle it for you. because the subconscious IS you, it’s a robot that only listens to YOUR command. it cannot be influenced by any other force. 
experience 
for the past few days, when i made the unfavourable circumstances post, i was feeling so incredibly awful. i felt i had no reason to live, because i thought me as the conscious sora, was responsible for changing my life. while that is true to an extent, all i have to do is give an order. i told my subconscious mind that night to fix everything for me because i was tired and the next day, all the things that were causing me distress got solved. the next day i had an even better day, because the subconscious really fixed the things causing me stress. life was peaceful again.
it was then i realised that i have been too attached with doing things right, when all i had to do was sit there and look pretty while my subconscious does the work. 
another success happened just now! my browser froze and i didnt save this post. i panicked for a second then i was like “sora you just wrote a post about your subcon fixing things”; so i told my subcon “hey man fix this pls” and it did! lol browser is back to normal which is how ur seeing this post rn
what if my subconscious doesn’t listen?
anything that happens regarding these things is a direct reflection of you. inner creates outer, not the other way around. so, any failure is not because the technique failed, it’s because you haven’t changed self yet. and what changes self? persistence. you must keep persisting because the subconcious HAS NO CHOICE but to listen to you. if it ‘doesn’t’, DON’T ACCEPT IT.

And He said unto them, Which of you shall have a friend, and shall go unto him at midnight, and say unto him, Friend, lend me three loaves; for a friend of mine in his journey is come to me, and I have nothing to set before him? And he from within shall answer and say, Trouble me not; the door is now shut, and my children are with me in bed; I cannot rise and give thee. I say unto you, Though he will not rise and give him, because he is his friend, yet because of his importunity he will rise and give him as many as he needeth. in this verse that neville also referenced, we can see that the man did not give up. in fact, importunity means: the act of making intrusions, being unrelenting, consistent. unrelenting, he never took no for an answer. he kept going and going and going until the man decided to give him bread. do not take no for an answer. do not settle. even if the door seems shut, you will ALWAYS be the key to open it; there is no other choice. keep telling your subconscious mind that you are rich, you are beautiful, you are everything and your subconscious mind will have no choice but to reflect that onto the 3D because that is its job.
excerpt from power of awareness:
“THERE ARE three principal characters in this quotation, you and the two friends mentioned.
The first friend is a desired state of consciousness .
The second friend is a desire seeking fulfillment.
Three is the symbol of wholeness, completion.
Loaves symbolize substance.
The shut door symbolizes the senses which separate the seen from the unseen.
Children in bed means ideas that are dormant.
Inability to rise means a desired state of consciousness cannot rise to you, you must rise to it.
Importunity means demanding persistency, a kind of brazen impudence.
Ask, seek, and knock mean assuming the consciousness of already having what you desire.
Thus the scriptures tell you that you must persist in rising to (assuming) the consciousness of your wish already being fulfilled. The promise is definite that if you are shameless in your impudence in assuming that you already have that which your senses deny, it shall be given unto you – your desire shall be attained.”

TIME IS AN ILLUSION.
-before starting this post i want to make a few things clear :
1- 3D = your “current” reality. your “conscious” reality that functions with “time”
2- 4D = your actual reality. the one that doesn’t function with “time”, your “subconscious” reality.
3- the 4D >>> 3D, the 3D is nothing but a reflection of what the 4D is made up of, the core belief.
i will start of with a few examples of why time isn’t real. it is simply an invention that humans created to manage their day-to-day activities. time is simply an invention. it is not real.
THE ROOM & THE ROOFTOP.
i want you to imagine a room. a room with no doors, it only has one small square shaped window where you can see a field outside of it, you focus outside the window to see people walking, the first person was an old man in his late 40s going to work. you saw him walking in and outside the frame registering his presence in present and future as he walked off,
seconds later a woman in her 20s walked in front of the square shaped window, you again registered her presence in the present (as she was walking in front of the window) and the future (she continued walking off, out of the window’s frame)
a few other seconds later, a young girl walked in front of the square shaped window, you registered her presence in the present and future self before she walked off to the end of the field following the woman and the man.
now the only two tenses that you saw everything in was present and future, correct?
picture someone standing on the roof top of the room you were in, what tense would they have witnessed the old man, the woman and the young girl walking in? they would have seen it all in the present.
SPACE AND ITS LAWS.
one of the most mind-boggling theories that i’ve heard about space (before correlating it to manifesting & the law of assumption) is how we view everything in space in our current present tense when everything that we’re viewing is in the past tense.
all the stars that you see at night, all the black holes that have been discovered and many other space phenomenas ranging from planets that are a billion light years away to collisions of different universes are all in the past tense. everything that you see is all in the past tense.
collisions of certain universes that are reaching our universe so we can view them with our technology are collisions that happened billions of light years ago. and we’re able to see them now, in our present tense.
one of the simplest examples i could provide is sunlight, the sunlight takes around eight minutes to travel from the sun to the earth, what we view and see and feel as the “sunlight” is from the past.
it took billions of light years for the view and shape of the universe to reach us, to reach our own present tense.
the existence of time is merely an idea, “time” itself- as mentioned before- is nothing but an invention of humankind to manage their activities.
LIFE ON MERCURY.
the biggest and most obvious difference between mercury and earth, is time.
while earth’s one “day” is made up of 24 hours, mercury’s one “day” is made up of 1,408 hours.
in this third example, i want you to picture yourself and a sibling, friend or any other person you want.
you both were born on the same exact date of 2000, july 1st, 12:00 PM.
the obvious difference in time between earth and mercury will have an affect on both of your “aging times”
if you were to stay on earth, you would age normally and live a healthy life compared to what the other person would go through if they were to live on mercury,
if the second person lived on mercury- the second person would undoubtedly, be way younger than you are when arrived to earth, and compared to you.
since time is way slower in mercury than it is on earth, the second person will age slower,
- what does this have to do with manifesting?
your current reality, -that you’re perceiving with your five senses- while using your conscious mind is nothing compared to your subconscious mind that doesn’t even function with time.
your subconscious mind lives in all three tenses at the same time, “time” doesn’t even exist for your subconscious mind.
when you affirm and persist for a certain desire, command your subconscious that you do have this certain desire. that you do own this certain thing you want, your subconscious mind doesn’t question it.
because your subconscious mind accepts what it’s given. it doesn’t live off the five senses like your conscious mind does. it feeds off of the thoughts that you feed it daily, it accepts everything. because it doesn’t depend on time nor the five senses that you perceive your current reality with.
use your subconscious mind to your advantage, it is powerful. it brings everything you want into reality. whatever you’re able to think of in your 4D, you can manifest it into your 3D instantly. if that’s what enters and saturates your subconscious mind who’s a slave to you then what’s stopping you from getting your desires? absolutely nothing.
your first and easiest connection to the 4D, a reality where time doesn’t even exist is your subconscious mind.
please remember how time isn’t even real for your subconscious mind. if you want something to happen instantly, it will because it has no choice. you, with your conscious mind, aren’t even able to perceive a quarter of what your subconscious mind perceives every nanosecond. your subconscious mind is incredible. it’s a beast. use it to your advantage, and live the life that was once just an “imagination”.

Abdullah told Neville, “don’t talk about going to Barbados, because you are already in Barbados, when you go to sleep tonight you’re not going to sleep in New York , you’re going to sleep in Barbados”
you want to wake up in your dream reality or to your dream appearance? you already have it
when you go to sleep tonight you’re gonna go to sleep as if you’re sleeping in your dream reality or sleeping with your desired appearance.
nothing more and nothing less.
persist and assume that when you wake up you’ll be waking up in the reality where you have all of your desires, and you will be. your subconscious hears your desires and exists to carry out exactly what you want.
the moment you open your eyes you will have exactly want you desire simply because you told your subconscious you wish to have it and since you wish to have it, it is yours.
“Have faith in your imagination act and watch it become reality”
ask yourself how would you feel if you woke up and had it all; some might feel free, joyful, ecstatic, too stunned to speak, etc. however you would feel to wake up to all of your desires being fulfilled, go to sleep in that feeling or feeling(s) because it’s already yours and watch your 3D conform instantly. (side note; emotions do not manifest and again all of this is my personal opinion)
don’t worry about the how it’s going to happen, just know it’s going to happen because you wished for it to happen. manifesting is instant nothing stops your manifestations from taking form. you have to put in the work to feed your subconscious the emotions and the thoughts that the person you want to be would.
for example;
you wanna wake up a multibillionaire. trust and believe Jeff Bezos is not sitting around complaining or thinking about how much money he’s spending, or that he needs to cut back on spending money or he doesn’t have it.
shift your mindset to the person that has billions of dollars in their account, you don’t ever have to worry about money because whatever you spend you get it back x 1000 , never think that you have a lack of money because you’re literally a walking ,talking , breathing multibillionaire who never has to worry about money because it flows to you so easily and effortlessly.
your manifesting your desired appearance? you’re beautiful, the baddest thing walking on two feet on this earth, men/women want to fall at your feet just by looking at you, your features are god/goddess like, nobody can resist your beauty and that’s a stone cold hard fact.
literally you can have all of your desires as soon as you think about them or as soon as you wake up the next morning all because you said so.
okkkkk I’m done with my rant, I just had to get that off my chest😌just know you’re a powerful ass god/goddess and nothing can stop your desires from manifesting instantly and easily not even you.
now I look forward to hearing how y’all read this and woke up with your desires or instantly manifested something just by thinking about it🤭

Testing unconscious beliefs with applied kinesiology (aka muscle testing)
.・。.・゜✭・.・✫・。.。.・゜✭・.・✫・゜・。.
The name makes it sound super complex but trust me, this is a very simple process!
Now I know we are all much greater than our human bodies, but sometimes we need methods to calm them down before our higher self can take over, right?
This specific method focuses on feelings in the body (kinesthetic – as opposed to visual or auditory), so this might be more helpful for people who are more physical, less visual/auditory learners!
Kinesiology uses “muscle testing” to communicate directly with the unconscious mind via the body:
If you say a thought, belief, or affirmation that your unconscious mind believes, your muscles will test strong. That’s a YES.
If you say a thought, belief, or affirmation that your unconscious mind doesn’t believe, your muscles will test weak. That’s a NO.
You can also use muscle testing to get yes/no answers about other things you’re consciously indecisive about. I often muscle test vitamins and supplements to see if my body actually needs them.
Here are two simple ways to perform muscle tests on yourself:
1. The Finger Link method. This is the easiest and fastest way to muscle test yourself. You can do it anywhere, sitting down or standing. All you need is to have both hands free.
Put your index finger and thumb together like you’re making an OK sign with both hands. Link the two finger loops together. Gently pull your hands apart while saying your affirmation or belief. If you believe the affirmation, your fingers will stay linked. If you don’t believe the affirmation, your fingers will break apart.
2. The Sway Test. Stand with your feet flat on the floor and get your posture into a neutral position. Say your affirmation and watch how your body moves. If you sway forward, that’s a YES. If you sway backwards, that’s a NO.
Tip: When you first try muscle testing yourself, test a known/conscious belief first before moving on to something you’re not sure of. Example: Say “I am Bob” while pulling your finger links apart. Your link should break, unless your name is Bob.
Then you can move on to testing affirmations or beliefs related to whatever your goal is.
Once you’ve identified problematic beliefs, you can then use your method of choice to change/reprogram it.
Most people are familiar with methods of reprogramming like subliminals, affirmations, etc. Kinesthetic methods focus on calming your nervous system and releasing stuck emotions/energy in your body. If you’re more of a physical person, you might want to try some kinesthetic ways of reprogramming like: EFT tapping, breathwork, Trauma Release Exercise (TRE), Psych-k.
It can also be as simple as holding your breath for as long as you can (which activates your nervous system) while thinking your new affirmation.

💗This post is inspired by Bob Proctor videos on PARADIGM SHIFT and how loa works . He was more into law of attraction.I really felt that his teachings were very amazing & it resonated with me . However, if this post doesn't resonate with you , you can ignore it. Since you are the creator of your reality so you create your own rules.
🦄Just like gravity , the law of assumption / attraction is always working. Our body is a molecular structure, if you look at your body through a microscope, you 'd see that energy dancing right before your eyes. It's how you use your mind which will dictate the vibration you are in.
💗When you were a little baby , your subconscious mind was wide open , everything that was going on , it went in there all the energy that went in there formed something called paradigm . Paradigm is information , it's multitude of habits. ( see the diagram 1 below) . Paradigm is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior.

🦄You are the product of your environment, prior to that , you are the product of genetic string that goes back to generations. On a conscious level, you have the power to think, you can think anything you want to. As you think , you build ideas.
💗Imagine a imaginary line which separates the conscious mind & the subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind has been reprogrammed. Let's say the paradigm is X type energy, you will think X type thoughts so you will get X type results. The thoughts that you are thinking that control the vibration you are in, but it also dictates what you attract . Here vibration is nothing but an idea ! You attract energy and people that are in a harmony with you. You got to change the paradigm to change your results. It

🦄This diagram 2 may seem complicated , but you will understand it as you read this post. As you can see that there is an imaginary line separating your conscious and subconscious mind. As I mentioned earlier , if paradigm has X type energy , you will get X type results.
💗What we want to do is program in postive information & eliminate the negative.

We are in charge of how we feel but we let other people upset us , but we don't have to . We can listen to what they are saying & then say, " Well you are entitled to your opinion, but that's just not how I am like ". We can hold our own idea of ourself
💗The sensory factors ( see the diagram 2 ) are hooked up to the conscious mind.The conscious mind has the ability to choose thoughts and originate ideas. It can accept or reject ideas. If somebody tells you a bad story , you have the ability to reject it. Those thoughts turn into pictures. We turn the pictures over to the subconscious mind & then the subconscious mind expresses the action. The subconscious mind has no ability to reject . It cannot determine the difference between what is real & what is imagined.
🦄We think thoughts that are in harmony with the paradigm. The paradigm controls our behaviors. Consciously , you can think of one thing. For example , we read self help books or watch self help videos and say to ourselves " yeah I can do that , it makes sense " but then we can't do it . Why? We believe something on a conscious level but the subconscious believes something else.
💗Paradigm was formed through REPETITION. The ideas being planted in your subconscious mind. Your paradigm dictates your logic, how you utilize your time , perception of situations , your effectiveness , productivity, creativity and the amount of money you make. In order to change your life , you must change your paradigm.
🦄Praxis is the integration of belief with behavior. We have got to take the beliefs that we have consciously that we determine by thinking & plant them in the place of the old belief.
💗Paradigm is formed through REPETITION OF INFORMATION & it can be changed through REPETITION OF INFORMATION. Suppose you are having a difficult time with money, you have got to change your concept about money. How to do that? REPETITION of an idea. That's where affirmations comes in.

Hiii! Dee here again 💗, in this post, I'll be sharing an important fact that will be guaranteed to help you, let's start shall we?
So, what is the context of this post? It's a study of the subconscious mind to obey your desires, as it's almost instant once you master it, and mastering it is only by knowing that you are the master
In the end, I'll even talk about proof I had many success with, I've manifested a lot from using my subconscious mind 💗
My next post will be a full detailed post about all the ways you can impress the subconscious, however, you don't need the methods, you only need two things:
(impressive thoughts) and (persistence)

The definition of subconscious and conscious mind and their difference/
1. The subconscious mind=the right mind, the imaginative mind that decrees everything is possible, the mind that needs to be impressed to impress the 3d, the mind which stores the treasures of every information, the mind that stores any data about you, in short, it's the side that helps you with answering your questions, healing you, guiding you, and of course, helping you in the background
2. The conscious mind=the left side, it's logical, and it needs to be impressed to let the subconscious to be impressed to impress the 3d, the side which stores memory-term stuff, like math, physics equation- so on and on, this side is the side that you see in the 3d now, the side that is already established with beliefs
So what is their difference one might ask? It's easy, there are many differences, but the most prominent one that will help us is:
The subconscious mind = cannot argue with any belief or idea, immediately establishing it into the reality without any problem
The conscious mind = will argue against new beliefs or ideas for a while, will debate whether to let the subconscious act upon it or not
What does this mean? It means that the conscious mind is the gatekeeper, it keeps the subconscious mind from believing anything, while the subconscious mind is the servant at hand, immediately working on anything that the conscious mind sends

The work in harmony between the conscious and subconscious mind mind in daily life/
let's start with how do they work in harmony
Thought + consistent impressing = stated belief → results
To further explain it better, let's talk about something you have been doing for a long time, writing
If you remember well, how did the last time go when you picked up a pencil as a kid? Your subconscious mind didn't recognize what it was, nor did it recognize the letters you were taught to write, but this act alone didn't impress the conscious mind the first time did it? The hand writing looked weird and felt weird, not to mention it felt confusing on which hand to use. However, what happened after trying more than once? You started to impress the conscious mind that you have to write, stating it as a daily habit, if you noticed, after a while of using your preferred hand to write, your hand writings will feel natural, why is that? You impressed the conscious mind, showing it that this act is already in your daily life, you showed the conscious mind that it has to send this new data of holding a pencil and writing it to the subconscious, so that the subconscious states it as a new habit, making it effortless to write now.
But what happens if you swap your preferred hand writing? (Left to right, or right to left), you notice the same feeling you had as a child, not knowing how to use the other hand, because your subconscious haven't got the data of you using both of your hands.
See? That's what I meant, using this as an example, you can state anything, literally anything, into a habit/belief in your subconscious, once it's done, it becomes effortless to even try, why?
Because you already have the data in your subconscious, making it extremely easy for you to get the results you want:
Impressive thought ( a positive desire that you take it as you already have it, taken as it's already a habit )
+
impress the conscious ( by being consistent for the amount of time you think the results will appear, cut the deadline with the conscious, impress it that you already have it )
=
impress the subconscious establish it ( the most easiest part, once the subconscious is impressed, you will immediately get the desire )
see the results ( the 3d will immediately obey anything the subconscious states as a belief or as a desire that you already have it )
There, just apply this habit to your life, get your thought of desire, continue to drill it without force or desperation to the conscious until it accepts it and hands it down to the subconscious, once it's handed down, the 3d immediately obeys

What have I got from using my subconscious/
Waking up at exact time without alarm, at 3 AM or 6 AM sometimes
Seeing bunch of butterflies, especially huge big pretty ones everywhere I go
Revising my past bad grades into new good grades ( I swear this took one day, I came home after doing bad in the exam, then established the thought I had a hundred in this exam, I swear the next day I had a hundred, even my wrong answers were right )
Canceling multiple classes ( my class should thank me fr 🤭 )
Acing an exam without even studying one bit, right in class I commanded my subconscious as though I have already had the effects of reading for 6 hours when I haven't even read, ended up acing it
Weight Loss, I lost a lot of weight in a week only, I only kept impressing my mind that I was skinny and boom, even my friends were shocked as to how did I lose that much
There are many more, but these are the most prominent ones

first imagination, then senses
i can not believe it has taken me this long to figure this out but
imagination / prior beliefs create EVERYTHING you experience. meaning your assumptions send out signals that the senses then perceive.
e.g.:
i assume i will wake up with my hair brown. i will then wake up with my hair brown because my subconscious mind is sending my senses signals to prove what i believe!
reality is just a hologram of your imagination (aka 3D is 4D) because all the senses do is sense what is being projected by your subconscious mind. therefore, it has no control over your reality. essentially, it’s fake. 
the only thing that has control over your experience is your imagination aka 4D. senses (what you physically hear and see for example) just perceive what YOU create it has literally no hold over your experiences.
SO, imagination first THEN senses because what you believe to be true will project itself and then you will perceive it with your senses.

your subconscious mind isn't your friend, nor your enemy.
you know, your subconscious mind is you. it knows you better than anyone else. it knows your deepest wishes, wants, needs, secrets, opinions, feelings, and so on. if there is something who has all the information about who you are, it’s the subconscious part of your mind.
the subconscious mind —
and your subconscious mind is capable of materializing your desires. you are — at all times — manifesting things into your reality or in other words shifting to the reality you are aware of. meaning, your subconscious mind has empirical character. it doesn’t materlize the things that you simply want (normative character) as it can only manifest what you declare to be true.
— and its functioning.
you see, your subconscious mind simply does its job. it’s simply supposed to materialize thoughts you persist in. it doesn’t try to manifest your downfall and it doesn’t naturally hinder you from manifesting good things. your subconscious doesn’t have the option to worsen your life or to make you think that you are miserable at manifesting. you can never really blame it, because that’s the job that has been assigned to it.
take accountability.
everything comes from within. things cannot happen to you but happen from you. and since imagination aka whatever you accept to be true is the only reality, it only depends on your state of mind. you either accept your ability to "create" or refuse to take responsibility for how your circumstances in life look like.
it's what you make of it.
now, you can either use that to your advantage or decide to leave it. you are constantly aware of your reality and what you are thinking about, and you will keep manifesting things into your reality. you have the choice to only assume good things for yourself and firmly establish that belief, or you decide to ignore your thoughts and let things happen to you.

The pineal gland plays a crucial role in spiritual practices, particularly in connecting individuals to their higher selves or higher beings. This gland was traditionally used by people to promote spiritual enlightenment, but unfortunately, its ability to function properly has been inhibited by the foods we eat.
While some people believe that shifting or manifesting takes longer for adults because they've become accustomed to unhealthy diets that impede the pineal gland, this is not true. Children, who typically consume healthier foods, have an open pineal gland, which allows them to access their spiritual abilities more easily.
In certain religions, people practice fasting to unblock their pineal gland, as this can improve their ability to receive divine messages or experience spiritual shifts. In my own experience, when I almost shifted while lucid dreaming, it was during a period of fasting and I received a message that advised me to make adjustments to my script.

Tips to succeeding in school
I've always had good grades. Even if I fail a test. Even if I fail an exam, I've always had a good grade in the class. And that's from deep subconscious work.
Personal history: I've always been considered smart and good at school. I never heard differently. My teacher said once "If Haylie doesn't understand, no one understands." I've also always genuinely loved school. I liked being good. My teacher once said "I wish I had a classroom full of Haylie's." All this from a very young age helped me succeed for a long time. Until I had a serious mental health issue and basically lost myself. I had to find out what used to make me succeed at school. Cuz I'm telling y'all right now it wasn't effort. My main focus in class was my friends and crushes lmao. But I had a mindset from a young age that helped me. And I re-learned that mindset and now school feels the same for me. An easy asset that flows into life naturally.
How I did this
<3 BEING CLOSE WITH MY TEACHERS

teachers are humans. Respect them. Communicate with them. Show interest in their lives. Look at them while they teach. Ask questions. Value their insight. Be honest with them. All while still maintaining professionalism. They can be your references and even help you gain opportunities.
one time I talked my way out of taking a whole ass economics exam. got an automatic a on it for being nice to her throughout the course.

School definitely has its bad sides. But its a gift in many ways. Find how it brings value to your life. It can be an escape from your home life. It can be your way of moving up in the world.

I love school work! It's so fun!! Find the satisfaction. I love learning new things.
<3 Doing what I can
Only take on what you can actually do. (In american college that would mean, only taking as many classes as you can handle) It doesn't matter how long it takes you to do something. It's better to actually understand a class then rush through it. I have huge obligations to my family and work so I'm compassionate with myself on my school work load. Life is a lot so don't feel bad if you can't do everything you thought you could.

This is actually something I struggle with but it's important. I know how dumb it feels but accept that you need help. For me, this is math and computer classes. I plan on hiring a tutor and everything. I want to do the best I possibly can. Learn your weaknesses and try to strengthen them.
